The spotless apartment (I live in No. 22) is decorated in a simple log style. On the left side of the entrance is the bathroom and bedroom with a balcony, and on the right side is an open kitchen, dining table and small living room with a balcony. The apartment has no front desk. You enter the door and room with a password. The password will be sent to your email three or four hours before check-in. If you have any questions during your stay, you can contact the property manager by email. It is more suitable for tourists with travel experience. All small appliances, kitchenware and toiletries are available, but toothpaste, toothbrush and slippers are not provided. The apartment is not facing the street, but is located in a residential area between two main roads. It is relatively quiet (the pigeons coo loudly in the morning). There are at least three supermarkets within a five to ten minute walk. Yogurt is more than 2 euros for a group of three, eggs are 1.69 euros for six, and bread is more than 2 euros for a little over one. There are too many choices, and vegetables, fruits, milk, cheese and daily necessities are all available. There are coffee shops, bakeries and dessert shops scattered around the neighborhood, and the seats are all outside the store. Take the subway from the airport to the apartment (see the last photo), take Line 3 (blue line) to Constitution Square, transfer to Line 1 (green line) to Kato Patissla, exit the station and follow the navigation to walk for five minutes.

It is a very clean and good facility. It was very nice to be able to stay in such a good facility for such a low price. It takes about 10 minutes to get to the city by subway. However, if you can stay in such a clean and good facility, it is not a problem at all. The manager keeps in touch and checks if there is anything you need. I had to go to the airport early in the morning, but they prepared a pick-up vehicle for me, so I came comfortably.

As the hotel does not have the reception so we contacted the stuff advanced and they leave the key in the hotel, and tell us the password of the gate. When we arrived, because we cannot found the exactly place of hotel, the stuff of hotel answered the phone immediately and helped us through Whatsapp. The room is very big, bright, tinny and comfy. The balcony has two comfortable chairs which can lay on and have breakfast or rest when you want. Refrigerator, pot, pan coffee pot, plate, tablewares, three kinds of glasses and cup, dryer even bathrobe are included in the room. Apart from that, the bed is very comfortable and the whole decoration is very exquisite, too. In total, is a very perfect experience during this Athens trip, I am really looking forward to next time to come here and I will recommend this place to my friends, too.

Hotel location is very good, very close to Constitution Square and the subway! Many famous attractions are within one kilometer! The room is very clean, you can cook, pots and pans are all available! The balcony is large and you can sit on the balcony and drink tea! Suitable for a family of three! The front desk brother is very warm!

We had a bit of a story, the taxi driver took us from the airport to a 35 min drive to an area called Spetson in another location. He didn’t read the address carefully ((. In fact the hotel is conveniently located at 15-17 min from the airport. Has many coffe shops in the area. We liked the Coava rock cafe bar for evening relaxing drink. Didn’t take pictures of the room, but it was clean, had air conditioner, hot water, and all that you require for a short stay.

This place is great as it’s a combination of a hotel and an apartment. You get totally clean, spacious rooms with a kitchen (including washing machine), bathroom, big internet tv, and a balcony. They have very few staff which I guess is how they keep it so cheap. Definitely no complaints.

Overall, the stay was decent. The location is quiet and close to the seaside, with supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes all within walking distance. I especially enjoyed the amazing shrimp tempura at the nearby restaurant Mera—highly recommended! However, the hotel offers very limited amenities. There were no toothbrushes, umbrellas, or slippers provided—not even upon request. I found it especially puzzling that slippers weren’t available. The floors were freezing, and with no place nearby to buy disposable ones, it really affected my comfort. Most travelers don’t pack slippers for this kind of weather, and having to walk barefoot on cold floors significantly impacted my experience. I truly hope the hotel considers this feedback. It’s a small change, but it could make a big difference in guest comfort.

The lobby is on the second floor, and there is an elevator to the upper floors. The room is relatively large and the decoration is relatively new and I like it. It is just a little noisy because it is facing the street. The manager said it will be quiet at night, and it is indeed quiet late at night. The pillow is relatively high and we folded the bath towel as a pillow, which works very well. The breakfast is OK, and I like the summer salad and mushroom egg omlet the most. Overall satisfied.

The hotel is nice. It has one bedroom, one living room, one bathroom, and a dining table. It is very suitable for takeout parties. However, there is no front desk. If you have anything to do, you need to call the staff. On the day you left the hotel, I stored my luggage and used the password to open the door. I couldn't open the door. I asked customer service. The customer service said I wanted someone to come and check it out. I waited for half an hour and there was no one. It's really a waste of time to wait until you see the person cleaning the guest room coming out.

