This time I came during the start of the seafood season, but it wasn't peak season yet, so there were far fewer people. The lower floors were cheaper, while the higher-floor sea view rooms were more expensive. Standard rooms were affordable, but those with family-friendly tents or designs cost more. Currently, the first and second canteens are not open, but they will be during peak season. It's less than a ten-minute walk to the beach. Inside the resort, there are individually-owned electric vehicles available for one, two, three, or four people, with different models. The price is a bit high at 69 yuan per hour. However, these are not affiliated with the hotel, so if there are any issues or disputes, the hotel will not intervene. The hotel's front desk and housekeeping staff were very professional; they immediately provided room service even when called late at night. Many thanks!

Guest UserWe checked in very late that day. My friend booked through Qunar, and we booked through Ctrip. For the same price, only we were pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade, three thoughtful complimentary souvenirs, and welcome fruit. The bath bomb and body lotion were of high quality with a lovely fragrance, which delighted the child.
The hotel offers excellent privacy and a quiet, peaceful environment with few unnecessary people around. The service was prompt and almost always met our requests.
The shuttle bus dispatch was quick, the pool water was clean, and the guest traffic was moderate, creating a great atmosphere. The room experience was fantastic, exceeding our expectations overall. Next time we travel, we'll definitely choose Ctrip and Nuo'an Yuanjin Hotel again! The upgraded room had a view of the pool, which was truly comfortable and had a healing sapphire blue vibe, perfect for a relaxing vacation. I suggest using glass cups for drinks and alcohol on the deck to enhance the texture and class, making it more suitable for photo ops!

Guest UserLocation: Located in the heart of Thaiwoo Town, surrounded by a lively commercial area with convenient access to dining and entertainment.
Service: Excellent! I've always had a good impression of Hyatt Place. My Ctrip booking was for a single breakfast, but they upgraded it to a double breakfast. The mountain view room with its green scenery was very pleasing to the eye.
Cleanliness: The cleanliness was superb, making for a safe and reassuring stay.

The hotel boasts a beautiful environment and fresh air, and both the facilities and cleanliness are impeccable. The breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were delicious. Overall, the service was satisfactory. However, I have to complain about a front desk staff member who answered the phone between 7 and 10 PM on the 31st. The first time I reported the washing machine wasn't working, she actually told me it was leaking and advised me not to use it. I ended up fixing and using it myself. The second time I called about the shower water not getting hot, her response was even more ridiculous: she told me to just keep running the water until it got hot. I wasted nearly half an hour, and the water never got warm. In the end, a housekeeping staff member came and simply inserted the gas card, which solved the problem. What's worse is her terrible attitude; she was argumentative and refused to admit her incompetence in handling issues, acting as if she knew everything. She definitely deserves a bad review! On another note, the hotel is very close to Jinshanling Great Wall, which is absolutely worth a visit!

Guest UserCompared to the bustling Thaiwoo Ski Resort, I much preferred the tranquility of Genting Secret Garden Hotel. The design aesthetic was dark and minimalist, with a subtle Jurlique fragrance lingering in the air. Opening the curtains, I could gaze out at the distant Yushiliang Peak.
I was so glad I arrived a few days before the Spartan race, allowing me to quietly soak in the beauty of the place. It was only a 500-meter walk to the main race venue, and after finishing, it was a quick 5-minute stroll back to the hotel for a hot shower! I'd definitely come back here for skiing in winter. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning in summer, which my husband complained about for all four nights. I'd suggest the hotel install AC units in the rooms for the summer months!
Minor incident: After checking out, we had already driven to Zhangbei Grassland when my husband realized he'd left his headphones at the hotel. We called the hotel, hoping for the best. The lovely lady from the reservations department contacted housekeeping to search for the lost headphones and immediately arranged for them to be sent via SF Express. Five-star service, truly!!!

Guest UserHygiene: Very clean, tidied up promptly every day.
Environment: Super nice! I booked in advance and got a sea-view room. I could watch the sunrise and sunset perfectly in the morning and evening.
Service: Compared to other places, the service is absolutely fantastic! The front desk lady was very helpful. After checking in, you can add her on WeChat, and if you need anything, just say the word and it'll be delivered quickly. I highly recommend everyone to come here!

ChaojidanAbsolutely loved this room! The view was incredible, and the room itself was spotless. Having a washer-dryer combo was a huge bonus – my dirty competition clothes were perfectly clean afterward. The sunset over the Genting mountains was truly atmospheric. I especially want to commend Mali Jiao; she was so kind and friendly. She handled the check-in process smoothly, thoughtfully recommended the best spots for viewing from the terrace, and patiently answered all my questions about dining. The hotel is nestled in the mountains and wilderness, so even in summer, there's no need to blast the air conditioning; the natural breeze is wonderfully refreshing. The attentive service truly enhanced our romantic trip.

Anonymous UserThe InterContinental Shijiazhuang R&F is in an excellent location, right next to Wanda Plaza and Train Head Night Market, making it a lively and bustling commercial hub. The surrounding parks offer pleasant scenery, and the overall transportation network is very convenient. The rooms are clean and tidy, creating a comfortable living environment. Our butler, Bella, provided warm, attentive, and thoughtful service. The hotel breakfast offers a rich and diverse selection, with outstanding flavors. It's an exceptionally suitable stay whether you're traveling for business or leisure.

Guest UserOverall, my stay was quite pleasant. The only sour note was on August 5th, around 10:30 AM, when I called the hotel's reservation department to reconfirm that I would be bringing my dog. The staff member told me it would be 200 per day. I questioned this, as Ctrip stated 150. Her response was unpleasantly sarcastic: ”Sir, you're staying in a suite, aren't you~?” My impression before even checking in was: for such a large hotel, the customer service attitude was quite disappointing.
However, the front desk staff during check-in and check-out were very friendly. The breakfast buffet had limited options, but the most popular feature was the instant noodle wall, with many choices that the chef could prepare for you 😂. The gym facilities were very comprehensive, with dumbbells of various weights.

AnlanzhufengWe drove to Shanhaiguan and stayed for two nights. The hotel is located within the scenic area, making it convenient to visit the Bell Tower, First Pass Under Heaven, Jiao Mountain Great Wall, and the Great Wall Museum. The parking lot was also spacious enough. It's newly renovated, clean, and hygienic. The bathroom has a wet and dry separation, and the smart toilet was also clean. I've already recommended it to friends.
