Signal strength is good at most of the area except the mountains. Data is stable and it also works when I transit in Australia.

This eSIM is very convenient to use. Even if you encounter any setup issues, you can contact customer service for prompt assistance and excellent service. However, the only drawback is that the network signal performance is only average and can be unstable at times. Overall, though, it still offers great value for money and convenience.

Reviews: New Zealand 5G eSIM | Dual Net | Daily/Total Data Package | 1–30 Days | 24-Hour Billing | QR Code

We purchased two data-only eSIMs for our recent road trip around the South Island of New Zealand, and overall, we were incredibly impressed. The network strength was excellent throughout 95% of our journey. We only lost signal at a couple of very remote locations, which is completely expected given the rugged terrain of the South Island. It was absolutely perfect for staying connected with family back home and sharing updates on the go. While the data worked flawlessly, we highly recommend purchasing a Call + Data eSIM rather than a data-only plan. During a road trip, you frequently need to ring ahead to confirm a tour, check in with an activity desk, or contact your hotel. Because we had a data-only eSIM, we couldn't make standard local phone calls, which became quite inconvenient.

Worked well for basic tasks in Queenstown. Some areas with low service in the Gibbston Valley but that is due to the carrier (One NZ). Would recommend.
