Staff couldn’t have been friendlier. Everyone was very helpful and nice. Only negative was the people in room next to us that were smoking skunk **** all night. Came thru vents and we felt like we had a contact high. We had asked for non smoking. Mexican restaurant was good. Had nice bartenders and great shrimp cocktail. Very open and airy.

Room was great. Nice view. Complimentary coffee. Bathroom had a ***** hair in toilet seat. Everything else was great. Lounge on the 34th floor was amazing. The drinks were well crafted perfectly made. Other than that toilet hair everything else was great.

The lady at the front desk was very rude. I think her name was Martinez? Everyone else aside from her were very nice. Room was pretty good too.

absolutely matched our expectations. great location, fast , responsive and friendly front desk staff assisted all the time whatever question was, rooms are  spacy, beds are comfortable, coffee/tea maker easy to operate, breakfast was perfect with plenty of meat and drinks, pancakes were awesome. i certainly recommend this crown plaza

We used to live in Laguna Woods but now back to visit. Laguna Lodge is in a great location and our room was well-appointed. Nice breakfast room.

The location is good, but the room is very small and quite old, and it’s very noisy at night. The main issue I’m unhappy with is that they overcharged me by $61.91. I called the hotel, and they told me to contact Trip.com, but Trip.com doesn’t make it easy to reach customer service. I guess even if I manage to get in touch, they’ll probably tell me to contact the hotel again. Being pushed back and forth like this is really frustrating.

In summary, this hotel offers a superb location, exceptional cleanliness, and outstanding service, making it a great choice for travelers. However, there is room for improvement in the facilities. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return for another visit.

Stopped here to break up a road trip. Convenient location next to the freeway. Rooms were quiet, with vehicle sound not an issue. Plenty of parking and a good inclusive selection for breakfast.

Nice, clean, modern hotel, amenities were good the only thing is that there's no pool only jacuzzi, at the time the kitchen/bar didn't have those many options but there's 10% off for the restaurant across the street.
