1. Note:Guests holding mainland China ID cards, as well as those from Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan, please register for the Chinese Language Package A or B. Orders for other language packages cannot be arranged normally. We apologize for the inconvenience.

For tourists who purchased packages other than the Chinese package, please proceed to the vicinity of the Visitor Service Center (do not go directly to the Forbidden City for ticket inspection!!!!). Someone will contact you one day in advance to inform you of the meeting point. Please leave your correct contact information.

3. We will send you an email the night before your trip, informing you of the meeting time and location, as well as the location of the service personnel. Please leave your correct email address when placing your order.

4. Dear foreign tourists, it is currently peak tourist season in China, and there are many tourists. Please understand that you may have to wait in line for 40-60 minutes to enter the park after arrival. Thank you.
