I came to Dalian for a marathon, and the room rate was very affordable. The room was neat and clean, making for a very comfortable stay. The owner's service attitude was excellent. It's about 100 meters from the subway entrance and very close to Dalian Station. There are convenience stores, restaurants, and breakfast shops all nearby. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Dalian.

The best view, the best supporting I got from hotel, the most convenience spot for traveling all of Dalian seaside. 1. You can see the Venice water city all day all night from the room, and sunset from your bed (if you can wakes up) and hear the time bell🔔 you can feel I’m taking time to travel even if you are on the bed😌 🛏️ . 2. I’m a (careless) solo traveler that loss my passport bag, after I asked the hotel owner for support me, they contacted any possible number and found it in 30 min with pickup for me… return to me at the hotel room without any extra fee. The best decision for solo trip is choosing this hotel. 3. Under the stunning view from hotel room, a minimart is in 1st floor. And you can walk to the seaside spot anytime you want, only 1 section 🚦 in front of the hotel building. 4. I found the Dalian ring bus on evenings but it’s the best solution to reach all of beautiful seaside spots, you can get in and out of the bus many times you want with costs 20¥ per day (8:00-16:30) and the bus stop of Venice water city is in front of the hotel building, the valuable and convenient hotel! 5. Because this is my first trip to Dalian, I asked many questions about recommended food, air-conditioner… the hotel’s WeChat answered me immediately every time.

Environment: The hotel is very close to the seaside. It is convenient to drive. The room is very clean and you can see the sea when you open the window. Service: The service is attentive and the lady at the front desk is particularly enthusiastic. The suite we stayed in was suitable for a family trip. The room was large and both the elderly and children were happy. The hotel breakfast is also good.

The room offered a sea view, which was lovely. Having a washing machine and a fridge was a huge plus, and all the appliances and furniture felt quite new and were in good working order. They even provided branded toiletries and a decent kettle, and the TV worked perfectly – truly impressive. The cleanliness was spot-on, and the space felt very generous, complete with a wardrobe, sofa, and even a kitchen. Downstairs, there were all sorts of shops, and it was close to the subway station, making it incredibly livable. Honestly, it felt more comfortable than some long-term rentals I've had in other cities. My few days of vacation truly felt like 'living.' I could sleep in until I naturally woke up, then go see the sea, visit attractions, fly kites, go mudlarking, and feed pigeons and seagulls. I even managed to wake up early one day to catch the sunrise and enjoyed the sunset in the evenings. At night, I'd stroll through the night market, find a spot to eat while listening to live music (it's great to find a seat!), and then head back to watch TV until I felt sleepy before drifting off. Each day was perfectly rounded and wonderful.

As expected from a Marriott property, the One Castle Hotel truly showcases its sophisticated style. The amenities are excellent, with the pool and fitness areas well-maintained. The staff are professional and polite, handling all requests efficiently. I was very satisfied with both the dining and accommodation experience. The environment is elegant and the scenery beautiful. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Dalian.

Our room was spotless and tidy, with a bathtub liner and toilet seat cover provided. The housekeeping staff cleaned our room promptly every day and thoughtfully restocked all toiletries and consumables, showing great attention to detail. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped, making for a very comfortable stay. The hotel's overall environment was elegant and beautiful, with scenic views everywhere you looked, perfect for photos. On a sunny day, the sea-view room offered fantastic photo opportunities, and the rooftop terrace was an excellent spot for sightseeing and pictures. Even the lobby and restaurant decor were exquisitely tasteful. Friends who love photography will absolutely adore this place. What truly stood out was the warm and attentive service. The front desk staff were thoughtful and thorough; they not only proactively reminded us about afternoon tea times, helped with our luggage, and kindly informed us about the weather, but also suggested we use the shawls and blankets in the lobby to ward off the cool breeze. They also enthusiastically recommended local restaurants that served authentic and delicious food at great value. The most touching moment was when we accidentally left an item behind after checking out. The hotel actually contacted us and arranged to mail it back, demonstrating incredible meticulousness and sincerity. Overall, our experience was perfect. The environment, cleanliness, and service were all faultless. It's definitely a place we'd love to return to.

During check-in and check-out, the room attendant even thoughtfully helped with luggage. Check-in guidance and parking were also taken care of, and they even sent me a text message in the morning, which was incredibly helpful. Disposable towels and other amenities were provided. Overall, the hotel was good. The price was reasonable, and the environment was clean. The toothbrush shed a bit, but otherwise, it was fine. I'll definitely stay here again if I ever visit Dalian again. My husband, who originally disliked apartment-style accommodations, also said he'd stay here again if he ever moves in!

This newly opened hotel boasts excellent cleanliness and facilities. Its location is superb, right in front of the sea-spanning bridge, and there's a large, free public parking area nearby. While parking can be a bit challenging during peak mealtimes due to the abundance of restaurants in the vicinity, it's very convenient for travelers returning late, as there are plenty of spots available at the hotel. The hotel's breakfast is also great, and most importantly, it tastes delicious!

Before my trip to Dalian, I spent days looking at hotels and B&Bs, worried about cleanliness and being too far from attractions. After three days of searching, and because my child loves loft-style rooms, I finally picked this place. It was such a pleasant surprise! The elevator on the first floor was very convenient. The owner specifically gave us a sea-view room where we could watch the sunrise, and it was also close to the elevator, which was great for the kids and elderly. The room was clean and tidy, and the amenities were very comprehensive. Downstairs is Donggang and Venice, and it's easy to get to Xinghai Square and the Oceanarium by subway or a 20-something RMB taxi ride. There's even parking downstairs. It was a truly enjoyable trip, highly recommend!

Participated in the Dalian Marathon. This was my second time visiting Dalian, and just like my previous trip during the 2019 Qingming holiday, I stayed at the InterContinental. The location is super convenient, with a subway station right outside. I usually head towards Zhongshan Square Station, but on checkout day, the doorman, the guy with the long hair in a ponytail, recommended Friendly Square Station and even walked me to the intersection. I really appreciated that! The hotel breakfast was fantastic and had a great variety, including Dalian specialties like sea cucumber porridge with rice and kidney bean clam noodles, plus roujiamo (Chinese hamburger), wraps, and fried dough sticks. I got to try them all! Housekeeping was very prompt; every day I'd leave in the morning and come back in the afternoon to a clean room. The bathroom was spacious and well-lit. The only minor downside was that the room didn't have a main overhead light, making it a bit dim.
