· All SIM cards in the same order must be picked up together and cannot be picked up separately.
· The counter staff only provide SIM card distribution, identity verification, and plan activation services. For any other issues, please contact the merchant's customer service directly.
· Note: One passport can only be used for the registration of 3 SIM cards. The passport used for registration will remain registered until the SIM card's expiration date. During this period, the same passport cannot be used to register additional AIS SIM cards or eSIMs. Once the validity period ends, the passport can be used for registration again.

· Once a SIM card is collected, no returns or exchanges will be accepted except in cases of quality issues.
· When using the SIM card, please ensure that the data roaming of your domestic SIM card is turned off to avoid accidentally using your domestic SIM card's mobile network, which may result in high international roaming charges. You will be solely responsible for any such fees, and no compensation will be provided, including but not limited to roaming charges, overseas SIM card/eSIM purchase costs, transportation expenses, etc.
