The breakfast was delicious with wide varieties, including the British classics and local specialities.
My booking included access to the water park, it was amazing, never had such a great holiday, definitely recommend coming back again.

Cleanliness can be improved though - there was some long hair in the bedâŚ
Breakfast is very basic. I would have expected a bit more in terms of quality of food (eg. Scrabble egg was rubbery, juice was just diluted chemical). But price is reasonable overall.

MMarco DautajClean room, fantastic bathroom with a nice shower to enjoy an energizing bath. The position of the hotel is full of means of transportation to reach the city center in a couple of minutes. There is free coffee, tea and water on the ground floor. The personnel was friendly and let us leave our luggage even after checking out. Reasonable price for the quality of service. Furthermore, a nice breakfast can be enjoyed (we suggest the international breakfast).

AAPatchWas a nice clean hotel. Staff were really friendly. Room was clean and had everything you needed. Check in and check out was super swift and easy. The location is great only about 10/15 minute walk into town or âŹ3 bolt ride. Spa was included in my booking, didnât get a chance to use it but looked good and others said was really nice. Would stay there again

MMelike KarlÄąAs described. A safe place but don't forget to have a lock for your belongings for other visitors. There are lockable cabinets overhead. Also the cabin beds are very good, you can create a private area by covering them with a blanket yourself. I guess I didn't have any problems with toilets and bathrooms because I didn't go during the season. Thank youđ

GGuest UserHotel was nice, but hotel bathroom mirror frame was on the top of the sink and it was not attached to the anything. Somebody have tried to fixit with doubled sided tape đ. Also shower water temp changed alot even though i barely touched it. Other than that breakfast was great and staff were excellent. Would visit again for sure. One picture of the outside view.

GGuest UserThe hotel has a great location, convenient for visiting attractions, and there are many restaurants and shops nearby. In particular, there is a free hot spring pool available for use. The rooms are large and clean. However, the shower faucet is terrible, making it difficult to shower and not up to the hotel's standards!

GGuest UserWe have been visiting this hotel for over 10 years. Today - this hotel is very different from 2022 (pre-war). What has changed. Room cleaning every few days. If you want every day - you need to pay. They removed the heated floor. It is impossible to dry a robe or towel - there is no heated towel rail. Savings at every step. There are no delicious brie cheeses or salmon at breakfast now. The pool, which was outside, is now closed. In general, this is not the same hotel that it was several years ago.

GGuest UserMy stay at this hotel was very pleasant. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring I had a good night's sleep every night. The hotel staff were warm and attentive, always smiling and quick to respond to my needs. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The location is superb, with convenient transportation access and many attractions and restaurants nearby. Overall, this is a hotel with excellent value for money, and I highly recommend it!
