The quality of the chartered vehicle exceeded my expectations! The interior was spacious and bright, the seats were soft and comfortable, and I didn't feel tired even on a long journey. The vehicle was very clean and tidy, with no unpleasant odors, making me feel comfortable as soon as I got in. What I was most satisfied with was that the vehicle was equipped with complete safety features and practical equipment, such as onboard charging, Wi-Fi, and even a child safety seat—the attention to detail was exceptional. Throughout the trip, the vehicle performed very reliably, without any malfunctions, ensuring a smooth journey!

Our driver for the day was Mr Yang. He is an amazing driver and he made sure the trip went smoothly. He is a very kind and helpful person. Even though he doesn't speak English, he tries to make friendly conversation with his translation app and he regularly asks feedback to check if we agree with his plans etc. His driving style is very good, he knows the roads well and drives very steadily so it's easy to relax or fall asleep when you're tired. He has a nice car with a lot of leg space. When we arrived in Jinshanling, mr Yang helped us to buy tickets to access the Great Wall and the shuttlebus, which was helpful. His instructions were very clear so it was easy to find him after we were done hiking the wall. Overall, it was a lovely experience and we would definitely recommend. Everything was exactly as explained in the itinerary description 10/10

Divina was a great (and hilarious!) guide and made the long bus ride go by fast. I have done other sections of the Great Wall before but really wanted to try Jinshanling and found that this was one of the most reasonably priced and easy to schedule tours to do so! Would highly recommend and definitely will consider other Zanbus tours in the future!

A wonderful experience! Our driver was knowledgeable and drove in a comfortable way (unlike many others), he did not seem to be in a rush.
