He provided meticulous and high-quality service to every passenger, explaining the origins and characteristics of each attraction with humor and wit. He answered all our questions with ease, and his voice was incredibly pleasant. He was extremely attentive to his passengers, especially to my wife and me. Excellent service! The team was super responsive, helpful, and gave great advice. Our driver was very polite, drove safely, and recommended amazing places to visit. Yesterday we hired a car to tour Erhai Lake and Haidong, and I have to give a shout-out to our female driver! The car was spotless, her driving skills were impeccable, she knew the route inside and out, and knew all the less-visited viewpoints. She let us stay as long as we wanted, without rushing us at all. She was a very kind and genuine local; she even shared some bayberries from her own orchard with us along the way – they were absolutely delicious! She patiently explained the local customs and culture, and there were absolutely no hidden costs. She was truly honest and caring. If you're planning a trip to Haidong, just ask her for a ride!
