Excellent hotel right next to the city's central square. Clean, minimalist room, a comfortable soft bed, and plenty of single-use toiletries. A small breakfast buffet. Friendly front desk staff. On the minor downside: sound carries quite well from the hallway, so falling asleep quickly proved difficult due to the loud voices and noise from other guests in the corridor. The hallway light also seeps in through the gap under the door — in a room like this it shines right into your eyes if you're facing the door; I ended up covering my face with the spare pillow. Overall, though, the impression is very positive. Very clean, lots of handy little extras in the shower, tea and coffee, and a couple of glass bottles of local water.

Amazing hotel definitely one of the most beautiful places I’ve stayed in Armenia! The food was great, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Syuzi, who helped me organize a surprise for my girlfriend - truly appreciated! The hotel is worth every penny. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone visiting Gyumri!

A great hotel for short stay. The room has soap facilities, toothbrush, pasta. White shirt. Heavy blanket. New pillow. Free sauna+swimming pool from 8 a.m. to 16 a.m. Breakfasts are very satisfying and delicious. In the non-season instead of the Swedish table can feed on the menu. Note that the double room is one person and it has a very cool staircase, almost vertical. Not everyone will fit. So the hotel can boldly recommend!

This hotel is a space where every detail is created to make you feel comfortable. Cleanliness, service, comfort and professionalism. Breakfasts are wonderful, the spa is incredible. I didn't want to leave at all! Thank you for unforgettable emotions! 🌟✨

Everything is great, everything is very much liked

A great hotel in the center. With Armenian color and hospitality. In room 2 bottles of water, we were kindly offered a second blanket to comfortably accommodate. There are toothbrushes in the bathroom. We were treated to the resepshen with the delicious marinated kistil and their insistences is a miracle. We liked everything. We'll come again ! )

The hotel was chosen by convenient location and adequate cost. There were hotels and cheaper, but all decided to stop here. Here we haven't regretted at all! The hotel is cozy to the impossible, the staff are all friendly, polite. The rooms are excellent, spacious. Everything clean, neat! I advise everyone this hotel!
