Our tour guide, Mr. Zhu, was extremely professional. The entire itinerary was very well-organized, allowing us to meet in easily accessible locations. He provided attentive, warm, and polite service, especially showing concern and care for the elderly members of our group who had mobility issues, which was very heartwarming. He explained the history of the Prince Gong's Mansion in great detail, giving us a new understanding of Heshen. In particular, the mansion's "Three Wonders" have extremely high historical and artistic value, making it a must-see attraction in Beijing besides the Forbidden City. We were very satisfied with the entire itinerary and wish our tour guide continued success in his future career, enabling more tourists to learn about Beijing's history.

Jiusi, our guide, was very professional and responsible. We communicated with them in advance before the trip. Since we'd booked our tickets the night before, we were worried about potential ticket issues. We finally confirmed our tickets for the afternoon session at 11:00 PM. He was very familiar with the route and adjusted it based on crowds, avoiding large groups as much as possible. Even when we fell behind, he continued to guide us back to the main group while explaining. He was very calm and composed, making sure everyone found a place to sit during the explanation. His knowledge of the attractions was comprehensive and the pace was well-paced. There were two temporary exhibitions at the Prince Gong Mansion. While other guides would let the group in and wait outside, Jiusi, despite being criticized by the staff for causing crowds, gave us a thorough explanation. He was incredibly dedicated and professional! The seniors who accompanied us praised his excellence! 👍👍👍
