Clean and new looking. Online check-in and check-out work well. Just be aware that you can online check-in even if your room is not available yet and no one will tell you when it is available — you will have to sit around and go to check the availability from the self-service check-in every once in a while. When I asked staff at the desk, they just said the check-in is at 16 and they don’t know about the availabilities and that I should try the self-service again in half an hour intervals. Breakfast was good, was hoping to find more fresh fruit and common breakfast drinks like orange juice and hot chocolate. The room could’ve had something to place shoes on, especially during winter all the snow just melted directly onto the floorboards.

The room was clean and tastefully decorated, with an overall elegant and sophisticated ambiance. The semi-buffet breakfast was of good quality. The service was excellent, attentive and meticulous. However, the tablet in my room that controlled the TV and other devices seemed to be broken, but I didn't need to watch TV, so it didn't bother me. Overall, it's one of the best and most recommended hotels in Helsinki.

Had a pleasant staying. Rooms are very clean and has Rituals! Breakfast is included and also good have everything you need for the morning. Cleaning ladies were very kind. Also minibar and snacks are nice.

The Crowne Plaza Helsinki has an excellent location, within walking distance to city center attractions. The rooms are clean and comfortable, well-equipped, and the 24-hour service is attentive. It offers great value for money, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers.

The hotel was excellent, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the area was very restless during the nights and at times borderline dangerous as I was harrassed by an antisocial person in the street, probably because I look foreign, right next to the hotel. They kept shouting in Finnish and asking why I am in Finland :( it might however have been a one-off unfortunate incident and bad luck (visited in July).

This is one of the best hotels i have stayed in Europe. It’s literally in Helsinki airport and it’s so near. Everything is nice and convenient. It’s like you’re staying in a shopping mall. Love it

The hotel is located in the heart of city center. Lots of shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity which makes things very easy. Very close to train stations and many tram lines nearby. Staff and service are great. Breakfast is great. The hotel has a lot of tradition and is maintained very well. The gym is quite good too. Rooms are not very big but spacious enough. Bathroom is very nicely designed and comfortable.

Great hotel with super friendly staff. The breakfast was great with a variety of bread, meats, veg, fruits, yogurts, etc. The reception is also a bar restaurant which is super handy.

The room was really cold, but I managed to adjust the heating. It felt quite stark and unwelcoming. The kids' activity packs were out of stock. The view from the room was terrible, just a wall. It was way too expensive for the quality. Breakfast was crowded with only basic items available, nothing special.
