The AC in the room that I stayed is broken and there is no way they can fix it and the other rooms are all booked. Luckily it was't that hot on that day. The breakfast in the morning was crazy there are limited table to accommodate all room. The staff were nice and the bar is good. They have shuttel bus to take you and drop off at the airport at specific schedule, make sure to confirm the time with the hotel first.

Its best feature is the superb location – it's right across from the departure level entrance. The breakfast was also pretty good and suited Chinese tastes.

This is an airport hotel, offering a shuttle bus service and featuring a flight information screen in the lobby, clearly catering to airport travelers. It wasn't very crowded; the whole hotel felt quite empty. It's close to Diegem station, about a 12-minute walk, but it's mostly uphill and downhill, so it can be a bit tiring. The hotel breakfast was great, very rich and satisfying. There's a shuttle bus schedule in the lobby; I took the 8:45 AM bus, which arrived at the airport around 9 AM.

This is a new hotel, very clean, and gets tidied up daily. The front desk staff are friendly, and there's free coffee. The shower has excellent hot water pressure. It's a 5-minute walk from Diegem station, where IC or S trains run to the city center approximately every half hour. There's also a convenience store just 3 minutes away.

This is a brand new property. The room was nice. We had dinner in the restaurant and the steak was pretty good! This hotel has growing pains. The hotel shuttle never came to pick us up at the airport despite making two calls to the hotel. They said it was due to road construction. BS, I had just driven a rental car from the hotel to the airport. I had to spend $20 on a 5km taxi ride. The next morning the shuttle left the hotel at 7:00 a.m. and was not going to make another run until 8:30 despite a schedule of running every half hour. Unacceptable. So for a very short stay, and that's what this hotel's purpose is, it did not meet our expectations at all. For a major hotel chain, this is well below expectations despite a nice room and a respectable restaurant.

The hotel is located in the service area on the high-speed, eating and refueling are very convenient. The room is very soundproof, there is no noise, the space is also very large, and the price is very high for one night.

Hotel rooms in Europe are relatively small, but they are separated into dry and wet areas, and the bed is moderately soft and hard, which meets the needs of business trips. It is only 20 meters away from the train station, which is very close. The hotel service is very good, they booked a taxi and even helped me with late check-out.
