Chambre spacieuse et assez confortable même si nous avons dû réclamer des couvertures non fournies, pas de bouilloire. Les informations sur l'hôtel et ses équipements devraient etre mis à disposition des clients dans la chambre. Je devais appeler la réception mais aucun numéro affiché. Grosse déception pour l'accès au SPA devenu payant (les années précédentes le SPA était inclu) et cette info n'apparaît pas sur le site de l'hôtel. Et malheureusement, j'avais choisi cet hôtel pour profiter d'un moment bien-être entre amies. L'enregistrement des nouveaux arrivants est trop long ! Nous avons attendu 30 minutes (2 couples devant nous) pour passer à l'accueil. Malgré la propreté de l'établissement et le personnel accueillant, nous ne retourneront pas dans cet établissement qui demande à améliorer certains points négatifs (pas de toilettes au restaurant, il faut descendre au sous-sol...)

We stayed at this beautiful hotel for the first time with our two children. We booked two rooms, both offering a stunning view of the sea. The atmosphere is charming and naturally elegant, enhanced by the historic character of the building. The staff was friendly and supportive throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of both international and local options. The beach is just across the street, only a two-minute walk, which was perfect for us. We also appreciated the hotel’s convenient parking, located just outside the building. The swimming pool with its bar was a highlight—an ideal spot to relax and enjoy an aperitif before dinner. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that we would be happy to repeat in the future.

As expected, we moved to the five-star hotel next door.
The front desk service attitude was super good, and they suddenly started speaking Chinese. It seems that they also upgraded our room. It is facing the square of the train station, with a wide view, good ventilation and lighting. The breakfast is very rich and the environment is good. In short, it is the hotel with the most satisfactory hardware in the whole trip to Italy.

Hotel in a classic style. A nice bonus to the room in the form of a free visit to the spa. Conveniently located near the railway station. The bed and bedding are class. There is a Russian-speaking manager. The cuisine in the restaurant is at a good level

I stayed in this hotel 5 days and 4 nights in August 2022. The hotel is in an excellent location, almost on the sea. The rooms that look at the sea are wonderful. It is also two steps from the station and public means to reach La Spezia or to take a ferry to tour the islands (Palmaria, etc.). The hotel has a large public outdoor parking (7€ per day ticket provided by the hotel but payable) at about 10 minutes walking distance. Comfortable and clean rooms for the family of 3 people plus one cat. In general a great living. Surely very recommended structure.

We had booked in two hotel rooms but was offered the option to move to an apartment owned by the hotel instead which was a great decision as we were able to stay in the same space as our teenagers, had a full kitchen, two bathrooms and only 200m from the hotel reception. Had a brilliant stay in Rapallo (which we extended by a night as we were enjoying ourselves too much) and a fabulous experience with the hotel, would definitely come back again.

Excellent hotel with very friendly reception and very clean rooms. It was cold when we arrived but inside the hotel the temperature was ideal, the room was so pleasant that we didn't even need to turn on the heating but I believe that those who are cold would be very warm. We really liked it and would definitely stay there again 👍

ZZHENVery good niche travel destination, it is recommended, the hotel is good: 1, diet: breakfast in the middle of the rules,; booked half-board, dinner dishes can be; service attitude is very good; 2, parking: definitely have to go by car, stayed for two nights, the hotel garage 40 euros stopped for one day, Italy parking costs are similar in several cities, very expensive. 3, room: booked is the administrative sea view room (that is, the 4th floor room), the room area is really small, it is more than a dozen flat, a suitcase will be, two suitcases can not open, slightly have a nainai tide However, the executive room has a small balcony that can be smoked to see the scenery (the balcony will be covered by the room, which does not affect the view), and if it is the 4th floor (408, 409), the balcony does not have a room. But basically can't stand, no area, and the view will be blocked by other rooms, we just switched to other rooms. It feels like the room with 2 floors is the best room type. AAnonymous UserJust walked into the room, dark thinking that the light was poor, opened the curtains and looked very excited, it turned out to be a room with a view. The backyard surrounded by churches and beautiful houses, planted cactus and lemon trees, opened the window, and the fragrance was fragrant. In the morning, there is a church bell at eight o'clock!
The interior is very clean and the smell is fresh, the room is not small, there are tables and chairs for small cockroaches, and the bathroom is bright like a new one. The lights are bright.
The location is in the bustling area of the small city, and the street in front of the door is a variety of brands, which is very good. Going out and turning right is a few steps away is the Orthodox Church, and crossing the street is the seaside boulevard; going out and turning left to the observation deck of the Songguo District in the old town to watch the sunset is also very convenient, or go to the seaside pier to see the boat.
Transportation: It is more convenient to take the bus to get closer. The train station is a little far away, but you can also walk through the alley to get closer. Note that the entrance is far from the platform. It is more calm to go to the platform and wait for the bus.
There are many restaurants in the alley nearby, the price is affordable, and the pancake pizza is delicious. The small town with beautiful scenery and style, and street music performances are worth watching.

GGuest UserThe hotel was excellent and in a great position in the town. The staff were excellent and very nice. The breakfast is a basic continental but it is very nice and the coffee was lovely. I would go back to this hotel again, no question. The spa swimming pool was cold and overall the spa wasn’t worth €18 each to go in but overall the hotel was superb. One thing the staff did do was cater for our need for having hot drinks in our room. No kettle provided but they were more than helpful in providing a tray and tea pots when needed. Gotta have our cup of tea in the morning. Thank you Hotel Europa!

GGuest UserLovely location, beautiful hotel, set back from the road over-looking the sea. Just outside the hustle and bustle of the centre of Sanremo, only a 10 minute walk into the centre. With a delicious breakfast with plenty of variety. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The spa was lovely, with a large steam room, sauna, Hydrotherapy pool, showers and ice. As well as plenty of loungers, teas, water and fruit.

GGuest UserThe hotel’s location was in a more residential area so was quieter than other hotels in the city centre. It took only about 10mins walking to get to the historic city centre
though. Hotel room was very spacious and clean. We didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment on the food. There’re a few eateries and bars close by as well as a convenience store. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful .
