Romantic Hotels in Xinjiang, China

Right at the entrance of the scenic area, with unobstructed views, perfect for watching both sunrise and sunset. The 'starry sky room' was a bit of a letdown though; the ceiling doesn't open, and even with the side curtains open, the view isn't clear – you still have to go outside to see anything! The temperature difference between day and night is huge, but the hotel's floor heating worked really well. We checked into the starry sky room quite early (3:30 PM), and it was incredibly hot – the AC couldn't keep up, so we ended up sitting by the door to get some breeze. By night, it was very comfortable, not cold at all, and there was plenty of hot water. We booked without breakfast, but the hotel kindly gave us two complimentary meals! With no other food options in the scenic area, these breakfasts were a lifesaver. Overall, both the facilities and the natural landscape are quite good, and the off-peak price was reasonable. If you're coming, a standard room type would suffice; the starry sky room isn't really necessary.

The hotel's environment truly exceeded my expectations! The lobby is stylish yet cozy, and the room was spotlessly clean with great natural light. I could even catch glimpses of the local scenery from the window, which instantly helped me unwind after my journey. I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade – it was even more spacious and comfortable. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom were a thoughtful touch. Every detail exuded quality. What really stood out was the consistently attentive service. The butler proactively reached out before my check-in to understand my needs, patiently guided me through the process upon arrival, and even shared detailed recommendations for local food and attractions. Any questions I had were answered and resolved immediately. From actively helping with my luggage to thoughtfully preparing local snacks, I felt a familial warmth throughout my stay. This kind of experience was truly restorative!

The experience was average. There was a sink in the toilet, and there was a strong odor when the water was turned on. The bed sheets were not tucked in properly, and they moved around when they slept. There were a lot of hair balls on the mattress, and you could feel them through the sheets, which was very uncomfortable. No tissue paper was provided. The hotel environment was clean and tidy. Luo Jiawen at the front desk was warm and thoughtful. The room was spacious, the transportation was convenient, and the surrounding food and shopping were very convenient.

The hotel is ideally located and conveniently connected to the ski resort in the centre of town. The bus was so convenient to sit outside the door, the room was spotless and the smart toilet was warm and especially sweet. Bottom line, brag about a waterfall shower. Getting back from skiing for a hot bath is super stress-relieving! The boss and the waiter were so enthusiastic that they would offer to help plan the route. The waiter even helped clean the skis. The most wonderful thing is lying in bed can see Rizhao Jinshan, mobile phone casually shoot postcards! Take a photo after clocking in, and what is more touching is the free laundry service in the laundry room -- dirty clothes are handed over to the cleaning lady. The next day was stunning and sent back to the room. Skied for seven days without worrying about changing the wash. Breakfast was so good that it wasn't repeated every day. Pastries, fruits, hot and cold vegetables, tomato and egg noodles were a huge favorite. Madness to all friends!

The room was nice and warm when we checked in at night. We could take a shower as soon as we checked in, but the second person might have to wait a while. Saw a beautiful sunset. You can turn on the heater when you go to bed at night, but it will still be a bit cold in the second half of the night.

The hotel is indeed close to Tianshan Tianchi, which is a plus. There are also the following problems. The facilities are a bit old and need to be renovated. The hot spring water quality is not good, it is very dirty, and the bath towels are hung everywhere. The hotel breakfast does not match the hotel grade. The only thing that tastes good is boiled ramen. The most important thing is the service. It can be said that the hotel basically has no service. Maybe it is too busy and the service staff are a little emotional, or maybe it is the only hot spring hotel in the surrounding area, but every customer is innocent, and there will always be competitors. I hope the hotel management will pay attention to this issue.
