I absolutely loved my stay at Yunhai Yuxi Hotel Apartment! The room was spotless, so clean and beautifully maintained. It felt incredibly cozy, with a calm, home-like atmosphere that made it hard to leave. The view from the apartment was stunning day or night, it’s something you’ll always remember. What really made the experience special was the owner and the staff at the reception, so gentle, kind, and genuinely hospitable. From the warm welcome to the small thoughtful gestures throughout our stay, it felt less like checking into a hotel and more like being cared for by friends. And honestly, for the quality, comfort, and experience, the price is far below the value you get here. It’s a hidden gem that deserves more recognition. Highly recommended I’ll definitely stay again! 🌸

The room view is absolutely amazing, offering a panoramic view of Gulangyu Island! It's also incredibly quiet at night, which is great for sleeping. The on-duty front desk staff are super helpful; they have both day and night shifts, and their responses are always prompt! The two beds can accommodate four people, but it would be even better if there were two more seats for the sofa bench.

Originally, I was greedy for being close to the dental hospital, but I was uncomfortable throughout the stay and would not come again next time. It is an apartment in the rental community. There is a small balcony with one bedroom, one living room, one kitchen and one bathroom. The facilities are complete but we can't use it for a day. There is a side door in the community that is broken, and outsiders can enter and exit at will. Opposite the community is the construction site, and the construction started early in the morning. The next morning, I found that the corridor was full of materials, and I knew that the apartment was still being renovated and it was not completely complete. Check-in needs to be registered at the front desk at the gate of the community, not the same building, if it rains, it is inconvenient. Travelers are required to register and brush their faces according to the homestay system, so it is not a hotel. The basement smells very heavy, my lover can't stand to vomit, and lick the nose throughout. The first time the front desk kindly gave us a room that no one had stayed in, but found that there was no waste cleaning at all. The rooms were gray, the sinks were dirty, and there was oil on the table. Changed to the next room, the health is better, but the house may have just been renovated, there is still a smell, and the bathroom is water, it is a smell. The bathroom wall is not a brick, it is a plastic board, I don't know if the plastic board has a taste. Just added the customer service butler WeChat and sent the license plate, but the next day I went out and found that I didn't record the system. WeChat didn't return, the phone was busy, the car behind was blocked by me, and finally I could return the license plate directly to the garage and wait for the license plate to be recorded. Going back to the room to check out, found that the password lock can not enter, a while invalid can not record or password error, the front desk still insisted on me to enter the old password, but it was useless at all, no one came to help, tossed for ten minutes, and finally sent a new password to successfully return the room.

Came to Xiamen to see the sea and stayed at this apartment. It was a really heartwarming experience. First off, the hygiene was impeccable, and secondly, the price was very affordable for most people, around a hundred yuan, which is incredible value for money. The provided dryer was particularly practical; it meant I didn't have to carry a bunch of extra clothes while traveling, which was super convenient. Downstairs, there's a shopping area, making it easy to get around. The owner's service was also very warm and appropriate. Overall, a very comfortable experience.

Facilities: The apartment is well-equipped, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. Cleanliness: The room was clean and hygienic, with no strange odors. Environment: The apartment is very close to the airport, just a few minutes' drive away. Taxis are also very convenient, and there's a shopping mall nearby, so food and drinks are easily accessible. Service: The service was excellent, and the airport pick-up service was great; just contact the owner in advance. They also responded promptly to any issues. The room was very spacious and offered great value for money.

Fantastic sea-view hotel! The floor-to-ceiling windows offer an absolutely stunning view, and the sunset over the sea is breathtaking. The room is clean and comfortable, making for an amazing stay. A must-stay when you're in Xiamen! Plus, all the amenities are single-use, which is great. Highly recommend!

The room was clean and the provided body wash and shampoo which was made from olive oil which I think it is a good product,and the provided free drinking water and paper cups.

I stayed at this hotel in Xiamen back in 2017, when it had just opened, and I was really impressed with both the room facilities and the service. For this family trip, I specifically chose to come back here. The location is super convenient, right next to Powerlong One Mall, and most importantly, I honestly couldn't find another place with better value for money for this two-bedroom type (in my opinion)! However, I have to admit the rooms are definitely showing their age. And for some reason, this room type had a strong smell. We switched to another room which was a bit better, but there was still a musty odor. The staff's service attitude was impeccable, though. I guess it's all about the value for money here.

Good: very closed by train station like 8 mins walk. Front counter lady was helpful. Price was a deal. Bad: cleaning is not done well, we found empty cigarette box under the bed. Provided plastic slippers were extremely dirty which we don't dared to use. Bathroom is very small jam with toilet, open shower and washing machine in approx 16sf room. Therefore, the toilet and washing machine gets wet after every use of shower. Since there was only disposable towels provided (large paper towel), we can't even use it to wipe the toilet dry. Although it's closed by Xiamenbei train station, keep in mind, it's far from tourist place in case you want to visit. It takes almost an hour by subway.

The staff provided incredibly warm and attentive service, and their attitude was excellent. Our room was spotless and well-maintained, with great housekeeping. The overall environment was also clean, spacious, and bright. Its location is fantastic too, very close to many attractions, with Xiamen University right next door. Truly highly recommended!