The room has a kitchen and cooking utensils, so you can cook. There is a small supermarket called My Market, which sells vegetables, 3 minutes' walk away. You can see the night view of the Acropolis from the rooftop. There are many free parking lots in the alleys around, but they are often full. It is 7 or 8 minutes' walk from the two ticket points of the Acropolis and 500 meters from the nearest subway station. Thanos at the front desk provided good service and answered all questions. When turning on the central air conditioner, all doors and windows must be closed, otherwise it will not work, and I thought it was broken.

The best quality/price apartment suite in Athens city centre according to my experience. It's just 3 minutes walk to the Acropolis museum. The rooms are quiet thanks to 2 separate double glazed windows (equals 4 layer glazed windows). Stylish and clean indoors fully equipped with basic amenities and kitchen furniture. The management is friendly and helpful; you can arrange the room cleaning day and time with them easily. Highly recommended.

酒店位於機場邊上的一個小鎮（國內對應算村都勉強）。來回純靠打車或者Uber（單程打車18-20歐，15分鐘左右車程）。 500多塊錢，給了一個帶1衞生間+1廚房及客廳+2個卧室，硬件設施是非常寬裕的，大概有80平米建麪。衞生也弄的很到位，乾淨、安靜、到處都是香薰蠟燭。女老闆對自己的酒店還是有點小情調的。作為客人，主要是人生地不熟，對當地治安心裏沒底，純過夜還行。 女生不適合，男生一個人可以。 就是當地小鎮一棟房子改成了酒店。晚上睡覺我把所有窗户和門都上鎖了，窗户也是特意拉上了鐵門。心裏多少有點發虛。不過實際還是安穩睡到了天亮，治安比我想象的好很多。 酒店周邊有點小超市和Kebabe，7-13歐一頓飯。比到機場吃漢堡王來的實惠，味道也比機場好一些。 如果在雅典待好幾天，不推薦這個酒店，安心去市區住。如果和我一樣衹是在雅典待一天就換其他國家，男生可以考慮。女生還是穩妥起見建議去市區。

It states that the shuttle is free, but when I contacted them on the day, they did not arrive on time and I was unable to use the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Also, the transfer from the hotel to the airport was delayed by about 10 minutes. I was worried that the hotel would arrive 10 minutes late, even though I had waited exactly as specified by the hotel. (I was nervous because I was scheduled to board a plane that day.) I think I had opened the window to ventilate the air, but there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room, and I killed dozens of them, but the noise of the mosquitoes at night made me panic. I was woken up many times, and in the morning there were still many of them. The room was clean and tidy, and the shower temperature and water pressure were great.

The photos tied to this hotel is NOT the photos of the hotel. My cab from the airport did not know where this hotel located, got lost and left me across the street from the location. The woman that runs this place is a stickler and all she cares about is money. The door to the room, does not lock very well. The sliding door to the balcony also does not close very well. The room was very old fashioned. It was okay clean - I did see a worm crawling near the curtain next to the balcony door. Breakfast is a rip off. Too expensive for a couple slices of toast and one hard boiled egg, Don't get breakfast here. Was the room spacious? Yes, but I felt unsafe as the doors did not lock well. The decor and furnishings as mentioned were from the 50's. Overall, you can do better. Pick someplace else that will be closer to the beach. Also, this place is not very close to town, so you are better off renting a car or cabbing it to town. By the way, got stuck in that elevator, it took me to the basement and was stuck there for awhile. It's a death trap, don't use it.

Not satisfied 😔 I booked for free airport transfer, but after booking I was told that they couldn’t deliver it to the airport! The location of the hotel is very poor! If you have an early flight, you can only take a taxi to the airport! Although the facilities are complete, the service attitude is not satisfactory! The worst thing is that on the way there, there are no street lights on the whole street, it is very dark, there are dogs barking everywhere, and it is noisy when sleeping at night. The prices in a very remote small village are very high, even more expensive than living in the city center...

Wir brauchten „nur“ etwas für eine Nacht weil ein Flug ausgefallen ist. Wir würden jedoch gerne wiederkommen, denn es war alles vorhanden und in einem sehr neuen Zustand. Die Kommunikation und der Self Check-in / -out waren musterhaft einfach und völlig unkompliziert. Die Lage ist 4min zu Fuß vom Strand und der Ort machte einen sehr netten Eindruck! Wie gesagt, leider nur eine Nacht.. Es könnte höchstens ein Herd für längere Aufenthalte fehlen.

The studios are easy to find and ideal for overnight stay to catch an early flight as it is located only 15 minutes from the airport terminal. Check-in is fully online and access is via a door code. Communication was via Viber, and responsive and helpful. Downside: the “cinema” setup seems only to work via cable and PC, not wirelessly and the shower floor and furniture are bit dated. What truly stood out was the taxi service of Avelink: reliable, friendly, and punctual. One of the best I’ve pre-ordered!
