I used an eSIM for nine days (I bought the 10-day option). I easily set it up on my phone before my flight and enabled data afterward, deactivating my Russian SIM cards (to avoid roaming). For 350 rubles, it's an excellent option for basic connectivity (taxi, data, satellite tethering, Telegram, and WhatsApp). In the heart of Pattaya, I got 717+ Mbps downlink and around 600 Mbps uplink. On Koh Larn Island and Wangamat Beach, the speed was basic, with some lag (even though all the SIM cards are 5G), but it's sufficient for basic needs.★
