I had a wonderful stay at this cozy studio in Tokyo Residence PIK2. The cleanliness was absolutely top-notch — everything was spotless, fresh, and very well-maintained, which made the space feel comfortable and relaxing from the moment I arrived. What really stood out was the professionalism of the host. Communication was smooth, clear, and prompt, and every detail was handled with care. Check-in was easy, and the host made sure everything was ready and hassle-free. Overall, a clean, cozy, and well-managed place. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable stay in PIK2!

The facilities are good. The AC is nice and cold, and maintenance is excellent, especially during check-in. There's a prayer room available. The hotel has well-maintained rooms, perfect for events. Parking is also available, and there's free parking too.

Despite initially I have difficulty on checking-in because my message through the apps didn't quickly replied when I arrived at the apartment, but finally I manage to call the owner. So, I'm suggesting you who wants to book this place, to also actively approach the owner through the phone number mentioned in the apps for smooth process. The owner was so friendly and informative. We can ask anything to him. When we enter our room, fits as its description, where it suitable for 3 person with 2 rooms. The amenities also quite complete, such as: towels for each person, dental care, soap and shampoo including eating utensils. Also there's magic jar/magic com to cook rice or warm our food and electric kettle. But I will be grateful if you can provide the dish soap and rug in front of the bathroom as well. (Is it too much if I ask mineral water bottles as well?) Easy for check-out, just leave the key inside the unit and the owner will pick it up later. Aside from that, since this place has many restaurants and convenience stores across from the building, no need to worry for starving in the middle of the night. Thank you for the convenience and definitely will return to this place for another staycation with my friends.

I've stayed here countless times already, and I truly love this hotel apartment. Breakfast is provided, there's a coffee shop right downstairs, Grab food delivery is incredibly convenient, and getting a taxi is also a breeze. I'll definitely keep coming back.

The room was dirty, a lot of bagworm (kamitetep) in every corner. The bathroom was gross and small too, I have to wash my face in the sink cause it bigger there. Seingetku juga kamar mandinya gak punya keran biasa buat wudhu. Shower ada tepat di balik pintu kamar mandi. The amenities is only for 1 person despite the room was for 2. Listriknya abis 2x juga, meteran listriknya juga pake alarm uy,, turns out dia abis pas kita lagi nginep. The owner should've check it before the guest (us) check in..

The elevator house is like a large apartment with many rooms. There are cabinets, chairs, tables, small bedside tables, a very old TV and a small refrigerator. I don't know how to adjust the hot water. It disappears after a little washing. There are some ants. The air conditioner remote control needs to be pressed hard to respond. The price is cheap, but the bed is too smelly. The mattress, pillow and quilt all smell. It's like mold and the smell of oil and mold after sleeping for a long time without washing and drying. The pillow core, quilt core and mattress all have this smell. It smells even stronger when you take off the pillowcase. I asked the waiter to help me change the pillow, but he took it away and brought it back, saying that there was no more. It was intact, but the pillowcase was sprayed with perfume and given to me again. I used my clothes as a pillow when I slept, and barely covered myself with the quilt. I couldn't stand it. I really don't know if it has been used for decades or what. In fact, the furniture inside is quite complete. It would be good as long as the whole set of bedding is thrown away and replaced with new ones.
