Had a wonderful stay! The hotel was extremely clean and well maintained, which made us feel very comfortable. The service was excellent—staff were attentive, polite, and always ready to help. Room was clean but water pressure was very bad. Pressure fluctuated and couldn’t get any hot water while showering… Otherwise ok. But I may stay elsewhere next time

Great location, amazing staff. The size of the rooms are extremely large . Breakfast is amazing as well. Areas to improve : there is an ironing board, however none of the electrical plug points in the room support the plug of the iron box

Excellent location in middle of the city, the staff at check in and breakfast is very friendly . Rooms are neat and clean. Tv did not work for over 15 hours and they had to change some box. Booked for watching cricket match but didn't happen . Breakfast spread is good. Taste is also good. Easy to get transport , taxi from hotel to anywhere. Security is good and friendly. Check in and check out was smooth. Toilet is clean. The guests from other rooms were loitering and woke me at 8am due to loud noises. Couldn't stop them as they are guest but hotel should monitor security and tell them not to make so much noise.

I like this hotel. Conveniently located, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend.

Hotel is well maintained to keep the Mysore Palace look… staff is friendly and attend to visitor needs on priority…. Taste of food is good… play of traditional music gives touch of culture… perfect premium place for stay for Indian families and foreign visitors

Resort was far better than seen in the pictures. Excellent experience. Great location. Peaceful atmosphere, amidst nature. Spacious rooms. Wide selection of breakfast with great service. Staff member from baking section Ms Paulami was very courteous, helpful and friendly. All staff were nice and services were great. Checkin and checkout was smooth.

ビジネスで利用しました。 全体的に満足ですが、Wi-Fiが弱く仕事に支障がでました。ホテル内にある日本食レストランはとても美味しいです。値段は少し高め。
