Visiting the Great Wall of China was an absolutely unforgettable experience! Even though the weather was a bit misty, it actually added a magical atmosphere to the landscape—it felt like walking on clouds.
Our guides, Amelia and the funny Mike, were fantastic: always smiling and attentive. They truly made the tour lively and enjoyable from beginning to end.
I also had the buffet, which was very good, varied, and well-organized—perfect after walking on the wall. I 100% recommend this tour to anyone who wants to experience the Great Wall.

Great guide (Mike) and a fantastic tour organization! I recommend taking the tour with lunch; you won't regret it. It's great that the tour doesn't stop and everything is clear and understandable. We had some time issues, and the organizer allowed us to reschedule the tour for 10:00 AM.

Our trip started from Dongzhimen Exit E with MUBUS Company. During the journey, the tour guide gave an interesting introduction about the history of the Great Wall. After arriving, the guide helped us purchase tickets for the East and West sections of the Great Wall.
The round-trip cable car ticket costs 140元 per person for one section (either East or West). If you want to experience both sides, it’s 280元 in total.
If you enjoy hiking and are physically fit, I recommend buying only the West ticket—you can climb up from the East and explore the West section on foot. It’s a great way to enjoy the scenery and save a bit on tickets!

▲ Bus meeting point: Exit B1 of Dongzhimen Subway Station. The tour guide will greet and lead tourists onto the bus for the journey to Mutianyu Great Wall. The journey takes 1.5 hours. The tour guide will provide information about the Great Wall along the way.
▲ Upon arrival at Mutianyu Great Wall, the tour guide will quickly lead you into the park. At the MuBus Visitor Center, you can collect your tickets and be guided up the Great Wall. Visitors are then free to explore and admire the ancient historical architecture and its magnificent scenery.
▲ Note: Mutianyu Great Wall cable car and Slide are self-funded projects and are not included in the tour fee. If you want to take it, please purchase it separately (Round-trip ticket price is 140 yuan)
▲ After the tour, return to the MuBus Visitor Center, where you can enjoy a free rest area, free tea and snacks. Guests with lunch can enjoy the "country-style buffet" that is well received by tourists. The rich dishes and the Great Wall country flavor will give you a delicious experience.
▲ Return arrangement: Tourists sign in to receive return tickets, and then take the bus under the guidance of the guide from Mutianyu Great Wall attraction back to downtown Beijing. The whole journey takes 1.5 hours. The tour ends after arriving at the departure point in the city. (Special note: The meeting point is located in the famous Sanlitun commercial district in Beijing, where you can experience the charm of Beijing's nightlife)
