The hotel is conveniently located near the station in a quiet area. You can walk to Nara Park and the nearest sights. The room had a teapot, tea, plastic glasses (which is uncomfortable), a fan, a lingerie dryer, bathrooms, lots of towels. But on the layer floor where the bed is very dusty. We checked into this hotel in Nara to fully immerse ourselves in the atmosphere of this amazing city. We chose this hotel because of its convenient self check-in and check-out system – it's all very simple and fast. We recommend confirming your passport details in advance. The room looked small in the photos, but in reality, it's very decent and well-zoned. It's a great option for one night, especially if you want to wake up with the sunrise and see the deer still asleep, observing them before the tourists arrive. There's also an opportunity to buy crackers – during cherry blossom season, we noticed that many shops had already sold out by midday, so we recommend waking up early. The only drawback of this type of accommodation is the very thin walls. There are signs warning guests not to make noise after a certain time. We did hear other guests, but everyone was considerate, and we fell asleep very quickly, so nothing bothered us. We really enjoyed the experience and were very satisfied!

There was a washer/dryer, which was super convenient! There was even a single dose of detergent provided, making this a really hospitable inn!

Хороший и просторный номер. Но вот система автоматического заселения заставила понервничать. Мы приехали во время ливня, гулять по городу было невозможно, и мы отправились в гостиницу немного раньше 15:00 - в 14:10. Пришли, а никого там нет. Висит замок, в котором надо забрать ключ, код от которого нам не сообщили. Вот мы и сидели на ступеньках и не знали что делать. Благо, что в 14:32 код от замка пришёл на почту, и мы даже заселились немного раньше. А так от станции 20 минут пути пешком, до парка с оленями - тоже около 20 минут.

Great location in terms of convenience and accessibility! Supermarket is just in a walk of 5 minutes, plus restaurants and takeaways downstairs of the building.

It was quiet and I was able to relax completely. The room was clean, and I was happy to have a separate bathroom. The microwave, air purifier, and humidifier were also provided, which was great. This time I only stayed for one night, but I strongly wish I could have stayed for more.

Very good place to stay, not far from the surrounding attractions, very convenient. And the room has everything to be fully equipped, but unfortunately there is no TV station, just in Japan to watch the Winter Olympics, it is a pity that there is no way to watch, but there is Netflix or youtube. The nearest parking space is to write monthly rent. After we entered the room, we saw the landlord’s instructions and said that the nearest parking lot can be reserved in advance, and if there is an appointment, we can use it. We parked in the surrounding parking lot (but it was about 700m), and it was convenient to leave the attractions. And the next day, we put our luggage in the car, continue to park, and then stroll around the surrounding attractions. This stops for one night and stops until 14:12 in the afternoon for only 800 yen, which is really super cost-effective! Downstairs is a burger shop is also very convenient. There are also some spare parts outside the room. If it is not enough, you can take it yourself, and there are comics. I found it too late. The child has always felt that it is a pity that I didn't see 🤣.

This place is very comfy and affordable! Great for families. Located on the Sato River, and about a half hour's walk from the palace. Check in was a bit complicated. I would recommend downloading Line if possible to communicate with the host directly.
