Amazing service and amenities. There are even activities for residents to join for free, eg Yoga class. The lobby is well decorated with a coffee shop/bar, and working space. There is also a rooftop bar. Best part of this place is there is a washing + drying machine in room, with free detergents given to us. 100% recommend.

The hotel is certainly not the latest, but cozy and clean. The service is friendly and very helpful. Breakfast is more than just enough- here I have eaten the best touch of my life to date. The price-performance ratio is great, the location is central. In addition, I like especially that there is a lot of tree stock here, compared to the asfalt jungle of the city you can well bear it here at high temperatures.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in! Don't let the photos, high stars and several good reviews trick you, like they tricked my husband and I. Initially when we booked our room we expected a spacious and clean 1 + 1 room with a living room, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. But when we were at the reception, one of the staff members explained to us that we had gotten a completely different room because ”they don't give out rooms based on pictures” but rather instead have their own system of stages or levels and you don't even know which exact room you get when booking. They claim the one we booked was a tiny room that could barely fit my family of four and several luggages (we had been traveling overseas for a month). There wasn't even any space to walk between the beds or between the luggages, and I'm not exaggerating when I say I couldn't even close the door because our room was so small. The bathroom was infested with bugs on the ceiling and walls, the whole place smelled of obnoxiously strong perfume to mask the disgusting odor of meat previously cooked in the kitchen and throughout the whole ”stage”, and most bothersome of all, neither my family and I nor our luggages could fit in our small room. After explaining that we wouldn't be able to spend almost a week in this room, I spent over an hour trying to convince the people working at the reception to either give us our originally booked room or refund our money back and they said they couldn't do EITHER of them because the hotel was fully booked and since we paid online it wouldn't have been possible to give us our money back. What a scam! After a while of arguing, they finally agreed to let us stay one night in the room we paid for in the first place and refunded the rest of the money to us. My husband and I spent the rest of our day searching for a new hotel during the busiest time in Munich when every hotel was fully booked for the next few days. (In case you were wondering, we were able to find one that we loved for the rest of our vacation.) If our troubles only stopped there I wasn't going to take my time to write this review, but unfortunately the hotel staff and management had to disappoint me once again! The breakfast was not very good and the food was minimal, but more than that I felt like we were in the middle of a forest full of bees and flies, both outdoors and indoors. Not just one, but more than enough to prevent us from eating in peace. My kids kept screaming, and the jars of jam were full of bees. I informed a staff member and she brought back another jar in 5 minutes and I got some jam in time before it would be full of those bees again. If the doors of the hotel hadn't been open the whole time for them to come inside we wouldn't have had this problem. To make matters worse, my eldest daughter had been feeling sick for a few days and started feeling worse that morning, so her dad took her to get medical treatment leaving only me and my 8 year old daughter behind. Great customer service, very comfortable room excellent location. I stayed there for 5 nights. The subway is at 5 minutes walk and main central station (Hautbanhauf) is -2 minutes walk. But the city centre is just 20 minutes walk as well. I was able to walk everywhere without any issues. The best part was that Oktoberfest location is also just 5 minute walk!!

I booked 2 people but I think trip itself messed up the booking because they said it was just for 1 person. Nonetheless they took care of it without extra cost. Room itself was good, it had a fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave and some utensils and pans. It wasn't the cleanest ever but still good. It was never cleaned during the stay, it was only 4 nights but still. Location was great, close to railway station. However the area seemed sketchy.

