The bed was super comfy, and the soundproofing was excellent. Waking up to the sun in the morning really put me in a great mood! A quality stay usually includes a clean and tidy environment, comfortable bedding, a convenient location, attentive service, good soundproofing, and high-speed internet. Details like the quality of toiletries, breakfast options, and personalized room service can also significantly enhance the overall experience.

The campsite is in a great location, right next to Sailimu Lake Scenic Area. The dome and rectangular rooms are quite unique, which is why we chose this place. Staying at a campsite isn't like staying at a hotel; the electric water heater for showering had a pretty small capacity, and the breakfast on the second day was just okay. But these were acceptable. The scenery outside the camp, whether day or night, is beautiful and definitely worth a visit.

Highly recommended! The environment is fantastic, surrounded by lush greenery, and there's even a historical exhibition hall. It feels like staying in a park, and the value for money is excellent. The late check-out until 3 PM was a thoughtful touch. On the downside: there's room for improvement in service awareness; the front desk staff weren't very proactive. Also, during the National Day holiday, ordering à la carte was either unavailable or extremely slow, with the only options being mixed noodles and pilaf, which we ended up eating for two consecutive meals.

The hotel is indeed close to Tianshan Tianchi, which is a plus. There are also the following problems. The facilities are a bit old and need to be renovated. The hot spring water quality is not good, it is very dirty, and the bath towels are hung everywhere. The hotel breakfast does not match the hotel grade. The only thing that tastes good is boiled ramen. The most important thing is the service. It can be said that the hotel basically has no service. Maybe it is too busy and the service staff are a little emotional, or maybe it is the only hot spring hotel in the surrounding area, but every customer is innocent, and there will always be competitors. I hope the hotel management will pay attention to this issue.

The hotel's location is excellent, not far from the Grand Bazaar, Erdaoqiao, and Hetian 2nd Street. The soundproofing in the rooms is great 👍. We were very satisfied with the service; bottled water was readily available. Shuimogou Scenic Area is definitely worth a visit!

I always stay here when I come to General Mountain Ski Resort in Altay. The service is always excellent; they offer hot tea upon arrival and provide delicious yogurt daily. The airport and daily ski shuttle service is very convenient. The rooms are large and spacious, with heating and air conditioning, making them very comfortable.

I had a really good experience here. The hotel's location is excellent; even though it's in a commercial district, the room was surprisingly quiet, so I wasn't disturbed at night. Wanda Plaza is right next door, making it super convenient for dining and shopping. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the staff were very polite and friendly. Sara, in particular, provided exceptional service; she was always prompt in helping with any issues, which made me feel very comfortable during my stay. The room was larger than I expected, with great natural light. When you open the floor-to-ceiling windows, the room becomes very bright. The bed was comfortable, and the pillows were just the right softness. The bathroom was a wet/dry separation, so showering and using the toilet didn't interfere with each other. Hot water came on quickly and had stable temperature, making for a very pleasant shower. The toiletries had a pleasant, non-irritating scent and were quite good to use. Mineral water and tea bags were also provided in the room, showing a nice attention to detail. The room size was also quite generous. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the hotel's location, environment, and service. The price is also reasonable, offering great value for money. Next time I visit Urumqi, I'll definitely prioritize staying here again.

A very beautiful hotel, except for its somewhat remote location, everything else is great. Regarding the guest rooms, I would appreciate it if the bathroom near the entrance had hand soap and hand towels; otherwise, it felt very inconvenient. Most people wash their hands and rinse their mouths immediately upon entering a room, and without hand soap or anything to use, you have to go into the master bedroom's bathroom to find these items, which is a bit frustrating. How could a hotel with such excellent facilities overlook these small details? The private hot spring had good water flow and temperature, and you could even smell the characteristic mineral water aroma. However, the hot water came out very slowly from the sink, and the shower water was inconsistent in temperature. Finally, the TV couldn't play any programs due to a persistent network problem; I ended up only being able to stream content from a mobile app.

Our stay at Sayram Lake was absolutely perfect! The guesthouse boasts an excellent location, super close to the scenic area, making travel easy and stress-free. It saved us from long journeys, allowing us to effortlessly enjoy the stunning lake views. We stayed for two nights, and the overall experience was cozy and comfortable. The underfloor heating in the room was incredibly effective; even when it was freezing outside, the indoor temperature remained as warm as spring. It really helped us shake off travel fatigue, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep every night – pure bliss. The breakfast was another pleasant surprise. The food was abundant and delicious, with authentic home-style flavors that were both fresh and comforting, setting us up for an energetic day. From the facilities to the attentive service, every detail made us feel incredibly comfortable. The clean environment and thoughtful service completely exceeded our expectations. Whether you're traveling with family, friends, or solo, this is the ideal place to stay when visiting Sayram Lake. It offers comfortable accommodation, delicious food, and convenient access, all at an excellent value for money. We'll definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Sayram Lake. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone planning a trip!

We arrived Urumqi early in the morning, but we got a surprise coming at the hotel. All the staffs were superx3 nice and helpful. For check-in, a staff not just gave us a super early checkin, but she also got us an upgrade. Another staff was so patient with us to figure out how to help us for the airport transfer the next day, that she offered us an alarm call and help to call taxi to the airport. For the room, it is spacious, clean and warmly-looked. The settings is nice and comfortable. Toilet is spacious too, convenient for 2 to use at the same time, which I think good and smart. And finally, the special view to the park in autumn was so peaceful. For location, the hotel is near several attractions and you can take a taxi to Grand Bazzard with reasonable cost. Definitely and strongly recommended to anybody who come to Urumqi.
