· According to AIS regulations, all SIM cards under the same order will be automatically activated and start counting upon pickup. Activation cannot be postponed or reserved for later use.

· All SIM cards in the same order must be picked up together and cannot be picked up separately.

· The counter staff only provide SIM card distribution, identity verification, and plan activation services. For any other issues, please contact the merchant's customer service directly.

· Note: One passport can only be used for the registration of 3 SIM cards. The passport used for registration will remain registered until the SIM card's expiration date. During this period, the same passport cannot be used to register additional AIS SIM cards or eSIMs. Once the validity period ends, the passport can be used for registration again.
