The location is excellent, right between Da Lat Night Market and Xuan Huong Lake. You can enjoy lake views from the hotel entrance or from rooms facing the lake at any time. The hotel itself is grand, luxurious, and has a classic, antique feel. It truly makes you feel like an 18th or 19th-century French aristocrat. The garden is also beautifully maintained and opulent. Breakfast was good, and I especially enjoyed the afternoon tea starting at 2 PM. However, Da Lat mornings and evenings are cold. Even though I used the fireplace heater in my room, it was still chilly, and I ended up catching a cold. It's a good idea to bring warm clothes or pajamas for sleeping. P.S. Overall, I think the location, cleanliness, and breakfast were all good. The view from room 203 was of a Korean restaurant, so I got to enjoy Korean food after a long time. Although the exterior and lobby seemed small, the room itself was comfortable with a large bed and air conditioning. I was worried because of reviews saying it was unfriendly, but it was so good that I'd love to revisit.

It was a perfect vacation. This was a family trip with our 5-year-old child. There were fruit flies in the breakfast restaurant, and they were landing on the fruit. Some action needs to be taken, I think. Other than that, it was really, really good. Friendly staff, quick service, and the special room cleaning were excellent. We had a wonderful stay. I was debating between the Centara Mirage Hotel's waterpark for my child and the Anantara, which I wanted to visit, but there's no comparison. A vacation is always best spent wherever mom wants to go ^^

I had a wonderful stay at APEC Mandala Hotel. The facilities were excellent, the room was beautiful, and every aspect of the hotel exceeded my expectations. However, what truly made this stay unforgettable was my butler, Dương. I arrived at the hotel feeling very unwell, and from the moment I checked in, Dương went above and beyond to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. He anticipated my needs before I even had to ask and genuinely cared about how I was feeling. His kindness, warmth, and attentiveness were unlike anything I’ve experienced at a hotel before. Not only was he incredibly professional, but he was also so friendly and funny. We were constantly laughing together, and he made me feel completely at ease despite travelling alone in a country where I didn’t speak the language. He never made me feel isolated. instead, he made me feel looked after like family. When I needed to withdraw cash, Dương personally took me to the ATM. Then, when I realised I’d need more than I’d originally withdrawn, he happily came back with me without hesitation. It was such a simple gesture, but it perfectly summed up his willingness to help with absolutely anything. The moment that really showed how exceptional he is was when he messaged to ask if I needed anything. I had fallen asleep and didn’t reply. Rather than assuming everything was fine, he actually came to my room to check on me because he was genuinely worried about my wellbeing. That level of care is incredibly rare and meant so much, especially when I wasn’t feeling my best. Dương didn’t just provide excellent service, he showed genuine compassion. His kindness, patience, and generosity transformed what could have been a difficult trip into one I’ll always remember for the right reasons. He is a true credit to APEC Mandala Hotel, and I sincerely hope the management recognises what an extraordinary employee they have. Thank you, Dương, for taking such wonderful care of me. You didn’t just make my stay better you made it unforgettable.

Far but we liked the chill vibes, there were just too many people in that place, making us unable to enjoy the facilities fully. but price is very reasonable and is good if there are objectives to travelling there.

My experience at this resort was absolutely terrible and completely ruined my recent trip to Da Lat. I had specifically booked a room with a garden or courtyard view, clearly stated on the website, but ended up with a room overlooking the gym. It was supposed to be a relaxing getaway, but I was constantly disturbed by the noise from people working out early in the morning, their laughter and chatter waking me up. Moreover, every time I opened the curtains, I'd catch the eyes of people at the gym looking into my room, which made me feel watched and completely lacked privacy. I ended up having to keep the curtains closed throughout my entire stay. The front desk staff told me at check-in that I was getting a complimentary room upgrade for a better experience, but honestly, this room was a huge downgrade. Is this what they call an upgrade? The hotel's promotional photos are glamorous, but they hide these undesirable aspects that only guests who actually stay there discover.

Beautiful resort with a stunning lake view and very peaceful surroundings. Perfect for couples who want to relax and unwind. The room and common areas were clean and well-maintained. Staff were friendly, polite, and always helpful, which made the stay even more pleasant. Loved the quiet atmosphere and nature vibes. A great place to slow down and enjoy quality time together. ❤️

Room are huge and clean. All amenities are provided. 2 type of pools kid and infinity pools really suitable for big families. They have VIP lounge for vip room customers to use all day. All staffs are super friendly and helpful. I will be back to Movernpick next time.

This hotel is very nice. The style is very holiday-like. The view is good. Breakfast is not a buffet. You can order a staple food and drinks. I live in a view room and the surrounding area is very convenient. There are seafood places along the road.

This was the highlight of our Mui Ne trip! From the grand and exotic exterior to the warm welcome from the friendly staff, our first impression was perfect. The room had a cozy wooden tone with stylish tile interiors, and the comfortable bedding ensured a restful stay. The garden view from the private balcony was also excellent. Breakfast offered a diverse selection, from local to Western dishes, ensuring a hearty start to each day. The massive infinity pool and lazy river felt like a water park, and events like the nighttime foam party kept us entertained with never a dull moment. I highly recommend this as Mui Ne's best family resort, satisfying in terms of facilities, service, and scenery!
