Apartments in Attica, Greece

We shared a two-room apartment with another couple, and were very impressed. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed and very clean, and heave cooking facilities. Our apartment had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen/living area. The rooms are exceptionally quiet at night, and when the external window shutters are down are completely dark, even during the day. Beds are comfortable and it was lovely sitting on the balcony in the evenings. Location is fine, with easy walking to tram and metro stops, and shopping in adjacent streets. The only points that limit my rating to 4 stars are that i) no brooms or cleaning equipment are available, and our bedroom aircon struggled a bit on hot nights (though the main room and other bedroom were fine). There is also a gym available in the basement.

We njoyed r stay. At first we were concerned about the location, thinking we were going to b close to city center. But the location is great - it is only 2 blocks from the metro, making it convenient to everything by metro. Apartment is super modern and great. The response time from the Lux&Easy team is amazing - and they were always so helpful. They r the best. The apartment is in a local neighborhood, people walking dogs, people going to work, others walking to market. Nice balcony to watch it all. Nice!

Travelling solo for the first time I was apprehensive and after reading some of the reviews this added to my angst. However on arrival I was warmly greeted and throughout my 5day stay the lovely reception staff couldn't have been more helpful! The hotel, although not situated in the most appealing of areas, is lovely, very clean and has everything you need during your stay. The area isn't the best, however is up and coming and is that of any city centre. Keeping your wits about you and being aware of your surroundings is the best advice I can give! Even in the main Monastiraki Square, you need to be very much aware! I loved my stay and would very much recommend this hotel as I felt very safe here. Walking into the main areas I would advise to walk to the National Archeological Museum and then travel by bus(or walk) to the other areas as this is the way I personally felt safest. The sightseeing buses are the best way to see the city and it's great hopping on/off wherever you wish. I would definitely recommend Plaka as a place to visit-very beautiful and has great places to eat! Taxi drivers can try to con you and charge 4 times the amount for a 5€ journey from Monastiraki SQ to the hotel so be wary of this and agree fares before getting in! All in all a great hotel to stay at and if travelling with 2 or more I'm sure walking back to the hotel at night is fine - I just personally didnt feel safe doing this! I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

It is one of the best accommodations I have stayed in, we are a family with two children, very clean apartment, modern, modern with all the amenities depending on the room you choose, it was nice to arrive to a nice basket with small delicacies and to drink in the morning my esspresso on the balcony, it is in a good location, quiet neighborhood close to many areas of Athens, the staff is very kind and helpful, the prices are very good for what it provides, we will stay here again and I will recommend it to all my friends and relatives! !! Thanks for all!!!

On a quiet side street just steps from everything -- Athens Green is in the middle of Pangrati, Mets and right by the ”big” sites by cutting through the National Botanical Museum (a nice park walk in the middle of Athens). The location couldn't be more perfect. If you want to get a feel of the ”real” Athens, this is just steps off of the tourist track but in the real Athens. The rooms are big and well-appointed, with a quiet courtyard -- a real oasis from the bustle of Athens. The desk clerks could not have been more friendly and helpful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We spent five days here altogether. Our apartment was on the 4th (or 5th, if you use the US system) of the building, with a distant but distinct view of the Acropolis. There was a balcony, which was nice, but almost no street noise at night. The apartment was roomy, comfortable, spotlessly clean, and very modern. We were extremely comfortable there! The staff was very helpful, they gave us their WhatsApp numbers and were always available if we needed them. We loved the neighborhood: its only a five minute walk to the Acropolis museum, yet felt entirely like a regular Greek neighborhood rather than being in the ”tourist zone” of Plake. Lots of coffee shops, restaurants, etc. nearby. There was the ability to cook in the apartment although we didn't do that; but it was nice to have the coffee machine and kettle, and the provided coffee. We would certainly stay there again.

Stayed here for three nights. My room (a triple) was quite big and comfortable, kitchenette and bathroom were ok, but no possibilities to change room temperature -air conditioning digital panel seems to be locked- and, most of all, too noisy. I slept only a few hours, especially in the last night because of continuos traffic noises. No double glazing or soundproof windows, even if the hotel is on one of the busiest streets in downtown Athens. Unbelievably noisy, I wouldn't stay at k29 again!

The accommodation itself is nice and you can cook, but there are a lot of beggars and drug users around, so you can't go out at night. I do not recommend coming alone.

Hotel well located at the center, Very good breakfast, value for money. Break fast is Healthy, a lot of vegetables and salads. Spaceous rooms and confortable , hot Ester and Bath gel are of Olive oil. Good restaurantes and bars arround. Walking distance.

