The location is a bit far for those who don't know the tower, it's quite a bit back. The cooking utensils are good, but there's no water heater.

Had a cosy, quiet and enjoyable 5-night stay at Herloom's one-bedroom premier twin room. Experienced some problems with the balcony door and bad odour from below the kitchenette's sink, and the support came to rectify the issues promptly. Breakfast was fantastic. All the hospitality staff were courteous and, without fail, asked for feedback for improvement. Kudos to the customer service team! Special shout-out to Ranti, who greeted us every morning with her bright smile and was prompt to help with all the requests we had during breakfast. Great service with sunshine smiles even on rainy days! Will definitely recommend Herloom Hotel and Residence BSD to travellers for a comfortable stay at BSD.

It took me about 20 minutes to get to the apartment by taxi from the airport. The service was very warm and welcoming; they even brought the keys to me in the lobby. The room was good and very clean. The ground floor has a great variety of food options, including hotpot, BBQ, sushi restaurants, and Mala Tang. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Tokyo!

The room is very small and it takes a long time to get the key card. I asked a friend to help me get such a big property. There's not even a bar, it was built by the Japanese. The shops and supermarkets downstairs have everything you need.

Neat, fragrant, in a quiet and clean location, suitable for travelers. Highly recommended, friendly and good service. Prices are in accordance with the conditions, including affordable.

The place is nice and comfortable, there is a smart TV, you can watch as much as you want, there is a mini kitchen and a clean bathroom, in short it is nice and comfortable. 👍
