Romantic Hotels in Quintana Roo, Mexico

This hotel is located on a barrier island chain off Cancun, with a lagoon on one side and the Gulf of Mexico on the other, boasting stunning blue waters at a pleasant temperature. The food at the hotel was excellent; we booked an all-inclusive package, and the cuisine was varied, offering buffet, à la carte, and room service options. The hotel also has many complimentary activities, and we participated in the boating program...

It was a great stay however, we were a little bit disappointed about the service. Our room was not ready on the check in time, the pillow didn’t smell good, our luggage wasn’t delivered to the lobby even after an hour after checkout etc. I think I would pay the same price to stay at a different hotel with more pools and restaurants with a larger beach and better service.

There are no disadvantages to this price. There are 8 restaurants, and we ate them one by one. The steak at Tradewind Steakhouse is especially good. Las Tres Cervezas Mexican food, the home-brewed beer tastes special. There are many swimming pools in front and behind, which are heated at a constant temperature and comfortable to swim. The beach sand is as fine as flour. We played beach volleyball, which was fun. The dessert shop is really attractive, macarons, ice cream, and various cakes 🍰

I stayed here for 3 nights in June. The sea was full of weeds, probably because of the rainy season, so I couldn't go in, but there weren't too many people and I was able to relax by the pool. It's also close to Quinta Avenida, so you can enjoy a stroll around the town in between your hotel life. There are buffets, 3 dinner restaurants, a cafe and a pool bar, and activities such as morning yoga and shows, so I had a lot to enjoy. I booked an ocean view room, but I could barely see the sea, so if you want to see the sea from your room, it might be better to book a seafront room.

When i booked this hotel, just look photos and price. I think like this expensive hotel must be excellent. But... 1. This is like 3 stars hotel. 2. Personals very bad. If you didn't pay them, nobody served for you. Just one time they can give you juice or something. Second time you need wait 20 minutes 3. I booked room for 2 people. But inside everything for one. Need ask many time for bring one more soap, or shampoo. And surely need pay.... 4. No any amenities. Just pool and restaurants. 5. Normally if you pay this money in Dubai or Turkey, you can see whats the 5 stars. He you can't see any stars. 6. I think have just one reason for like this high price. It's a erotic show. Name is erotic. Nothing more. Just name:):):):) So, if you have money, and want to rest. Didn't go this hotel. I booked it for 5 days. But stay there just 1 night.

Plus $50 per night to upgrade to a high-rise terrace sea view room. Let's start with the advantages: 1. The staff's service attitude is super good, which is very important for an all-inclusive hotel. 2 The view is great (high-rise sea view room), the beach is invincible, there are different programs every night, and the sense of vacation is full. 34 bar cocktails are really not inferior to paying bars outside. Disadvantages: 1. The sound insulation is very poor. It can be said that there is no sound insulation. The walkers can speak through the 3cm gap at the bottom of the door and can be transmitted to the ear without any difference. The sound of the TV next door or even a loud fart can be clearly heard. 2 The food is really average, probably at a level that can be eaten, and it has absolutely nothing to do with deliciousness. 3 The decoration of the room has a sense of age, probably the grade of the home in China, which is almost meaningless.

Loving the small pools it feels cozy and the room is spacious with a small living room with sofa where you can recieve friends or travel mates. We enjoyed a lot at the cocktail bars and different restaurants! Dreams does feel dream like !

The all-encompassing deciding factor is the number of restaurants, but here, in addition to various restaurants in Mexico, Italy, sushi, France, teppanyaki, buffet style, there are ice creams and smoothies, cafes, etc. I like it every day! !! There are a few souvenir shops, they are very good! The good thing is the evening event, where the souvenir stall opens from the square on the spot. It is nice to see something other than the souvenir shop without going out. Most importantly, the tequila store and the artists attracted on the spot are great! The resort also holds many activities every day. I am looking forward to participating in cooking classes, sports, etc.!
