The location of the hotel was breathtaking everything was so green the ocean was clean and the most beautiful blue color imaginable. We were greeted by the staff on the beach when we arrived the staff was extremely happy kind and caring, they treat you wonderfully. There are a few drawbacks the is not much to do for entertainment there are no televisions
If you want Wi-Fi in your room that is an additional charge and there are no telephones in the rooms either so if you need anything you have to walk to the office first it. There is only one restaurant on the island and the food is not very good. But if you are going for a new experience the hotel is very nice. They do have a spa and a dive shop where you can book excursions. The people are what make this resort special.

Beachcomber Island Resort is an incredible place to stay, mainly thanks to its outstanding location. The island itself is absolutely stunning â the beach, the pool, and especially the crystal-clear turquoise water are beyond beautiful. It truly feels like a tropical paradise and is perfect for relaxing or enjoying the ocean.
That said, there are several issues regarding the rooms. Cleanliness clearly needs improvement â the bedsheets were dirty, and housekeeping only came once during a four-night stay. The bathroom also had noticeable problems: the shower area wasnât properly sealed, which caused water to leak underneath the tiles, leading to an unpleasant sewage smell. There were also cockroaches in the room, which was disappointing. Additionally, depending on where your room is located, it can be quite far from the reception.
The staff, however, are extremely welcoming, kind, and always willing to help. Their attitude is definitely a highlight of the stay. On the downside, the service can be quite slow at times, and requests are occasionally forgotten.
Overall, despite these inconveniences, I would still recommend Beachcomber Island Resort 100% for its value for money. In my opinion, itâs one of the best islands to stay on in Fiji if youâre looking for a beautiful setting at a reasonable price.

Facilities: The facilities in the room are OK, some furniture is a bit old
Hygienic: The room is not bad, but the bathroom is outside, there will be cockroaches đŠ small bugs
Environment: Every day is like in heaven, opening the window is the sparkling sea
Service: The service is very good, eat well every morning, noon and evening, you can explore different islands and beaches. There will be special people to take you boating, snorkeling, and be responsible for your safety.

YT2019This hotel has a very good value for money, and the service is also very good. When entering and leaving the island, there will be people playing guitar to welcome and see you off. Treasure Island is also a treasure island, very quiet, and the scenery is beautiful.

I saw some reviews saying this Sheraton is better than the one on the main island, and I agree, especially regarding the rooms. The beachfront rooms we stayed in had amazing views and felt very private. However, this hotel is much smaller than the main island's Sheraton. The buffet food was just okay, but the Ă la carte options were decent. For those on a full-board package, lunch and dinner can be ordered Ă la carte, with three courses per person. The Sheraton's service, environment, and hygiene were all excellent.

Guest UserWe really enjoyed our stay at Serinity sands glamping. The glamping tents are brand new and really fancy!Â
The infinity pool was stunning with sea views. The sunbeds were the comfiest. The decor around the pool/ restaurant is stunning.Â
Great to have access to a gym whilst on the island.Â
We loved the turtle feeding & the activities they provided each day! We really enjoyed having a tea and cookie in the afternoon also, was a nice treat!
The staff were very friendly everywhere we went and always helpful!Â
ThanksÂ
Matt

Stayed for 2 nights and felt that the house was clean. There was no hot water for showering on the first day, but there was hot water on the second day. The living environment is good, you can see the sea from the window, and the hotel has good greenery. The food was generally good. I had four main meals, one was simple, and the other three were rich and self-service, with meat and vegetables, moderately salty. Breakfast is a little simple, with juice, milk, bread slices, etc. You don't have to pay extra for the fried eggs you want. Drinking water is provided for each meal and is provided by yourself. The service attitude is also OK.

SaĂșl PĂ©rez CastrilloThe best thing about the accommodation is the staff. They welcome you and say goodbye with a song and a courtesy necklace. They are also concerned about you at all times. As for the food, both breakfast and dinner are buffet style and lunch is a plate to choose from and a salad buffet. The food is quite good although you should not expect a large buffet like in other resorts. The hotel is small and you can find a lot of peace and quiet. It has free kayaks and paddle surfing and a snorkelling area where you can see starfish, sea cucumbers, a variety of fish and even aquatic snakes.

Overall it's pretty good, the scenery is beautiful, the room is big and clean, the snorkeling activity is worth it, we saw dolphins and turtles, most of the staff are very warm and friendly, especially the farewell song is very nice and touching, but don't expect to get the same price resort service.
However, on the first night of check-in, the hotel fire alarm ran out of power and made a very sharp and harsh sound. We were really tired, but it woke us all up, and it rang every once in a while, and we couldn't sleep. We called the front desk and they said they would call someone, but they didn't come for half an hour. In the end, we had to remove the battery ourselves. The hotel just said sorry lightly without any compensation.
In addition, we booked two orders for the same room type, which is equivalent to staying for one more night. We contacted Ctrip customer service and the hotel to communicate that the original room could be unchanged. When we arrived, the staff said that we needed to change rooms. Well, it's okay, I can understand it. I confirmed with the front desk the night before that I wanted to change rooms. In the morning, I packed my luggage and went to the front desk, and they said that I didn't need to change. There was no notice, and they even said they wanted to change rooms the night before.
