This hotel is okay for a transit stay, but it's located in an unappealing commercial area. There are only two elevators for a large number of rooms. The room itself is very comfortable and welcoming. The main issue I had was with breakfast: if you only want a croissant (not everyone needs a full buffet for breakfast), you still have to pay 12€ and access the whole buffet. Even though the buffet is just a few meters away, the bar staff couldn't get a croissant because they said, 'it's a separate service.' I've never encountered such an absurd situation. We were only able to get coffee, which, by the way, was very overpriced. The night receptionist was particularly friendly, but check-in took a very long time, even though we were the only ones arriving at that moment.

Excellent hotel. Great staff. Great room. Well soundproofed, black out curtains and air-con that actually gets cool and hot enough, which is rare in hotels these days. The cosy room was bigger than expected and plenty big enough for a couple.

We came here without a car having got busses from Bilbao. Not easy finding a hotel with a pool and within LaGuardia so worked perfectly. Arguably not a four star but was comfortable and and pool was lovely. Would recommend for the price

The complimentary breakfast was more than adequate, offering a solid variety of hot and cold items to fuel your day. My only minor niggle is that the hotel feels a bit overpriced compared to other nearby options. However, you are clearly paying for the sheer convenience, reliability, and those specific perks like free parking. If your priority is a comfortable, quiet, and hassle-free stay right by the airport, this hotel delivers perfectly.

Buena atención, amabilidad del personal, esta fácil de llegar, con servicios de restauración cercanos. Por poner un pero no había en el baño algún elemento de jabón o similar salvo el jabón con dosificador. Espaciosa la habitación. Confortable. Acceso a la wifi y uso de ordenadores en la sala central, buen detalle. De hecho ya estuve alojado hace un tiempo. Me gusta mucho la zona, para andar , hacer monte.....
