This was my first time visiting the panda base with a private tour. Our guide, Xiao Liu, was incredibly thoughtful. He not only prepared local fruits for us to enjoy on the bus, but also arranged a sightseeing tour upon arrival at the base, minimizing our walking distance while maximizing our panda viewing experience. He even allowed us time for shopping – truly fantastic!! The driver was both smooth and efficient, ensuring a comfortable return to the hotel for a rest!!

I has a wonderful experience with Jojo (黄倩) as my translator guide. Last couple of days, there has been a lot of rain in Chengdu and my initially agreed upon plan to visit Wolong panda base was cancelled the day before. But Jojo managed to book me a last minute visit to Ya'an panda base. Even though it was a much longer drive, they didn't charge me more. Whole day was amazing, just as explained in the itinerary. I've learned a lot about pandas and got to experience some of the work that caretakers do. Jojo supplied additional information of her own and translated what I couldn't undrstand. She also took great pictures.

The itinerary was well-planned, relaxed, and efficient, allowing us to conclude our enjoyable trip perfectly before the peak tourist season. There were no shopping stops throughout the entire trip. Our tour guide was patient and meticulous, providing clear explanations while also taking care of all members, working seamlessly with the driver. The upgraded bus was spacious and comfortable, making the trip very pleasant. The food was also excellent. Chengdu left a wonderful impression thanks to this enjoyable trip!
