GGuest UserI absolutely loved staying at this hotel. From the moment I walked in, the whiteness of the entrance, staircase and reception area was wonderful and it was so clean! The staff was very quick and courteous while checking us in.
When we entered our room, it was a delight - spotless, gorgeous cushions and good windows. We were so happy. We had an extra bed added which did make the walking space a little less but since we were out most of the day, it didn't matter.
We stayed for 6 days and in that time they responded to all our requests quickly and efficiently.
The bathroom was super spacious and we loved the big tub, especially in the winter when you want to have a hot bath!
The reception staff was very helpful with directions, booking a taxi, and in addressing all our questions.
The breakfast staff was also very helpful and polite.
There are 2 negatives I noticed - the breakfast plates were sometimes dirty and i had to request the staff for clean plates. And the shower curtains should be cleaned.
Overall its an amazing hotel and we will definitely stay there if we go back to StP.
The location is phenomenal, cant get better than this!
One tip- breakfast is good but exactly the same every single day, there is nothing new and no change, so if you like some variety, there is a breakfast place opposite. You could go there sometimes.
Definitely a highly recommended hotel!

MmilkelephantThe large, floor-to-ceiling windows offer a stunning view of the quietly flowing Neva River, with the Aurora cruiser nearby and the Winter Palace and St. Isaac's Cathedral in the distance. Bathed in the evening glow, it felt like a glimpse into the glory of 18th-century Tsarist Russia.

FF AlmazroueiThe Four Seasons Hotel in St. Petersburg is truly luxurious and high-end in every detail. The service is exceptional, and the staff go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. The restaurants are outstanding, offering excellent food and atmosphere. It’s one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and I highly recommend it.

AAnonymous UserExcellent location of the hotel. All the iconic sights are within walking distance. This is not the first time I have stayed here, of course, it is a modest 5*, rather a good 4+*, but the cleanliness of the rooms and excellent beds with good quality bed linen are worth it. We haven't slept as well as we did here these 3 nights for a long time. The robes and towels are soft, not washed out, good quality.

IIlya74Overall, not bad, but:
1. Soundproofing of the risers is terrible (we stayed in room 320). This means that at any time of the day or night you can hear your neighbors upstairs flushing the toilet and/or taking a shower. As for me, this is a flaw in the renovation (saving on soundproofing)
2. We didn't find out right away that the breakfast included scrambled eggs, and not from the staff at breakfast, but from another guest who ordered it and it was prepared for him. There is no information about this, it is not written anywhere.
Otherwise, everything is fine, friendly staff, comfortable mattresses, new plumbing.
But the above-mentioned shortcomings, especially the first one, are unlikely to prompt us to stay here again.

Прекрасная и красивая территория отеля, лес, сосны, где можно неспешно прогуляться с собакой ( на ресепшен даже выдают пакетики, но они у меня всегда с собой, чтобы убирать за собакой), чистые номера, белоснежное белье, тапочки, халаты, стандартный набор косметических принадлежностей, если что то забыли, можно попросить на ресепшен. Неплохие завтраки- теперь либо два блюда на выбор плюс напиток, либо мини шведский стол плюс одно горячее- как мне объяснили, в зависимости от загруженности отеля. Очень дружелюбный персонал, все здороваются и улыбаются. Хотелось бы поблагодарить сотрудника ресепшен Марину( надеюсь правильно запомнила имя) за высокий профессионализм и чуткость , большое вам спасибо)). На территории ресторан с хорошей кухней, можно заказать в номер по меню. Плюс конный клуб, ветклиника. Побольше бы таких мест, как Левада парк отель)). Спасибо!

GGuest UserExcellent hotel! My room was bright and cozy. The staff are top-notch – friendly, polite, and efficient. The restaurant is also great, serving delicious food quickly. I really enjoyed the spa too. Overall, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Nevsky Prospekt, with its many attractions, is just a 10-minute walk away. This will definitely be my first choice next time.

EElen_a+: Delicious breakfast with a beautiful view from the window. The pool is free until 4 PM, and the room was clean.
-: When checking out at 12 PM, I took my belongings from my room on the 4th floor and brought them up to my friends' room on the 7th floor. Somehow (it's unclear how or where), I ended up missing a turtleneck and a top. They never made it to the 7th-floor room. I contacted the reception, and they said they didn't know anything about it, and the housekeeper claimed there was nothing left in my room. They didn't even let me go back into the room. It's a very strange situation; these aren't earrings that could be easily lost unnoticed.
Overall, the hotel is good and I recommend it, even though I'm still left with a bad taste in my mouth.
