This trip was a vacation with my son and mother in Yunnan. Since it was their first time there, we needed to hire a car to tour Erhai Lake in Dali. I only dared to book through a platform, and I was a little nervous at first. But when I heard the driver was a beautiful woman the night before, I felt a little more at ease. She picked us up on time the next day in a brand new Tesla. The ride was smooth, and she gave us friendly tips and spoke gently. She guided us through the itinerary we wanted to visit. Because I don't like taking pictures, the photos aren't great, but we returned safely and on time without any traffic jams. I was really satisfied.★

I have to give a huge shout-out to our tour leader for this trip! The entire itinerary was meticulously planned and thoughtfully arranged. Before departure, they provided detailed instructions on all the important points, and the pace of the trip was perfectly balanced – not rushing and tiring, but also ensuring no time was wasted. Along the way, they patiently explained the scenery and local customs, and always handled any issues promptly and effectively. They took great care of every member of the group, proactively monitoring everyone's well-being and responding promptly to any needs. The route was well-planned, including all the less-visited spots, and they thoughtfully reminded everyone of the best photo locations. They were genuinely friendly and humorous, creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere throughout the trip, and were great at keeping the group engaged. Their travel experience and sense of responsibility were impeccable; traveling with them made me feel completely safe. For a hassle-free and effortless trip, I highly recommend this tour leader, and I'd love to join them again next time!

I mistakenly booked this tea tour two days later than I needed. The mistake was only discovered at the last minute. We had to leave the next day. Furthermore, it had been raining since the morning. Despite this, the hosts kindly offered to come at a time convenient for us.
We arranged for the afternoon, but the rain had already passed, and the entire tea tour was a complete success! We started with tea and local homemade sweets and snacks, and were told about the tea farm. Then we went to the plantation, where they spent over an hour picking tea leaves. For the most delicious tea, they use only unopened buds with 1-3 leaves.
The most labor-intensive and demanding process is the "sha qing" (preserving) and drying on a brazier, during which the leaves must be constantly and carefully stirred to prevent crumbling. In the end, each picker received a jar of their own green tea! We also bought a couple of jars of the farm's spring-harvested tea.
The whole family loved this tour! A huge thank you to the hosts!★

I was picked up from my hotel and taken to the locations well with a lovely driver who came in with me at times to do tie dying and tea drinking. The ride along the lake was not as fun as I thought, with people walking and biking like they drive. No sense of other people. I only biked for maybe 20 muns. it was a cloudy day and not that warm. People were constantly trying to take my photo, so in my.option the least enjoyable part of the trip. The two villagess I saw were different to each other but interesting to walk through and try eating food and the many samples of things to eat and drink. It was a very pleasant day, with a few drops of rain, a bit of sun and nice scenery.
