Good location right next to the witches market. Clean and warm. I slept very well there.

Spent 2 nights here travelling from Peru to La Paz. The location is perfect for Peru/Bolivia Hop travellers as it’s their pick up point. It’s next to Witches Market and 10 minutes walk to San Francisco Church. The room is quite spacious and the bathroom is relatively new. Breakfast included was just ok. Would be good if there was a toaster for the bread. At the guests lobby area, there’s free coca tea and kettle self service which was nice if you have altitude sickness in the highest city in the world. We had a city view which was beautiful at night. Our room 510 was quiet so we had a good rest travelling from Peru.
Close to the bus terminal but about 2 km away from the center of the city.
The bed is too soft and tactical, so it's hard to sleep.
The room was cold and there was no hair dryer, so I couldn't wash my hair during my stay.
I arrived late so I ate rice at the cafe in the hostel, but it was salty and unpleasant.
The room was very clean and comfortable, and the view from the room and restaurant was beautiful!
After sightseeing, I walked back from the city center at night, but there were few people around, so it was a little scary to walk alone (although I didn't encounter any danger).
The hotel is in a good location, 100 meters from the Basilica of San Francisco, about 2 streets on Witch Street, and a few hundred meters walk from the Presidential Capitol. The hotel service is very good, the front desk is very welcoming, and tea snacks are served every day. The restaurant is good for breakfast, lunch and dinner and afternoon tea are good. Basically, dining in La Paz has been chosen at the hotel. The hotel is a historical building remodeled.
Excellent value for money, relaxing and great ambiance. The staff are all so friendly and enthusiastic. Especially the dinner time staff at the restaurant. David was so friendly, he was the reason we kept eating at the restaurant instead of going out.

KKai ChunThe hotel is quite high compared to other buildings nearby so we got a good view of La Paz (and with snow mountain). The room was clean and nice!

GGuest UserThis is my favorite accommodation during my trip to South America.
They refill the water every day.
I also paid for a massage.
(It's a gentle lymphatic massage rather than a strong pressure massage.)
You can use the sauna, fitness center, and swimming pool for free.
(The swimming pool was even better because it was a heated pool.)
The breakfast was also very delicious.
GGuest UserThe service was impeccable and our time there was made really easy and special. We were able to book private taxis and check in early. It was our anniversary so they went the extra mile to ensure that it was a special day. The pool view is amazing, and the facilities are excellent. Breakfast was great, and there was an egg station for any kind of egg you want.

GGuest UserFive-star recommended hotel. Newly renovated, the bedding is very comfortable.
I had high reflexes as soon as I landed at the airport. I took oxygen at the airport. The staff who picked me up at the hotel waited for me for a long time. They helped me carry my backpack and buy anti-high reflex medicine from the drug store. On the way back to the hotel, they looked back from time to time to check on my condition. When I arrived at the hotel early, they helped me check in for free and provided me with oxygen for free. When I tried to withdraw cash from a nearby ATM, my bank card was swallowed. When I went to the bank to withdraw cash the next day, the front desk kindly printed a small note explaining the situation in Spanish for me. She was so considerate.
Will come again!
