We had a truly wonderful stay at Fraser Place Dalian. Before our arrival, Flora Sun kindly contacted us in advance, and she was also incredibly warm, professional, and welcoming during check-in. Thanks to her thoughtful hospitality, we were upgraded to an amazing suite with a spacious living room, three bedrooms, and three bathrooms. This made our trip with friends much more comfortable and enjoyable. What impressed us the most was the exceptional service from the hotel staff. We accidentally entered the wrong delivery address when ordering food, but a staff member went out of their way to locate the delivery, retrieve it, and bring it directly to our room. We were genuinely touched by this level of care and attention. The room was exceptionally spacious, spotless, and very well maintained. The location was convenient, and the overall stay exceeded our expectations in every way. As a group of three friends traveling together, we were able to create wonderful memories and enjoy a much more relaxing stay than we had imagined. The kindness and professionalism of Flora Sun and the entire hotel team will remain one of the highlights of our trip. We would definitely choose Fraser Place Dalian again on our next visit to Dalian and would confidently recommend it to anyone planning to stay in the city. We really enjoyed our stay at Yuehe Seaview Art Hotel. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere, the room was clean and comfortable, and the sea view made the whole experience even nicer. It felt like a peaceful place to come back to after a long day out, and overall we were very happy with our choice. What made the biggest difference for us was the service. Maggie was especially wonderful — so friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. She always had a warm smile and made us feel welcome from the start. It’s rare to meet someone who cares so much about guests having a good experience, and her kindness really stood out. She was one of the reasons our stay felt so pleasant and memorable. The location was also very convenient for getting around and visiting nearby places. Overall, this was a very enjoyable stay and we would definitely recommend Yuehe Seaview Art Hotel to anyone visiting Dalian. Thank you to Maggie and the team for making us feel so comfortable.

This hotel clearly has a strong legacy of service. I stayed at the Dalian InterContinental years ago, and while the furniture and decor are showing a bit of age now, the service quality remains consistently excellent. Restaurant Autumn and Guest Relations Manager Carl both significantly enhanced my and my friends' holiday experience. [Strong thumbs up emojis]

Dalian Xinglan Tianji Seaview Hotel is an absolute must-stay when visiting Dalian! It's located right in the heart of Zhongshan Square, close to the subway, making it super convenient for getting around and finding food. The high-floor, floor-to-ceiling windows offer an incredible view, with Dalian Port and the city's nightscape all visible. The room was clean and spacious, and the zero-pressure bed ensured a fantastic night's sleep, while the giant projection screen really set the mood. The service was warm and efficient, with great attention to detail, and the value for money is outstanding. If you're coming to Dalian, choose this hotel!

This place is incredibly convenient, with a subway station, restaurants, and convenience stores all nearby. The room was very clean and well-maintained. I stayed in a sea view room and the view was absolutely fantastic. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The only minor downside was that the bed was a bit firm; it would be perfect if the mattress were a little softer. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Dalian.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, but unfortunately, the experience did not live up to the high standards set during my first visit.During my first stay, I was incredibly impressed by the outstanding hospitality of the front desk lady who assisted me. She personally accompanied me to my room to ensure everything was perfect, seamlessly arranged my taxi bookings, and made sure my transport arrived exactly on time. Her attention to detail made me feel valued.Regrettably, no one provided that level of care during this trip. The check-in process felt purely transactional—the front desk staff simply handed me my room key with no extra effort or welcoming gesture.I chose to return because of the exceptional service I received initially, but this second experience felt indifferent. I hope management can train all staff to deliver the consistent, high-quality service that made this hotel stand out in the first place.

Environment: The hotel is very close to the seaside. It is convenient to drive. The room is very clean and you can see the sea when you open the window. Service: The service is attentive and the lady at the front desk is particularly enthusiastic. The suite we stayed in was suitable for a family trip. The room was large and both the elderly and children were happy. The hotel breakfast is also good.

環境不錯，地理位置也好，朋友説新開的，一定會好，幾家就約着來了。辦理入住等待時間過長，第一個房間刺鼻的裝修味道，前台根據要求提供了景色更好的房間，感謝。入住沒一個小時，房間漏水，一個黑衣服管理人員跟我説，房間已經是最好的房間了，再調衹能換到比現在不好的房間，且不能補差價，或者等等修好，我覺得修好也行，畢竟行李都打開了。半夜十二點半又開始漏水，讓我換房間，我説半夜我肯定接受不了，你拿點毛巾墊下面吸水，明天再説吧。第二天沒有主動來修的，通過攜程給酒店打電話，反饋是可以提供升房，那你昨天那個小管理不打臉嗎？撒謊不臉紅嗎？退房想晚一個小時也是不行的，你開房讓我等那麼長時間的時候你怎麼不説呢？去前台退房，小美女問我入住怎麼樣，我就把這些説了一下，小美女倒是耐心聽了，旁邊的小管理説啥，不是給你升房了嗎，不漏水我用你給我升房嗎？我房間漏水漏半宿你給我升房還成你讓着我了？和我是説你把房卡還回來就行，我就***的了，什麼態度啊？你旁邊的員工都能耐心接待你多啥啊？要不你們培訓的時候就讓員工別問。其實入住能感受到老闆是想把酒店做好，一線員工也都是很努力，那麼辛苦都能微笑待客，就這幾個小管理，都絕了，每回被員工拉回來的好感都被管理給敗了。路過幾次一號樓前台，都是在處理客訴，老闆你有時間看看你前台的監控吧，看看你的酒店管理團隊吧，挺好的地方，別被管理團隊給敗了。假期顧客多能理解，但是真誠待客真的會感動每一個客人。

A huge thank you to the bespectacled young man at the front desk! Every day, he greeted us warmly, proactively asked about our plans, and shared tips on fun things to do and great places to eat in Dalian. As first-time visitors, his recommendations were incredibly helpful and made us feel so welcome. Another young man, who worked the night shift, truly touched me. My family was staying in different room types, and my two nephews were waiting outside their grandfather's room. Their grandpa had fallen asleep, and they couldn't reach him or me. The front desk attendant noticed them and didn't ignore them; instead, he stayed with them, patiently looking after them until I arrived. What impressed me even more was his professionalism and caution. When I got there, he thoroughly verified my identity and confirmed I was a guest for that room before helping us open the door. That level of security awareness and responsibility is truly commendable. A great hotel isn't just about the facilities and environment; it's about encountering staff who genuinely care for their guests. And I must praise the beds here! They are so incredibly comfortable! I usually have trouble falling asleep, but these past few days, I've drifted off almost as soon as I lay down, and my sleep quality has been excellent. Thank you for your thoughtful service; it made this trip to Dalian even more wonderful. Next time I'm in Dalian, I will definitely stay here again ❤️

This business trip, combined with a private vacation, conveniently coincided with the Dragon Boat Festival. I finally got to stay at the Castle Hotel I'd been wanting to visit, and it certainly lived up to its reputation! Perched halfway up the mountain, the hotel rooms are beautiful and refined, offering a magnificent, sweeping view of Xinghai Bay. The service was also excellent, and I'd especially like to thank Dansey and Norah. They were so attentive and thoughtful, checking in on us daily and even sending several fruit platters. It was a delightful and pleasant stay, and I'll definitely be choosing the Castle Hotel again next time I'm in Dalian.
