We booked the HK Buslines' Sleeper Cabin bus on 10 May, departing Sapa at 22:15hrs for Halong Bay. The operator reached out via WhatsApp early in the day to confirm the pickup location and time, which was very helpful. The bus picked up us at 21:00 hrs from hotel. The overnight journey was comfortable, taking about 8 hours with two rest stops of around 30 minutes each, and we arrived in Halong the next morning and dropped off at the office of our next trip - Star Cruise to Halong Bay. The sleeper bus was well-equipped, offering Wi-Fi, USB charging points, and massage beds. The seats were comfortable, making the night trip pleasant.  The fare was reasonable, and overall the service exceeded expectations. We highly recommend this bus for anyone traveling to Sapa, and we give it a solid 10/10.

Very well organized! They picked us up from our hotel in Hanoi, delivered us in wonderful conditions, and dropped us off at our hotel in Halong. Excellent, I definitely recommend it!

Was picked up in a regular car with 4 other passengers. Drove 20 minutes to the black mini van, changed cars, drove for about 2 hours in the mini van with 1 pit stop. Overall, everything was smooth.

The bus journey from Ha Long to Ninh Binh was very convenient, comfortable, and relaxing. The driver was experienced and helpful throughout the trip. Pick-up was arranged directly from the hotel, and we were dropped off exactly at our destination, making the entire journey smooth and hassle-free.

This is a bus from Sapa to Halong. Everything was excellent; I even managed to sleep. There's no restroom on the bus, but there are several stops along the way.
