My first visit to Wijayawada..3 nite stay at Vivanta Hotel.. Excellent services , clean, top hospitality..easy to move around in city centre. Appreciated to all the staff very easy to communicate and helpfull The front desk ***ager.. Mr. Pritam and staf, The restaurant ***ager Mr Sanjib n Staffs..Sourav, Ripul, Rajesh, Ritu and Kalyania..very helpful and friendly...Security Supervisor Mr Sunil and staf Sivashanker..done great job ..almost lost my ZFold phone but they ***age to get..Kudos to ViVanta..next visit on April 24..meet you all then..Thank you..

1. The hotel is very close to the airport and can be reached in more than 10 minutes; 2. The doorman of the hotel will open the door and help carry luggage to the front desk to check in; 3. The hotel room is very clean and spacious. It will provide 4 bottles of pure water, slippers, bathrobes, bath towels, towels, toothpaste and toothbrush. 4. The hotel is noisy near the main road. The car horns can still be heard when the windows are closed and the curtains closed. Indians like to honk when driving. 5. It is still a sound insulation problem. The sound insulation of the room and the room is not well done. I arrived at the hotel at 11:30 in the middle of the night, and it was 12:30 after washing. The TV sound next door was still loud and people were very noisy. 6. Because the itinerary is very fast, I have not experienced the hotel's other services, so I will not evaluate it.

The hotel and the staff is so cool rather the coolest for guntur, kudos to the team and management of ITC for lying this piece of art as being the first 5 star hotel in guntur. Service could actually be worked on its pace as stuff takes really long to reach, but yeah could expect the lags as these for Guntur I presume. Wishing many more are to come in this chilly yard of India

It was excellent experience to dine in Dakshin..it offers an unforgettable dive into south Indian gastronomy...the carnatic music playing behind creats an authentic warm ambience..the variety was impressive offering a comprehensive tour of south Indian cuisine in one plate.. What can I say - the best hotel in the city, keeps the brand! In general, I liked everything. I was pleased with the presence of a bar and a wine list in the room. In terms of wishes - it would be nice to equip smoking areas. Of the minuses - a long checkout, they wanted to shortchange for a paid dinner.
