Excellent! They offer a shuttle service, and the hotel staff are very helpful. It's super convenient.

The hotel is quite new and well-equipped. It's close to the airport, and getting to the city center by taxi is also quite convenient. This was the hotel I stayed at the longest during my trip to Brussels, offering great value for money. I'd recommend it.

The hotel is quite far from the city, but the train station is only about a 10-minute walk from the hotel. However, the transportation costs for commuting back and forth to the city add up quickly, so that is something to keep in mind. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. However, the shower floor is very slippery, so extra caution is needed. It is a large hotel with many travelers, so breakfast can get very busy. I would recommend going down around 7–8 AM; otherwise, it may be difficult to find enough food or even a place to sit.

The hotel is in a great location, the rooms are as expected, and it has its own garage. The breakfast was quite good. If you're driving, be sure to ask the hotel for directions within the city, as it's located in a no-car zone.

While the hotel facilities are a bit dated, they are very practical, catering more to business travelers with no excessive, ornate decorations. The original room design lacked enough power outlets, so they thoughtfully added more on one side of the bed, which I appreciate. The bed was not only the firmest I've experienced on this European trip, but the single bed was also quite wide. The bedside light switches were conveniently located and user-friendly. You can see the terminal right from the window, making it perfect for early morning flights.

Extremely convenient location, right opposite the Daheimen (Great Black Gate). The breakfast restaurant's windows face it directly, offering spectacular and vintage photo opportunities. The room was clean and tidy, service was warm and welcoming, and parking was incredibly easy. We were very satisfied. Great value for money, and the breakfast had everything you could ask for with a rich variety of options, perfect for travelers.

The location is great, right opposite Diegem train station (though it's a small station with only stairs, no elevators or escalators, which is inconvenient if you have large luggage). The hotel shuttle runs every half hour to the airport, which is very convenient. However, the check-in process took an incredibly long time due to a front desk error. They eventually gave me the wrong room card. As a solo female traveler, I swiped into a man's room, and he was understandably shocked and swore at me. When I returned to the front desk to explain the situation, they didn't seem to grasp the severity of their mistake. The staff just stuck out their tongue, mumbled an apology about getting the room number's last digit wrong, and showed no serious concern. In the end, they gave me a room on the first floor, right next to the one they initially assigned incorrectly. (I find this quite unsafe). I am very dissatisfied with such a serious error. (My room overlooked a construction site, but the soundproofing seemed quite good as I didn't hear much noise.)

I'm very happy with our stay at the Brussels airport Park Inn by Radisson that smelled nice, easy access to a nice reception lobby that is next to guests restaurant with a garden view that is so peaceful and beautiful. Marius, the kind chief concierge officer, received us kindly, provided us with our requests, an accessibility room for my sister, handicapped shower room seat, and an immediate response to everything the hotel could provide. Excellent hotel, conveniently located near Zaventem Airport. The reception staff are all friendly and helpful. There's an option for early check-in for an extra €20. It has both underground and outdoor parking, with charging stations for electric cars. The rooms themselves are very spacious and modern, with comfortable beds. I'll definitely be back!!

Good value accommodation with the added bonus of a small kitchenette. Very clean and good gym and complimentary laundry facilities. The only comment is it's about a 10 min walk from the nearby Diegem train station which is not easy to manage with luggage in the rain. Better if you have your own vehicle or are coming directly from the airport. Bus stop to avd from the airport nearby but again the bus stops don't have shelter so not ideal waiting for the bus or alighting from a bus and making your way to the hotel.
