WE' LL COME BACK! Fantastic joy& pleasure we have had at Aquila Hotel at our stay there at Heraklion, it was our first time. Enjoyed it at breakfast, our room was so clean& with enough space with terrace& great view...Pool on 6th floor was pleasurable..All Hotel is interesting with exterior as well as interior...This hotel have so much to offer&most important to give you touch of happines at your stay! Lots of smiles from Belgrade:)) J&K

It was good but we expected much more, it was not possible to reserve a place for the Japanese restaurant, there is no room service, after dining room hours there is no food through room service, in the minibar or in the hotel bar, it is very disappointing, if you are hungry at noon there is almost nothing to eat at the pool, the actual level does not reflect an outstanding score but more of an 8.5/10, the view is stunning, the rooms are beautiful,

The room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were very new. Upon check-in, we received a free drink voucher, one per person. The room had a scenic balcony, which was a great experience. (Note: Only rooms on the 5th and 6th floors have the best balcony views!) All drinks in the minibar were complimentary for the first round. The hotel has a paid underground parking garage for 10 euros a day. You can also park on the street nearby, but considering safety and the difficulty of finding a space, we opted for the hotel parking. The garage has a direct elevator to the hotel, which is very convenient. You need to ring a doorbell to contact the front desk for entry and exit, ensuring good security. Breakfast hours are from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM. The breakfast selection was quite varied, and the quality was average.

What a lovely stay in Crete! This hotel is gorgeous and spotless. The Breakfast Buffet was outstanding, and every staff member I encountered during my 3-day stay was smiling and helpful. My Executive seaside room was spacious and well-furnished, and it was a perfect place to recharge on my 3-week journey. It was an easy walk from the port (I arrived with SeaJets), and the public bus to the Palace of Knossos was waiting for me right below the hotel the next day. The concierge gave great advice on places to visit, and called for the (15€!) taxi when it was time to get to the airport. Efharistó, Megaron!

The hotel is stunned, in all its manifestations, breakfast 5 stars, insecurity on the roof did not use but are sure of the number of occupied tables near there everything is good, visited in spa, area on 5 service on 5, massage level of guys forgive 3 points, Crete would recommend? Absolutely yes! Hotel 5 stars, thank you for the warm reception)

I had been to the same hotel two or three times last year, it was very good and nice compared to the other hotels I went to on the peninsula. This year I thought the manager changed and I asked do you have a new manager they said no the same one so listen. What I am going to say does not benefit us, the customers, but it is the truth and it must be said that it does not benefit us because the price of the hotel is going up and that is why I say that it does not benefit us the manager this year must have had a terrible inspiration because I saw a completely different hotel nothing to do with all the others I had seen and believe me I have been going 15 years in a row to the peninsula over 6 to 7 times a year vacationing in too many of them I have vacationed what I saw this year I have never seen before in any hotel. That is, from the staff more kind than the reception, incredible from the restaurants, the quality of the meals was on another level. Everyone is really friendly. The accommodation is very good, It is conveniently located between the entrance to Agia Pelagia and the beach. The food and cocktails are great too!

Séjour très agrable ! Nous avons eu la chance d'être surclassés, chambre au 4eme étage avec vue sur la mer, juste magnifique ! Coucher de soleil extra Petit déjeuné très bien, partie faite maison ! Accueil vraiment top, de bons conseils, service parfait ! Je ne peux que recommander ! Effectivement grosse montée quand on revient de rethymnon mais bon, ça vaut le coup !

Very beautiful modern hotel. We really had relaxing time there. Comfortable bed, good breakfast , we tried a la carte restaurant and we really liked it . Sun beds are super comfortable , lots of cabanas , you have your privacy . Beautiful evening ambiance . Room was big enough with a nice jacuzzi. Staff is nice and friendly . Unforgettable stay .
