Family and I really liked our stay at Ninestates Karatsu. It was clean, well maintained and family friendly. Location was fine though traffic on the road in front of the hotel is usually busy in the morning and evening. Parking could be a little challenging if the carpark is almost full and you drive a larger car. Not many food options within walking distance, so it could be easier for those who drive.

The room facilities are very complete, suitable for families and children, and you can also cook simple ingredients by yourself. The only downside is that the check-in procedure is very cumbersome and there is no manual service. It is all online, which is troublesome. Will not stay again in the future
