I found it to be perfect for my trip. I was up there for the mountains and the location put me within 30 to 40 minutes or miles to the wilderness green mountains but still allowed for me to enjoy my basic habits like coffee (Starbucks and dunkin close by) and places to eat(plenty of restaurants and pubs near by). It is a bit strange not having an office to go to when questions or problems arise, but the manager Mike was fantastic and picked up the phone when I called to ask the one question I had (laundry room- it was free to use and although I brought my own detergent, I did see other customers use the detergent that was provided). All in all, very good place and i would stay again without any reservations!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It felt very homey. Price was just a bit steep than usual probably since we booked this last minute during peak foliage when almost everything was already fully booked in Vermont. They take your breakfast orders upon checkin. There's also a restaurant next door.

Hotel is nonsmoking. Needed to sign a form stating that we would not smoke in room. Great as we are nonsmokers. Room however smelled of smoke!!!! Quite a bit, about a 4/10. We were able to open windows and air it out. Able to stay, but irritated my eyes. The smoke smell was the worse. Didn't expect too much for price compared to other local lodging. Room was well cleaned and spacious but out dated and in need of some repairs. Faucet handle was broken on sink, Window screen on window that worked well was missing. Other window with screen needed to be propped up to stay open. Pool looked nice. Room was clean, front desk staff friendly, good location.

very nice place. My major gripe is with Trip.com. They said there was breakfast offered, and I paid extra for that. The owner said they haven't had breakfast for a LONG time. So I got ripped off by Trip.com by paying extra for a service that was not even included.

Probably THE nicest ‘motel’we’ve stayed in as it really is a Motor Lodge type motel - parking around both sides of the building - park near your room - great finishes, clean and large sized room. Very comfortable! Close to good restaurants.

Its a self service accommodation where they provide the access code for you to self check in. Very good location and clean. No breakfast but complimentary coffee in shared area is provided. Stayed 4 nights to ski at Sugar Bush resort.

We arrived late but the inn keeper (Vince) was so helpful, understanding and accommodating. Refreshing to find such great service. The room was clean and neat. Quaint little place. Love it! Will recommend 👍🏼

Nice accommodation. Beautifully located in nature, with a lot of sitting outside. Nice breakfast and very beautiful decor of both the rooms, the halls, and the restaurant. Also the sauna and the pool were well-cared. We enjoyed!

Excellent location-an easy 5 minute walk to the Bennington Museum and downtown. Clean, comfortable room at an affordable price. I would definitely stay again.

Good location for us. Bed was just Ok, TV content the same. Service was friendly and accommodating, sporadic front desk coverage but overall ok
