The hotel is very nice. The location is a bit secluded, but still easily accessible. Being on a side street, it's definitely super quiet. The staff is friendly. Breakfast was great, a wide selection of everything. They also cater to allergies. The coffee, unfortunately, was from a machine and not very good. Our room (Deluxe) was large and good, but unfortunately located in the corner of the building. The view from the bed was directly into the neighboring room. Also, free water in the room would have been a nice touch. The gym was unfortunately very disappointing. For a hotel of this category and size, one would expect better quality and a wider selection of equipment. The pool area is very beautiful with its landscaping, a small paradise. In our opinion, they should clean up more often; empty glasses are standing and lying around everywhere. Despite everything, it's a very nice hotel. WE WOULD BOOK IT AGAIN.

I had a comfortable stay at the Ibis hotel before my flight home. The room was clean and comfortable and had all the necessities needed. The location is peaceful and ideal for getting to the airport for an early flight via the shuttle bus. The staff were friendly, but the only small drawback was that the dinner menu at the hotel was very limited to a few options.

Although this hotel doesn't have a very high score, it's still quite good in all aspects and is very suitable for business trips. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, so it's worth recommending.

This hotel in Valencia is relatively close to the old town. The rooms are large and equipped with kitchens, making it suitable for family travel. There is no parking lot in the hotel, so you need to park in a nearby public parking lot. The hotel does not have a 24-hour front desk, so you cannot check in too late.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! Palm Avenue, Mushroom Street, and the Castle Elevator are all within walking distance. The room has two bathrooms, both with showers. The room faces east, offering direct views of the sunrise with the beach, sea, and sky right outside the window. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants just across the street – so convenient!

I rarely write reviews of holiday accommodations, but this time I simply couldn't resist sharing my experience. My wife and I traveled to Peñíscola to experience a total solar eclipse, perhaps the only one we will ever witness in our lifetime. We chose this hotel because of its proximity to what we thought would be an ideal observation point: the walls of the Templar castle in Peñíscola. However, the local authorities closed the site to visitors in anticipation of the influx of eclipse enthusiasts, and suddenly I found myself facing a serious problem: the eclipse would take place behind the mountains, below the horizon. And this is where the Owner of the wonderfully charming Hostal Dios Está Bien stepped in. I asked her for help, hoping for some useful local advice. What did I receive instead? An invitation to join her family in watching this extraordinary celestial event while sharing their family dinner! What began as a perfectly normal, albeit exceptionally warm, interaction with the hotel's staff evolved into something truly special. There was a bottle of surprisingly good wine waiting for us upon arrival, friendly conversations every time we met, and, in the end, family stories and photographs shared around the table. Never before have we experienced such openness and kindness, and I truly feel that we have gained new friends. Thank you. We sincerely hope that one day we will have the opportunity to return your extraordinary hospitality. And all of this took place in a small, charming, beautifully maintained hotel, housed in a historic building in the heart of Peñíscola, where delicious homemade breakfasts are served every morning. I wish everyone could have an experience like this.

The hotel's dinner buffet was plentiful. There's free parking outside the hotel, and the pool has a kids' play area, so it seems very family-friendly. However, with so many children, it wasn't really suitable for us; it was too noisy.

Travelodge Alicante Puerto – Budget-Friendly and Practical for a Short Stay I stayed at Travelodge Alicante Puerto for one night and found it to be a solid, no-frills option that does exactly what it says on the tin. The main thing to be aware of is location. The hotel is around a 20-minute walk from Alicante Old Town, so it’s slightly out of the way compared to hotels right in the historic centre. However, this distance is clearly reflected in the price, which is noticeably lower than many Old Town hotels. If you don’t mind a bit of walking or are happy to use local buses or taxis, this isn’t really an issue and can actually be quite convenient if you prefer a quieter area. The hotel itself felt modern, clean and functional. Check-in was straightforward, and the reception staff were friendly and efficient. My room was simple but comfortable, with a good bed, a decent bathroom and plenty of space for luggage. It wasn’t luxurious, but it was perfectly adequate for a short overnight stay, especially if you’re just passing through Alicante. I didn’t take breakfast at the hotel, so I can’t comment on the food offering, but there are local cafés and convenience stores nearby if you prefer to eat out. The area around the hotel also feels safe and easy to navigate, which is important if you’re arriving or leaving at unusual hours. Overall, I would recommend Travelodge Alicante Puerto if you’re looking for affordable, reliable accommodation in Alicante and don’t mind being a little outside the main tourist zone. It’s particularly good for one-night stays, early flights, or budget-conscious travellers who want comfort without paying Old Town prices.

Wonderful reception & bar staff. Excellent cleaning staff. Bed mattresses are too hard for comfort. No outdoor seating. Overall good but would not stay again as I like an outside space (terrace) for a coffee. Also, a smart TV with streaming services would have been well received.

The only negative aspect was the elevators. It was almost impossible to get from the second floor to the breakfast area with a stroller because there were only two elevators, and since the hotel had around 10–15 floors, they were always full when going down. Therefore, we had to carry the stroller down the stairs to reach the breakfast area. Apart from that, all the facilities were great. We would like to thank all the staff for their excellent service. Era prácticamente imposible bajar desde la segunda planta hasta la zona de desayuno con el cochecito del bebé, ya que solo había dos ascensores y el hotel tenía unas 10–15 plantas, por lo que siempre bajaban llenos. Por ese motivo, tuvimos que bajar el cochecito por las escaleras para poder llegar a la zona de desayuno. Por lo demás, todas las instalaciones estaban muy bien. Muchas gracias a todo el personal por su excelente atención y servicio. Tek olumsuz nokta asansörlerdi. İkinci kattan bebek arabasıyla kahvaltı alanına inmek neredeyse imkânsızdı. Otelde yalnızca iki asansör vardı ve otel yaklaşık 10–15 katlı olduğu için asansörler aşağı inerken sürekli dolu oluyordu. Bu nedenle kahvaltı alanına ancak puseti merdivenlerden taşıyarak ulaşabildik. Bunun dışında tüm olanaklar güzeldi. Çalışan personelin sunduğu güzel hizmet için çok teşekkür ederiz.
