Tracy008We booked a hotel for two nights, and the room they gave us was very clean, with a microwave and refrigerator so we could cook. The hotel wasn't far from the city center, and the transportation nearby was very convenient. The only downside was that the air conditioner in the room was constantly making noise, which slightly affected my sleep quality.

SS3Day 1: room not clean, hair looked like animal fur over the pillow and even kitchen scissors. Empty shower gel. 4 crawling insects throught the night kept us awake. It looked like room wasn't serviced before we moved in. The next day we spoke to a kind man at the reception who happily changed the room for us. The room was so clean, mattress and sheets seemed fresh, well stocked room. Wish we had spoken to him the night before to get a different room. Day 2 was fantastic!

Po_cTravelled to Dublin for the first time and stayed at this hotel. The room was upgraded however the cleanliness of the room needs improvement. There’s stain on the bedsheet. Pest control is needed as I walked into the room, I can see spider web hanging. On the other hand, the hotel location was great with walking distance to the attractions, cafe and temple bar street.

Irish Global TrotterI recently had the pleasure of staying at Premier Suites Ballsbridge, and it was an outstanding experience. The location is ideal, situated in the charming and upscale Ballsbridge area, offering easy access to Dublin's city centre and various attractions. The suite itself was impeccably clean, spacious, and well-appointed with modern amenities that made my stay extremely comfortable.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met promptly. The fully equipped kitchen in the suite was a fantastic feature, allowing for convenient self-catering. Additionally, the surrounding area is filled with delightful cafes, restaurants, and shops, making it a perfect base for exploring Dublin.
Overall, Premier Suites Ballsbridge exceeded my expectations in every way, and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and convenient stay in Dublin.

DuwanI traveled to Dublin alone and initially wasn't planning on booking such a large place, but for safety and the overall experience, I ended up booking this apartment. It's located in an affluent area of Dublin, where people are genuinely friendly and even cars will yield to you, unlike in the UK where they'd just honk. Here, they'll even smile and wave you through.
Public transport, however, is a bit tricky. Buses are hard to come by and you absolutely have to wave them down to stop. So, getting around can be a bit inconvenient. If you have to catch a flight or a ferry, you definitely need to factor in extra time – at least an additional half-hour for waiting for the bus on top of your usual travel time. For instance, I allowed an extra hour for the bus and managed to catch my ferry back to the UK, saving myself €28 on a taxi.
Another bonus is that you save money on laundry since the room has washing and drying facilities. Plus, you can cook your own meals, which also saves a considerable amount. There's a supermarket nearby where you can pick up pre-prepared meals to pop in the oven.
The staff's attitude was generally good. Being in Ireland, if you just complain about the British, everyone treats you wonderfully. However, the facilities were a disaster. When I checked in, there was no one at the front desk. I had to contact Trip.com to get someone to come out. Then, the main door lock was broken and couldn't be secured at all. I had to contact Trip.com again and go down to find someone. They told me they'd fix it that afternoon, but I explained that with all my belongings in the room, I wouldn't feel comfortable with them fixing it while I wasn't present, and I'd have to stay there. So I told them to just fix it after I checked out. I ended up staying in that room with the faulty lock for three nights. And since I was alone, they didn't even charge a security deposit, just made a copy of my passport for their records, which was actually quite thoughtful.

The apartment is super close to the train station which was really handy for us! We had an early train and the staff made the early check out process super easy.
We were worried about the noise of the train being a problem but the train sounds were very quiet. We were also worried about being above a pub that it would be noisy, again not a problem.
The oven and cooking amenities in the apartment weren’t available for use for our stay. We only had a short stay and so this didn’t bother us, but could see how it would be frustrating for a longer stay if you planned on using them.

Glady Lau YWThis is my first time to visit Ireland and the 1st day we stay in this apt. When I arrived too early and the check in lobby was closed. However, once I WhatsApp to the registration, they right the way give me a big help. Gacr and Matel is so friendly and helpful. They arrange an early check in for us and really appreciate their help in knowing more about the city. Highly recommend this apt to stay. It is clean, right in the city center and you can walk around to the most city scenic and restaurants. Glady

salvalasilvia The place is in a great location but the keys to the room are supposed to be picked up in a different location that is quite far from the hotel. The staff is supposed to be multilingual but when we called for help to get the keys we got unlucky and had someone over the phone that struggled with English (in Ireland..).
The place is overall very clean but the decorative pillows don’t seem to get washed.
It’s ok for a brief stay, not for a long one as there’s not wardrobe. Nowhere to store anything or at least put the luggage.
Also, the kitchen has silverware and mugs but nothing to clean them.
For this price, I was expecting a little bit more attention to details.
