We booked our cruise with Taliya to Ha Long Bay and had a very good overall experience. The guide contacts you on WhatsApp the night before to confirm pickup details. We weren’t staying in the Hanoi Old Quarter, so we arranged pickup from a hotel there. Everything was clearly communicated and easy to manage. The bus ride from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay and back was comfortable. Our guide, Alan, kept us informed throughout the trip, explaining the schedule and activities clearly. On board, each family or couple was assigned a dedicated waiter, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The buffet had a good variety of seafood and other dishes. We travelled with our two children and they really enjoyed the experience. The bamboo boat ride was scenic and relaxing, and kayaking was also available. Just remember to keep some small cash for tips (boat rower, waiter, and driver). Also note that drinks is not included. Overall, a smooth, well-run cruise.

This is amazing cruize, very fast and comfortable transfer, our guide Victor was interesting, helpful and very happy to do his job! We bouth fast boat (add 300k VND per person) and it was very good idea, very intresting! The next time we want 2 days cruise. Thx Appolo, Victor and amazing Vietnam!!! 🇻🇳 P.S. You need to take a reusable water bottle because single-use plastic bottles are forbidden in Ha Long.

The trip exceeded our expectations; the food on board was excellent, and the activities were well-organized. We easily spent two days enjoying the beautiful scenery and having a great time. Manager Loi was very nice; when my mom asked for gloves to peel shrimp, Loi personally came over and peeled them for her. The online customer service representative, Trang, was also very nice, and the shuttle service was well-arranged. Overall, we felt it was great value for the price.

Our trip was wonderful. We sincerely thank the entire team and our guide, Hin. The Ha Long Bay tour was incredibly action-packed. Everything was meticulously planned and very interesting! Gorgeous views, a wonderful ship, the Arcadia, and an excellent seafood buffet. The ship also had a jacuzzi, sauna, and entertainment. We saw so many beautiful and unusual things in just one day, it felt like we'd been traveling there for a week. We loved it all!!! Thank you!

We were booked for a cruise on the Calista boat. The cruise itself was amazing, with beautiful views and well-appointed cabins. We didn't go on any excursions because we really didn't want to leave the ship. Keep in mind that the cruise involves a stopover, which takes about an hour to reach. The food was good, especially lunch on the first day; we expected more from dinner and breakfast, but overall it was quite decent. The transfer was tiring, with stops for souvenirs and a long wait (over an hour) for the bus after the cruise. If possible, organize your own transfer; you'll save 1.5 hours each way.
