A very beautiful experience and a nice choice, flawed business next to the apartments and also the entrance and the fashion road needs a quick solution.

The hotel is comfortable for a 3-4-day stay. The room is spacious, air-conditioned, and has a TV. The shower has hot water and good pressure, and all appliances are in good working order.

Great hotel, great location, great staff. To be honest the staff were very catering, I even checked out later than I was allowed to which I really appreciate from them and they let me leave my luggage in the hotel when I was leaving for a short while, would definitely recommend.

Same hotel but different room. Average cleanliness and average service but cheerful. So they help slow but with a smile. Also answer to all questions but it’s quite logical and expected thing.

The breakfast is really poor, the food isn't fresh at all. However, the room itself is clean and spacious.

We had a great time at this hotel. This is my second time staying here—my first visit was during my birthday with some friends. I really liked their service, which is why I came back. The customer service is excellent, and the receptionist was very accommodating. We stayed for 2 nights and even wanted to extend our stay, but we had to transfer to another hotel since our next itinerary was far from this location. The receptionist also allowed us to extend our stay until 4 PM without any additional charges, which I truly appreciated 😊 The service exceeded my expectations, and because of that, we will definitely come back again. Hopefully, on our next stay, the room will already be fully equipped with essentials like plates, spoons and forks, mugs, and glasses and tv remote, so there will be no need to call the receptionist to request them, especially during late hours. But all in all.. Excellent 😊

On the day of check-in, we received a message from the hotel manager stating there was 'some problem' with our rooms and we'd be moved to another hotel in their chain (not an apart-hotel, but a different one). It was crucial for us to stay near The Arena Riyadh because we were attending a big event. As a result, we had to take a taxi there instead of a 10-minute walk, despite the manager assuring us the distance was the same. It was a completely dire situation; no one offered any compensation, discounts, or free shuttle to the venue. Our alternative hotel was tired, though clean. The location was in a local residential area, which felt dirty and unsafe. Taxi drivers even advised us not to go out without men. Honestly, think carefully before booking here. The breakfasts were tasty and delivered straight to the room; they were the same every day, but we didn't mind.

The hotel is located in a residential area, and the surrounding environment is average. There is no toilet paper in the hotel, and you must rinse it with water after putting on the queen size. There are no towels, bath towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc. in the room, so you must bring these toiletries yourself. The room is equipped with a microwave and kettle. There is a small convenience store next to it where you can buy food and supplies, including instant noodles.

Overall the room and experience was pretty good - big room, with washing machine, microwave and various other things. There wasn't much service, but I want really looking for any, just a place to stay. There wasn't much in the immediate area, but it seems you need to drive/everywhere in Riyadh anyways, so it's pretty centrally located thinking about that. A weird smell initially in the bathroom upon arrival, but that seemed to dissipate... Overall a pretty good option if you get a good deal!
