Nice hotel, But I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathtub. When I added hot water to the bathtub, a lot of dust and even a hair came out.
I had to wash and rinse the tub several times to get it clean.
I understand that hotel service is low in Ireland, but this is a 4-star hotel. The price for rooms is high for Europe. It would be great, at least nice to clean.
Breakfast was great, delicious.

We stayed on the 5th of September. It's a beautiful hotel.
We enjoyed everything about this place except the unbearable heat in the room. It was impossible to sleep. There was a portable fan but it was very noisy.And even when it's on, it wasn't helpful. No air conditioner. We had a very poor sleep.
And no matter how much we enjoyed the gym, swimming pool, food, friendly staff and the atmosphere of the hotel, we would not stay here next time.

The hotel is very convenient if you travel from Dublin to Galway, since it is on the road and there are only a few minutes' walk from the hotel. The beds are comfortable and breakfast is buffet.

This is a wonderful Hotel. We are getting married and had our reception dinner there as well as put family up there for the night. The service, staff, food and facilities were great. Will most certainly recommend this place to anyone.

It was a one night stay during our trip to ireland. It seemed to be an excellent choice. Big room very confortable beds and well equiped with various amenities. Easy access with very convenient parking space. It is highly recomended.

The decoration is very tasteful. We checked in at midnight and the owner left me a sympathy card and snacks. The breakfast is also very rich and cooked to order! We are very satisfied! The kettle was clean too!

The hotel exudes a sense of bygone times; it was a very pleasant stay. The staff was super friendly, and this hotel, despite being a bit of a distance from the center of Galway, is definitely recommended. The only downside was that the Pullman restaurant was closed.
