GGuest UserClean and new looking. Online check-in and check-out work well. Just be aware that you can online check-in even if your room is not available yet and no one will tell you when it is available — you will have to sit around and go to check the availability from the self-service check-in every once in a while. When I asked staff at the desk, they just said the check-in is at 16 and they don’t know about the availabilities and that I should try the self-service again in half an hour intervals. Breakfast was good, was hoping to find more fresh fruit and common breakfast drinks like orange juice and hot chocolate. The room could’ve had something to place shoes on, especially during winter all the snow just melted directly onto the floorboards.

BBianmoshengrenThe room was clean and tastefully decorated, with an overall elegant and sophisticated ambiance. The semi-buffet breakfast was of good quality. The service was excellent, attentive and meticulous. However, the tablet in my room that controlled the TV and other devices seemed to be broken, but I didn't need to watch TV, so it didn't bother me. Overall, it's one of the best and most recommended hotels in Helsinki.

VValstarHad a pleasant staying. Rooms are very clean and has Rituals! Breakfast is included and also good have everything you need for the morning. Cleaning ladies were very kind. Also minibar and snacks are nice.

AAnonymous UserThe kitchen has a dishwasher, refrigerator, cooking utensils, and cutlery, but no seasonings. There were some seasonings in the common kitchen, so I guess it's okay to use those. However, when I checked at night, some party people had taken over the shared kitchen, which was disappointing.
The sauna was nice, but instead of a cold plunge, it was lukewarm water. Also, the party people were chatting the whole time, so I couldn't really relax.
Check-in and check-out are self-service, but there's always someone in the staff room, so it was good to be able to ask questions when I needed help. There were no towels in my room for some reason, but when I asked, they brought one right away, which was a lifesaver.
I was happy that the room had a washing machine, detergent, and a drying rack. But it was a mystery that there was no hairdryer. You have to borrow one from a locker on a specific floor. I was lucky there was one left when I borrowed it, but it would be tough if there weren't any available.
The shared lounge was great with various seating options.
The hotel is right in front of the tram station, has a supermarket nearby, and it only takes about 20 minutes to get to Helsinki Central, which is very convenient.

GGuest UserIt is a wonderful hotel..having stayed once earlier as well.
You don't need to get outside of the airport as it has a walk inside the airport to the lobby. It's sparkling clean, the room is very spacious, quiet and clean. The breakfast has a huge limitless selection which probably makes it one of the best breakfasts we have ever had and it has a huge space and beautiful decent decorations.
The availability of staff members is also to the mark and great.

GGuest UserThe room was really cold, but I managed to adjust the heating. It felt quite stark and unwelcoming. The kids' activity packs were out of stock. The view from the room was terrible, just a wall. It was way too expensive for the quality. Breakfast was crowded with only basic items available, nothing special.

GGuest UserThe hot springs are quite large in Finland. It ends at 21 o'clock. You must remember to go early. We only checked in at 20:30 and couldn't make a good soak.
The hotel is very big and beautiful like a park, and there is a 60s labor at the door.
