Hot spring hotel dinner does not include drinks, additional charges are required, children have less fun facilities, suitable for adults, not suitable for children, overall the service is good, the waiter has been pouring wine for you, cleaning up the plate

The castle is a particularly old castle with two open-air swimming pools, and the dinner and breakfast inside are particularly good, offering surprises every time.

Very good hotel, very close to the hot springs, you can walk there, close to the bus stop, and walk for five minutes. The room is also very good, there is a small balcony. The night in Heviz is very quiet and there are very few lights, so you can watch the stars on the small balcony at night, which is great. (Forgot to take the interior of the hotel, only took a balcony)

Love the hot jacuzzi and pool. Location wise is about 30mins walk to 'town' and attractions, 8mins to train station. Nearest restaurant is about 8-10mins walk. Everything was good, including my second night, the table lamp suddenly light up in the middle of the night around 1am. I called reception and the girl said technician needed an hour to come. However she came up to check and mange to off it after few attempts. I was not comfortable to stay in same room, she was kind to let me sleep in another room. Although I couldn't sleep well because of the incident, I still appreciate it. However when I check out the next morning, I expressed I wanted to feedback about the incident, the receptionist (a different lady) was very defensive and her attitude made me felt I was trying to creat problem. She said in harsh way that there is no *****, nothing happened before. In the first hand, I never say that there is *****, I just said I want to feedback about the light and I didn't get good sleep. The buffet breakfast and dinner are good. Overall I am happy with the hotel, except the final encounter with the receptionist during check out.

The hotel is one of the best in the local area, but it can't be compared with the domestic five-star hot spring hotel. A small pool, a large text prompt is not recommended to take a bath for more than 20 minutes. The hotel package three meals is a better choice, but the quality of the three meals can be full, not good. The room is full of new and should have just been renovated. The front desk is full of elderly receptionists, the accent is very heavy, the English is not very understandable, and overall it is recommended to stay.

The hotel hot spring is great. We went there after dinner. There were almost no people outside. It just ended a little early.

Heviz is a beautiful place. The location of this hotel is nice. The deluxe room is convenient, quite spacious for 2 people , with a balcony and a nice view. Food is good, various, for any taste. Treatment, exercises, swimming are well organized. Many thanks to staff for friendly and relaxing atmosphere. But the room housekeeping is very disappointing, no every day vacuum cleaning, dust removal, washing floor and cleaning in the bathroom. They just clean out the rubbish bins, that’s all. Within 4 nights stay there was no any normal cleaning, bathroom and toilet washing, bed sheets change. Highly recommend the hotel management to improve room keeping procedures.
