The room was clean, tidy, comfortable, and hygienic, with beautiful and pleasant scenery. The service attitude was excellent. The breakfast had a great variety of delicious food. The check-in experience was very good. It's definitely worth a thumbs up. This will be my first choice next time I visit Fangchenggang.

No complaints whatsoever, apart from the hot weather. The location is fantastic, and the environment is stunning – it truly felt like a scene out of the 'Wizard of Oz'. Jintan Beach is right downstairs, perfect for taking the kids to catch small crabs and collect seashells. However, compared to Yintan Beach, the water quality here is slightly inferior. On the bright side, Jintan offers better value for money, and most importantly, the sunsets here are absolutely breathtaking. The swimming pool downstairs is also excellent – clean and well-maintained. Dining options nearby are plentiful, and if you don't feel like going out, you can easily order food delivery to your room.

We had such a wonderful stay at this apartment. The moment we stepped inside the apartment, we just felt like going back home. It’s spacious, bright and airy with a little kitchen and a big and beautiful balcony with a fantastic view. The owner/staff is so friendly and helpful. All of our requests will be handled swiftly. The apartment will be cleaned and restocked with all the necessities everyday. We booked for two nights but extended 5 more nights. That tells you how we like the apartment so much. I highly recommend this place to my friends and family.

This is an established five-star hotel with a luxurious facade and excellent service. As soon as we arrived, a bellboy opened the door and handled our luggage. The front desk even upgraded us to a top-floor executive sea-view room. The room was spacious, directly facing the Golden Beach, and the facilities were quite new and very clean. Breakfast is a matter of personal preference, but they had everything you'd expect. There were just too many people during Chinese New Year, so the overall experience was a bit average, but the room itself was very comfortable.

Highly recommend the Beihai Marriott Resort! The location is absolutely fantastic, right next to Silver Beach with a private beach access – step right out to the turquoise sea and white sand. The high-floor ocean view rooms offer an amazing panorama; you can quietly watch the sunrise and sunset right from your balcony, with unobstructed ocean views. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and elegantly decorated, and the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, ensuring a truly restful sleep. The staff are warm and attentive, making check-in efficient and considerate, with great attention to detail. The hotel amenities are comprehensive, with a pool and a kids' playground, and the breakfast selection is rich and fresh. The overall vacation vibe is perfect, and the experience was top-notch. This is my top choice for a Beihai getaway, and I'll definitely be staying here again next time!

The sea view from the hotel room is absolutely stunning, and the area downstairs is lovely too, with a seaside promenade, beach, and a garden pool perfect for a vacation. Our butler, Lulu, contacted us in advance to arrange the room and followed up to check on our checkout experience; her service was very thoughtful. She also sent over hotel information. The hotel facilities are excellent, with a free gym and sauna downstairs. I'd love to stay here again if I get the chance!

There are tuk-tuks available right next to the beach; a trip for three people costs 8 yuan, which is convenient. Qiaogang Beach is right next to the hotel, so those who enjoy a lively atmosphere in the evening can check it out. The complimentary travel photography package from the hotel was rather disappointing. The photographer's composition, framing, and lighting skills were lacking, and she seemed listless and unenthusiastic. However, since it was a freebie, we figured we shouldn't make things difficult for our working-class friends, so we quickly finished the shoot and called it a day. We went in early February, which was still quite cold, so it was a bit of a shame we couldn't swim and the sea breeze was chilly in the evening.

Beihai's weather gets quite cold at night, and I didn't warm up at all during my one-night stay. I hope the hotel can be more considerate with its services, especially given its star rating and size.
