Since we traveled by car, it was helpful that there was a parking lot.
The rules and structure were simple and easy to understand.
It was unfortunate that I couldn't use the alcoholic drink bar because the times for breakfast didn't match up, but I was satisfied with my stay.
The only negative points were that there was a lot of static electricity in the building and the water in the large communal bath was lukewarm.
Although the drive up the mountain was a bit challenging, the environment upon arrival was beautiful. The front desk staff spoke Mandarin very well and arranged an excellent room for us. After checking in, we headed to the restaurant for dinner. The buffet offered a wide variety of dishes. After dinner, we went to the hot spring area. Besides the public bath, there were also private hot springs, which we thoroughly enjoyed! 😎
Breakfast was also very rich and plentiful. After eating our fill, we soaked in the hot springs for a bit longer. We even took some photos before leaving to capture the wonderful memories!
I had a pleasant stay with my friends for 7 days. The price was so good that we decided to have our own room for each of us. The size is decent, I could wide open my large luggage without any trouble walking around the room.
The location is not bad, like 10mins walk from the JR Sendai Station, and quite close to the most popular restaurants in Sendai.
This Dormy Inn is by far the best one we've stayed at in Japan! The room felt slightly larger than the standard Dormy Inn basic room types, and the highlight was definitely the multiple outdoor onsen baths available (usually there's just one). It was fantastic to try out all the different ones in rotation. The service was also excellent. The only downside is the location, which is a bit out of the way, situated between Sendai city center and Matsushima Coast (a 25-minute walk from JR Nakano-sakae Station, or a 5-minute taxi ride costing around 1000 JPY). Other than that, there are no flaws, and the Ctrip group purchase price was an absolute steal. Plus, the Kirin Beer Factory is right next door, so if you have time, you can book a tour.
This was my third stay at The Westin Sendai, and I continue to love both the hardware and the service. The rooms are beautifully designed, and the two restaurants are truly excellent — always one of the highlights of my trip.
However, during this visit, the lady at the lobby reception was not as helpful as expected. While she remained polite, her attitude felt a bit less sincere compared to my past experiences. That was the only small disappointment in an otherwise wonderful stay.
The hotel is clean. Location is great. Room is good although it is small as same as most of hotels in Japan. Free onsen for guests. Breakfast is very good. You have local dishes and hot food station. They have Gyutan, Shiroishi noodle, seafood rice and other Japanese food. Only a bit confusion for parking your car and reception tried to fix the issue. I recommend this hotel for everyone stay in Sendai.
Hotel is approx 5 mins walk from Sendai station. Follow west exit. My single room is a bit small but spacious enough for a solo. Room was clean and linen crisp. 1 bottle of water provided each day. Onsen is small with one outdoor. Over my 2-day stay at most I bumped into another person in the onsen. 2 washers and dryers in the onsen facility. Wash is free (30 mins standard) but dryer is charged 100 yen for 20 mins which is enough to 80% dry a small load. Night ramen was delicious and I appreciate the ice cream and Yakult at the onsen. Family mart is 20 steps away. Didn’t try the breakfast. And it’s actually very near the Miyakoh highway bus centre.
It was very clean. The large bath and the changing room were spacious, and there was a large mirror in the bathroom, so I was able to dry my hair slowly with a hair dryer.

The pick-up driver is courteous and helpful. After arriving at the hotel, passengers can enjoy free drinks and snacks and ice cream, feeling heart-warming. Three hot springs, each with its own characteristics. The buffet dinner and breakfast are rich, sweet shrimp and salmon fillets are beautiful, the beef willow is fresh and tender, and the potato stew tempura is sweet and soft. You can't miss it.
i used it on a live expedition.
It was really convenient because it was about 10 minutes by car from the venue!
It was a night stay without breakfast, but I was very satisfied
The dryer was also very windy and very helpful.
I asked a lot of questions such as the parking lot of the hotel and whether it is okay to turn right, but they responded politely in an easy-to-understand manner. I would like to use it again!

ぬぬぬぬうI would like to use it in the future.
I booked a room with ocean view.
Although the room was old, it was a clean and futon very fuzzy and satisfying room.
In the hot spring (large bath) and open-air bath, if the weather was good, I could see the sunrise early in the morning, and it was very beautiful.
It was a plan with breakfast, but it was separated by time, so there was no congestion, some of them were buffet style, and the taste was very satisfying.
I would like to use it again because the family I went with was very satisfied.

GGuest UserWonderful hotel. Single room was really big for japanese standard and had everything you need to spend the evening after dinner (TV, wifi, kettle with tea bags, fridge). In the reception hall there is a coffee machine for free. The room didn't have shower (but had toilet and separate sink with toiletry). The onsen is free for all guests and it is really a must! Breakfast was great, too! Parking is free.
PpanggogiA hotel with a perfect location and absolutely stunning views. It features both indoor and outdoor onsen facilities. Dinner is served in-room, giving a cozy ryokan-like atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and attentive.
ダダボハゼSince the hotel did not have a bath in the room, I used the large public bath, which was quite comfortable. I have stayed at Route Inns in various places, and I have always found them to be comfortable and convenient.
