This downtown hotel was such a pleasant surprise! Our high-floor room offered amazing views, and the dedicated elevator meant no waiting. Just downstairs was a pedestrian street, with direct metro and bus access within a 5-minute walk. Plus, there's free parking for those driving – incredibly convenient for getting around. The bedding was just the right firmness, and breakfast offered a wide variety of options, both Chinese and Western. They even had afternoon tea with exquisite desserts and drinks. The robot food delivery was fast and adorable, saving us the hassle of running errands and making our stay completely stress-free. The amenities were incredibly comprehensive: a 24-hour gym with equipment, and a laundry room equipped with dryers and detergent – super practical for long trips. From check-in at the front desk to responding to our requests, the staff were consistently warm, enthusiastic, and efficient, making the entire experience truly exceptional. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit!

As foreign travellers, we ran into some difficulties purchasing attraction tickets and bus transfer due to lack of a local phone number. We met David at the concierge and asked if we could get some help to purchase. Without hesitation, he offered to purchase on our behalf and even followed up with the attraction to confirm the arrangement. Thanks to his help, we were able to visit the attraction smoothly the next day without any issues. He made us feel very welcome, and his help left us with a wonderful impression of Handan☺️ Thanks David!

My stay at the InterContinental Shijiazhuang Fortune Centre was excellent overall. The room was clean, the environment was quiet, and the amenities were comprehensive. I'd especially like to thank Lillian, one of the staff members. She handled communications very professionally, proactively addressed my billing concerns, and meticulously helped me check the room both before and after my stay. Her thoughtful greetings and genuine, easygoing demeanor, coupled with her efficient way of working, made her service truly heartwarming. The hotel's service standards were exceptional, and the personalized, human touch from the staff made me feel incredibly welcome! Thank you! It was a very comfortable stay, highly recommended. Extremely satisfied with my stay! The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the beach. This particular stretch of beach is less crowded and very clean, and the wooden boardwalk and pavilions are perfect for photos. It was super convenient to watch the sunrise in the morning and enjoy a walk along the shore in the evening. The room had an excellent view; I could see the sea right from my bed. The facilities were well-maintained and felt new. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and they promptly resolved any issues I had. Dining options nearby were also plentiful. The value for money was outstanding! I truly recommend it to anyone visiting Qinhuangdao for a vacation!

An absolutely fantastic experience! Not only was the service excellent, but the room was also spotless, tidy, and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed a relaxing hot bath in the in-room bathtub. The breakfast spread was incredibly rich, offering both Chinese and Western options, so there was plenty to choose from. The executive lounge on the 53rd floor was also great, with attentive service. The evening food selection there exceeded my expectations – I didn't even need to go elsewhere for dinner. The red wine I had was also very good, smooth and not at all astringent.

During the Qingming holiday, I stayed at this hotel while visiting Handan, and it was incredibly convenient. It meets all kinds of needs, as it's just across the street from the Handan Museum, Art Gallery, Library, as well as Handan's largest shopping mall, Meile City, and Longhu Park. For a tier-three city, staying at an international chain 4-star hotel offers really good value for money.

I was in Tangshan for a business trip and decided to bring my parents to Hetou Old Street to celebrate my mom's birthday. The last time I stayed here, Iris Yao Jiajing was my DM, and she made my stay so wonderful that I chose InterContinental again for my parents' visit. This time, we encountered a few minor issues with the room facilities, which is understandable given the hotel's age. However, every single problem was promptly and effectively resolved by Manager Yao Jiajing. She also proactively checked the room availability and upgraded my parents' room for free, which was a lovely surprise. When she learned it was my mother's birthday, she thoughtfully arranged a tea break with a cake for us. Throughout our stay, she also checked in to see if we needed anything else. I am incredibly grateful for Manager Yao's professionalism and attentiveness; she has truly left me with a positive impression of this hotel, and her service made our family trip exceptionally smooth.

比較了好幾家感覺這應該是性價比高的民宿。一進房間感覺空間很開闊，簡約清新的裝修看着舒服，尤其是有一個大面積的玻璃窗讓屋裡採光很好，休息着就很得勁。而且窗外能看到草原、風車和露營天幕，從我們這過來第一次看見這種風景。很美，哈哈哈 屋內有大屏電視看着很爽😀其他的設施也很全。床應該是比較好的吧，躺在上面很舒服。雖然是木地板但是沒有異響，打掃得很乾凈，屋裡還有綠植點綴，讓房間很有氛圍感 民宿帶獨立小院，還有草坪，超級超級大！感覺在這拍照、野餐都合適。位置去七彩森林、中國馬鎮、大汗行宮車程都很短，出行遊玩很方便。最最最重要的是老闆待人超級熱情周到，有任何遊玩問題都會耐心解答，從吃到玩都給我們介紹的很到位！體驗感非常好！看老闆這麼熱情所以值得寫這麼多給大家推薦，祝老闆生意興隆😎

Checked into the Manxin Hotel in Shengfang Town, Wen'an County, Langfang City. This hotel offers excellent value for money with brand new facilities, a huge parking lot, and plenty of charging stations. Although Shengfang is just a town, it feels more like a county, with thriving industries and a decent population. There are also many dining options available. The hotel's location is superb, surrounded by amenities, and not far from Shengfang Ancient Town. A special mention goes to the breakfast – it's really good!

Bad check in service at front counter lady. Seems more occupied with her task than guest service. I have to call and request for our sofa bed to be open. Given we book and indicated a family of 4, unlike other hotels whom immediately arrange all additional required items such as toothbrushs, slippers, towels, water, etc. Here I have to call to request for each items. The wifi doesn't work. I have to physically bring my laptop to the front desk for assistance.. and even that was not able to connect. Breakfast, average as the food are abit hard - hard noodles, hotdogs, breads.. Only cons is location near to ski and restaurants but so are a few hotels nearby. Free scheduled public bus shuttle to/fro train station, have to walk about 7 mins to the bus stop. As a Hyatt member, this is the worse Hyatt Place hotels I stayed. I believe surrounding hotels will have better guest services and competitive price too.