We stayed in a studio apartment, the smallest type. The bed was comfortable, the table was large enough for two people to use as a desk, and the bathroom was spacious and safe. Ledges on the wall near the table gave us plenty of places to put small things without covering the table with them. The pillows were not what we are used to, but we worked out how to shape them so we could sleep on them. There were extras in the cupboard. The kitchenette had a microwave, a fridge, two hotplates and a dishwasher. Our only problem was that some of the kitchen utensils were missing (e.g. things to use with the frying pan) and Housekeeping apparently forgot to bring them after we gave a list to Reception. (A full equipment list is provided in the room.) We didn't pursue this matter; we bought a cheap wooden spoon and made do with that. We ate almost all our breakfasts and dinners in the room. There is a large Edeka supermarket near the Donnersbergerbruecke S-Bahn Station, and a smaller Netto closer by. (You need to look up where these are, as they are not on the main road.) It's also easy to shop near the Haupbahnhof and take the tram back to the hotel. The tram stop is right out the front of the building. The Donnersbergerbruecke S-Bahn station is now easier to reach, as a new access bridge has been built at the bottom of the side street (Helmholzstrasse) in the Arnulfpark. This area has been redeveloped in recent times, so what you see on aerial photos may be out of date. The basement laundry is well equipped and the machines have their own automatic liquid detergent supplies. You pay via a webpage, app or at Reception. The dryer left our clothes a bit damp, but we may not have chosen the best setting. As this is an apartment hotel, Housekeeping service the room once a week. Our room faced the main road. We are not bothered by traffic or tram noises. We didn't use the air conditioning, so can't comment on it. The room was warm at night but not too warm. We pulled the doona (duvet) out of the cover and slept with just the cover as a top sheet. We would recommend this hotel to other travellers.

Hotel staff is nice, room is clean and hotel is located in a nice but quiet area. It’s near the tech companies so good business hotel for employees who travel in for work. It’s about 3 minutes to the nearest subway - just google to KFC, the nearest subway is just next to itZ however it’s not the most convenient subway as the most convenient is the Olympia Einkaufzentrum one as it’s has more connections. There’s a small dishwasher provided so it’s convenient but if you want to wash the dishes manually, there is no dishwashing liquid provided so you have to buy your own. Washers and dryers are located at the basement of the hotel, so not in your room. There’s an app that we have to download to book and pay for the washer and dryer, yes it’s extra charge. No clothes detergent is provided so we have to buy our own - there’s no dispenser at the wash and dry area where one can easily buy the washing detergent. The hotel also doesn’t sell any. We had expected the hotel to at least provide some washing detergent, so don’t get caught without clothes detergent at night, if you plan to wash your clothes at night as the shops are closed after 8 pm… Overall it was a good experience except for the few inconveniences. As a first time visitor to Munich, probably one would want to stay at a location closer to the old town or city area as we found ourselves commuting about half hour every day to the attractions or where we wanted to go.

The hotel is a quick 5-minute walk from the railway station, which is very close. The hotel rooms are also very good, with a small balcony, which is very convenient, the bathroom is also very large, the kitchen utensils are very complete, and there is a washing machine, which is also very convenient. There is a room facing the street, which is noisy at night. There are many supermarkets around, making it easier to shop. There are many black people around, so I don’t feel like going back too late at night.
Adina Apartment Hotel Munich

We stayed at the Adina for 4 nights in a studio with a sofa bed. We loved having the washer/dryer and oven/microwave in the room. We were able to keep up with our laundry which really helped on our trip. We were able to walk to get groceries, although there isn't a store real close. With the sofa bed out the room is a bit tight, but it was nice to have the table and booth seating. We had a Frauenkirche view room on the 22nd floor and the views of the city and sunsets were amazing. We stayed Monday through Friday, and the first three nights were great. Thursday night the music at the bars below us in Werksviertel Mitte was really loud and lasted until 2am, so we didn't get much sleep. Even though we were near the Ost train station, we felt a bit isolated. In retrospect we wished we would have chosen a hotel closer to the Altstadt.

Overall it's normal. Breakfast is 11 euros. Food is scremble egg bread cheese ham milk yogurt banana and drinks have fruit juice water coffee. The subway entrance is 5 minutes walk. Water is not free, so you have to buy it separately. Restaurants are available at the food court in the department store if you have to take the subway to Kaufen zentrum station.
