The location of the premium room was very good. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. I know Tropical Islands very well; this was my 18th visit. Despite prior written confirmation that we could leave our luggage and sports bags at reception, this wasn't possible on site. Instead, we had to store our luggage in lockers until we could access our room – at a cost of €2.50 per day for a total of three days. Despite repeatedly pointing out that I had specifically asked, I was simply told that only ”large pieces of luggage” would be accepted. In the future, promises should be clearly stated, or the dimensions should be requested directly. As a regular guest, this makes me feel cheated.

This resort and spa complex is much larger than it first appears. It features a network of tunnels that seamlessly connect the different buildings. It is an excellent choice for anyone looking to walk in nature and unwind in a relaxing spa. Accommodations are spread across several distinct buildings; while I can't speak for the other rooms, mine was perfectly fine. They also serve a truly excellent breakfast. The location is incredibly secure, quiet, and completely free from city noise and pollution. I will definitely stay here again the next time I pass through the area.

A clean and comfortable choice for a layover/quick overnight stay. I spontaneously booked this hotel because I had to wait for my flight to Berlin and my train was delayed. It was basically a very short stay, just a few hours to sleep before heading out again. Even though my stay was brief, the overall experience was good: the facilities were very clean, and the bed was comfortable, though the pillow support was a bit lacking. If you're a traveler like me, with a layover or a tight schedule, I highly recommend this place.

Despite the 10mins long walk on main road to the hotel (they do provide sign to guide you), I really enjoyed my stay that is away from the city. The front desk staffs are very friendly in helping me in renting a bicycle and using their sauna. A great place to unwind and relax with long cycling path. The breakfast is acceptable and filled with choices. The front desk staffs also informed me that they do sell pizza when I come back late one night as everywhere nearby was closed

Very big hotel, good dinner, delicious and not expensive, four talents less than 100 euros. The sauna and swimming pool are very good, although not big, the experience is very good. recommend!

Reception wasn't so good. A young receptionist, chewing gum with her mouth open, managed to force out a hello and then handed over the room key without explanation. We've received a friendlier welcome. Breakfast was good. Room was clean. The stairwells are not for use except at the reception. Therefore, the walks are very long.

I booked this hotel for my elderly parents to stay for a couple of days. Unfortunately the location is in the middle of nowhere and too complicated for them to travel to the city. I guess if you are looking for peace and quiet this would be perfect. But they loved the breakfast!

Wonderful! My last stay has been for 5 years, but you don't see the hotel. Specially, the friendly, careful, but unimpersive staff is to mention. You realize that everyone here is in the heart that you feel well, relaxed and willing to come back. After the current stay I wonder why it took so long that I was back there, although I enjoyed many weekends in hotels with spa just in winter. There is something to improve? Some saunas are a little small depending on the number of visitors and there may be more showers. But important is that everything worked and there was no maintenance bust. I'd like to come back, even soon.

We were in the Pricese Resort Bad Saarow for 1 night. We wanted to enjoy some wellness and we were fully to be peaceful. The room was very cozy. Only the Inof tablet did not work. But the reception was very friendly information. The booked HP was very rich. Dinner was as a buffet. Unfortunately, because of the many guests it was something very uncomfortable. Overall, however, I would recommend this hotel further

Lage im Stadtteil Drewitz unweit der Autobahn und mit sehr gutem Tramanschluss (alle 10min). Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, wenn auch nicht mehr neuester Style. In diesem Hotel wird auch noch täglich gereinigt. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, und bietet alles, was man sich wünscht. Der Service ist sehr gut. Auch das Restaurant Journal ist für das Abendessen zu empfehlen.
