Facilities: The facilities were excellent and fully equipped; we had everything we needed, including a washing machine, and the air conditioning was very powerful. Cleanliness: The place was spotlessly clean and very tidy – excellent. Environment: The environment was superb! With the ocean right outside the window, the view was absolutely stunning and perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sea. Service: The owner was incredibly warm, thoughtful, and attentive.

The biggest highlight of this hotel is undoubtedly our butler, Lulu. Before our arrival, she proactively contacted me to understand our needs and went above and beyond to fulfill them. She was incredibly helpful with anything she could coordinate and actively sought solutions for things beyond her direct control – truly commendable! 👍 During our stay, she was incredibly responsive and efficient in booking activities and arranging a late check-out. So, these 5 stars are definitely for our butler. Another great point is the lifeguard at the pool; they are, without a doubt, the most responsible I've ever encountered at a hotel. They diligently watched the pool every single minute, never getting distracted. The staff at the kids' activities also did a fantastic job, engaging with every child and ensuring everyone felt included. On the downside, the room cleaning could be improved. The non-slip mat in the bathtub had a greasy film underneath (though when I informed the butler, she immediately resolved it and provided disposable bath liners). Replenishment of amenities was also inconsistent. The hot food at the executive lounge was disappointing and didn't match the quality expected from a five-star hotel at this price point. Lastly, the kids' club was very small and lacked proper ventilation.

This hotel is just a stone's throw from Beihai Old Street, and both Liuxia Village and Jintan Beach are within 7km. The outdoor pool is a fantastic bonus! Special shoutout to Ms. Zhong at the front desk for her warm hospitality – she's amazing! We originally booked for one night but extended for another. The living room is still relatively clean and the refrigerator is not bad, but there are still many shortcomings. First, the toilet is a bit narrow. When taking a bath, the water will splash on the washstand. The toilet flushing setting is not very convenient and the ventilation fan should not be used. It should be broken. I am worried about carbon monoxide poisoning and the bedside plug is too much. Few others are not bad, I hope I can improve these a little bit.

Just checked into the Holiday Inn Express, and it's been an amazing experience! The location is fantastic, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby, plus excellent transportation links. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The service was absolutely top-notch; the staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help. Breakfast had a wide variety of choices and tasted great too. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit!

Rooms Facilities: Very good, the mobile phone can be charged freely, there is a laundry service, it is very convenient to wash and dry the clothes quickly, the location is in the city center, you can see the city building, mangrove ecological park, That is, the toilet flushing sound in the room is very loud, which will interfere with each other's sleep at night 💤

They were quick to resolve any issues, completely lacking the usual aloofness one might expect from a star-rated hotel. Stepping into the hotel grounds, I was absolutely stunned by the lush tropical greenery. Every turn revealed a beautiful scene, and walking along the paths felt like being in a tropical secret garden. Every photo I took looked like it belonged in a magazine. The room truly surpassed my expectations! It was incredibly well-designed, and the curved balcony offered an amazing view. When the lights came on at night, the entire building exuded a fantastic ambiance. Lying in bed, I could instantly feel the relaxing vacation vibe. The bedding was soft and comfortable; after a long day of travel, lying down instantly cured all my fatigue. The attention to detail was exceptional, with all amenities readily available, making my stay feel safe and comfortable. What surprised me the most was the seamless connection between the hotel and the beach. I could step out and immediately feel the sand beneath my feet and enjoy the sea view. The beach was clean and well-maintained, with excellent facilities, perfect for families with kids or just a leisurely stroll. The lobby design was grand and elegant, full of artistic flair, and the lounge area was quiet and comfortable – even waiting there felt like a pleasure. Throughout my stay, all the staff were warm and attentive. Whether it was housekeeping, concierge, or dining services, they were all thoughtful and professional, truly making me feel at home. The room was kept clean and tidy, and service responses were very quick; any requests were handled promptly. This stay was truly impeccable. The comfortable environment, attentive service, and stunning sea views make it definitely the top choice for a vacation in Beihai! Next time I visit Beihai, I will definitely stay here again. The room was clean, tidy, comfortable, and hygienic, with beautiful and pleasant scenery. The service attitude was excellent. The breakfast had a great variety of delicious food. The check-in experience was very good. It's definitely worth a thumbs up. This will be my first choice next time I visit Fangchenggang.

Traveling with my child, staying at the Crowne Plaza was incredibly convenient. We were right next to Silver Beach Yuyou Plaza, which made it super easy to go clam digging and play in the sand. The hotel has a self-service laundry room, and there's even staff to help with washing and drying, which was a huge plus. The complimentary morning tea voucher was legitimate – no hidden catches – and the morning tea itself was delicious and plentiful. Breakfast was also very diverse. My child and I would usually have breakfast at the hotel, and that would basically cover us until dinner. The evening buffet was also quite extensive, with excellent service and a great selection of seafood.

The Furama Hotel Beihai left me with such wonderful memories! The beachfront room offered expansive views, and lying in bed watching the sea was incredibly therapeutic. The room decor was exquisite, amenities complete, and cleanliness impeccable. From the concierge to room service, everyone was attentive and thoughtful, making me feel so comfortable. The hotel's location is excellent, convenient for exploring the surroundings, and it offers a peaceful retreat despite being centrally located. My day there was tranquil and relaxing – truly a top-notch five-star hotel in Beihai. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Beihai!
