Very nice hotel in Setif. Novotels are almost identical in every city. Rooms are clean and you find everything you need. Staff/workers in the reception and staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good and there is something for everyone.

The room is super big. I booked a business room. The hotel is in a very good location. There is a local park next to the hotel, and there is a playground next to it. There is a shopping plaza next to the hotel. There are all kinds of shops. There is a local supermarket in the plaza. There are a lot of people here. I don't know if it's because of the city center or the summer vacation. Anyway, it's very lively. There are several restaurants on the road on the left side of the hotel. If you come to travel, it's not bad to choose to stay here. There was a small episode when checking in. The hotel's hot water system was broken, which caused us to have no hot water for one night. Fortunately, we contacted Ctrip customer service in time and it was quickly fixed. In short, this hotel is considered to be a good local hotel and can be considered again.