The bathroom is fairly spacious, but like with other reviewer‘s I found that the shower through lots of water onto the main bathroom floor, so you kind of had to watch out for that. The noise from the street was almost nonexistent. However, the noise from the marble staircase was amazingly loud. The family above me, let their kids play in the stair well, and their conversation and screams echoed up and down the stairs. The door to the room does nothing to stop this noise. Otherwise, when there was no one in the stairwell, the hotel was amazingly quiet. It was very clean as well , and the staff was extremely helpful.

We were looking to book a hotel closer to the airport than Athens because we had a very early Morning flight home the next day. The price was very reasonable and the photos looked great so we decided to book it. There is no staff on site but they were very on top of texting us info on how to get into the building upon our arrival. We jumped on the Wi-Fi at the airport before heading out to make sure we had the codes before we left. It was about a 10 min drive and the building looks very new especially among the surrounding buildings. The room was very clean. This is just a basic room with basic needs. Perfect for your if you just need to sleep. It’s not in an area I would go walking around in necessarily it didn’t seem to have much nearby. We opted out of getting dinner because we were too tired to Uber anywhere. There was a coffee maker which I absolutely need in the morning with Nespresso which I love. The bathroom was basic but only had a handheld shower. You do have to good it to wash off. They offered shower gel only which was fine we had all of our shampoo and conditioner and soap. So if you need those things make sure to have them in hand. The building was very quiet which was great. This place worked if you aren’t looking for a fully functional hotel with all the amenities. It’s a great price for what you get.

very good! The transfer is scheduled in Athens. The location is in a small town near the airport. It is about ten minutes drive away from the airport. You can contact the landlord for a chargeable pick-up service. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms are well decorated. Haha, the host is also very nice. He introduced the nearby supermarket, there are a lot of fruits in the refrigerator, the kitchen utensils are super complete, coffee and chocolate can be used casually, exceeding the expected listing! During the epidemic, I was very anxious about flight problems when I was playing in Greece, so I had a good night's sleep here.

We stayed here for one night after arriving from Port of Rafina and with an early morning flight and chose this for the reviews and convenience. I agree with most of the other reviews, the unit (we stayed in #12) was self check in and convenient, spacious and clean. The area has some restaurants within a 7-10 minute walk which we enjoyed for dinner, otherwise not much going on but that was fine for us. The gem was really the staff and their communication, they went above and beyond to arrange transportation and make sure we had everything we needed. I would recommend this place! Thank you!

Perfect easy location. They have their own shuttle service to take you to the apartment. Clean brand new easy to get in. Would recommend to anyone travelling needing somewhere to stay overnight.

The owner is nice. The apartment is located nearby the airport. It takes less than 15 mins by car. The only thing we are disappointed as we couldn’t do any shopping for snacks or personal stuff in the nearby supermarket. It was closed on Sunday.

Stayed in the apartment 30-40 mins walk to anything. No Wi-Fi, it absolutely would not connect, tried for 30 mins to connect before giving up. TV broken, wouldn't even turn on. The 2 parking spots are in 1 driveway, so you have to continuously bug your neighbor to move their car if you need to drive somewhere. The worst part is the incessant CREAKING of the bed - every little movement produces a loud creak from the mattress, was up ALL NIGHT from the noise. There is a dog across the way that would not stop barking. Finally, although clean, the place looks like a hovel. Extremely over-priced for the accommodation, paid $120 euro per night! Insane. Never again, highly do NOT recommend, unless you are a hobo or broke student with very little standards for your accommodation.

Just 20 minutes from Athens airport. Book in advance and get picked up and taken back to the airport for 25 Euros each way. I had an apartment at the back with private balcony overlooking greenery. It was big enough for 1 or 2 and very clean and modern. Waterfront and Taverna just at the end of the street. Beach close by. Walk to the main road past the petrol station for low cost genuine greek food. Or try the taverna near the apartment for top quality seafood. In a quiet part of Athens by the sea. Highly recommended.

We arrivwd late at night. Due to communication with the owner we found the place pretty fast and managed to get in, as mentioned - with the guidance files sent to us by the owner. The place is very pleasent, it was a very quiet night. The shower worked good and the aircondition was quiet, too. The one and only thing we missed was - a complementry bottle of water (since we know you shouldn't drink tap water in Greece, in most cases). But since this is the only fault found - I hivhly rcommend the place!
