I had a good experience with the friendly staff, but due to the construction of the front door entrance, the check-in counter is moving to the side door and operating, and I stayed on the first floor (actually on the second floor) and the elevator door was open and the farthest The smell of cigarettes in the hallway was disgusting. It is difficult to remove the smell if you are non-smoking in each room, so it would be nice to provide a non-smoking floor for each floor. Breakfast was not enjoyable enough because I didn't have enough time, but it was delicious. Just give you a mix coffee bag without preparing black coffee.

It is the best hotel in Mandalay! Being in Myanmar before I already knew that hotels would be expensive, but I never regretted paying the price of staying in Mingalar Mandalay! Will still choose this one over others!

Don't expect anything from the local Five Star News. The hotel's facilities and decoration are similar to those of ordinary hotels. When checking in, the floor is not air-conditioned and it is very stuffy. The check-in process is also a long time and it feels that the management is chaotic. The breakfast is hardly delicious. The only thing that is commendable is that the high-rise view is very good, overlooking the city, after all, it is almost the tallest building in Mandalay.

The room is ok, slightly smaller. The bath water is large. The hotel is OK. Breakfast is on the top floor and the scenery is good. Parking is convenient and has its own parking lot. The front desk brother and the waiter communicate no problem. The price/performance ratio is OK.

Excellent staff and nice simple spa. Restaurant average and expensive but breakfast is good. Grounds beautiful but not well maintained, pool is rarely cleaned and garbage never removed. Overall a nice hotel but for the price, a bit more is expected!

I stayed at Holidays Pier Hotel for 2 days during my business trip on November 2025 . The room was beautifully and clean. The location was perfect with city view. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. However, the air conditioning in our room was a bit noisy. Overall, it was a delightful experience.

We loved everything about this resort. The room was spacious, very friendly and helpful reception staff. They were able to arrange a taxi for us for both days to do some sightseeing and transfer to Mandalay. The buffet breakfast was very good and they have a big selection of food for lunch and dinner. The pool and garden is lovely, ideal for the beautiful sunset in the evening overlooking the river.

The hotel environment is very good. The dining restaurant is under the big tree by the lake. The room is a one-story bungalow, surrounded by greenery, and you can watch the sunset by the lake at night.
