The location of the premium room was very good. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. I know Tropical Islands very well; this was my 18th visit. Despite prior written confirmation that we could leave our luggage and sports bags at reception, this wasn't possible on site. Instead, we had to store our luggage in lockers until we could access our room – at a cost of €2.50 per day for a total of three days. Despite repeatedly pointing out that I had specifically asked, I was simply told that only ”large pieces of luggage” would be accepted. In the future, promises should be clearly stated, or the dimensions should be requested directly. As a regular guest, this makes me feel cheated.

This resort and spa complex is much larger than it first appears. It features a network of tunnels that seamlessly connect the different buildings. It is an excellent choice for anyone looking to walk in nature and unwind in a relaxing spa. Accommodations are spread across several distinct buildings; while I can't speak for the other rooms, mine was perfectly fine. They also serve a truly excellent breakfast. The location is incredibly secure, quiet, and completely free from city noise and pollution. I will definitely stay here again the next time I pass through the area.

A clean and comfortable choice for a layover/quick overnight stay. I spontaneously booked this hotel because I had to wait for my flight to Berlin and my train was delayed. It was basically a very short stay, just a few hours to sleep before heading out again. Even though my stay was brief, the overall experience was good: the facilities were very clean, and the bed was comfortable, though the pillow support was a bit lacking. If you're a traveler like me, with a layover or a tight schedule, I highly recommend this place.

Despite the 10mins long walk on main road to the hotel (they do provide sign to guide you), I really enjoyed my stay that is away from the city. The front desk staffs are very friendly in helping me in renting a bicycle and using their sauna. A great place to unwind and relax with long cycling path. The breakfast is acceptable and filled with choices. The front desk staffs also informed me that they do sell pizza when I come back late one night as everywhere nearby was closed

Very big hotel, good dinner, delicious and not expensive, four talents less than 100 euros. The sauna and swimming pool are very good, although not big, the experience is very good. recommend!

The surroundings are relatively quiet, the room is clean and tidy. Two people checked in, and there was only one pillow and a small quilt at first. After calling the front desk, it was delivered quickly. Compared with the Holiday Inn I stayed in a few days ago, the elevator does not require a card, which is not safe enough, there is no electric kettle, and no USB charging port. So although it is a four-star hotel, there are areas for improvement in management details and decoration details. I guess it is also because it is quite old.

The hotel's decoration and hygiene are very satisfactory. The breakfast has my favorite salmon and mushrooms. The room is large and parking is very convenient. There are radiators in the bathroom and room, so it won't be cold.

Wonderful! My last stay has been for 5 years, but you don't see the hotel. Specially, the friendly, careful, but unimpersive staff is to mention. You realize that everyone here is in the heart that you feel well, relaxed and willing to come back. After the current stay I wonder why it took so long that I was back there, although I enjoyed many weekends in hotels with spa just in winter. There is something to improve? Some saunas are a little small depending on the number of visitors and there may be more showers. But important is that everything worked and there was no maintenance bust. I'd like to come back, even soon.

We were happy with the hotel. If you travel by car from Berlin airport - ideal place. Big lake in the yard, can be goodplace to recharge after long flights or other travelling.

Sodass ins Restaurant im anderen Stickwerk gegangen werden musste, um ein Kaffee zu holen. - Minibar war nicht angeschlossen - Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt, obwohl angegeben - Beschilderung im Hotel irreführend bis fehlend
