I was very satisfied with the chartered car service. Mr. Gou (vehicle number Jin BDB8686) communicated with me about the itinerary a day in advance, reminded me of many travel precautions, and booked tickets in advance, saving me the trouble of queuing on-site. The car was clean and tidy, his driving skills were good, the pick-up and drop-off points were accurate, and he was punctual. He thoughtfully reminded me of things at each attraction to avoid pitfalls. The recommended restaurants were especially delicious. This was my first time chartering a car through Ctrip, and it was excellent.
