OOrMaryVery nice and welcoming staff! Nice wait staff in the restaurant too. Nice little room. Would definitely come back! The wellness area was a bit pricey for an add on but really nice and chill when quiet! I just would have liked a staff member there to manage noise and groups as I wanted to go on my last night but it was very overcrowded with loud intimidating groups. The location was pretty good, out of the centre but very accessible by tram.

VValstarHad a pleasant staying. Rooms are very clean and has Rituals! Breakfast is included and also good have everything you need for the morning. Cleaning ladies were very kind. Also minibar and snacks are nice.

PpmetcThe hotel was friendly and welcome. The reception staff on arrival is the most helpful and informative. The recently decorated room was delightful and the bed extremely comfortable. Unfortunate the heating was not up to the cold weather and having pros on the first night I asked for heater which I did and it’s warmed up the room considering. This would’ve been wonderful in the summer but in the cold weather…….. The hotel is close to transport routes accessing all parts of city. I would definitely stay there again next time…… maybe in the summer.

GGuest UserThe rooms were excellent and very clean. The shared kitchen was also fantastic, with a toaster and an air fryer available for use. The TVs in the common area were a nice bonus, as there aren't any in the rooms. Check-in and check-out were easy. The apartment was a good size and the location was excellent.

HHappypeppapigThis is one of the best hotels i have stayed in Europe. It’s literally in Helsinki airport and it’s so near. Everything is nice and convenient. It’s like you’re staying in a shopping mall. Love it

SSiti Nurbaya MNThe best thing about this hotel are the location, the interior design of the room and the breakfast spread. Everything is very well thought of. If they provide a kettle in the room, that would be great to have access of hot water for drinks.

BBianmoshengrenThe room was clean and tastefully decorated, with an overall elegant and sophisticated ambiance. The semi-buffet breakfast was of good quality. The service was excellent, attentive and meticulous. However, the tablet in my room that controlled the TV and other devices seemed to be broken, but I didn't need to watch TV, so it didn't bother me. Overall, it's one of the best and most recommended hotels in Helsinki.

GGuest UserThe room was really cold, but I managed to adjust the heating. It felt quite stark and unwelcoming. The kids' activity packs were out of stock. The view from the room was terrible, just a wall. It was way too expensive for the quality. Breakfast was crowded with only basic items available, nothing special.

GGuest UserThe hot springs are quite large in Finland. It ends at 21 o'clock. You must remember to go early. We only checked in at 20:30 and couldn't make a good soak.
The hotel is very big and beautiful like a park, and there is a 60s labor at the door.
