GGuest UserThe hotel is in a good location, easy to find on the main road, with a parking lot, convenient parking. The room is spacious and has new facilities. The room is clean and sanitary. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the sink meets hotel standards. The bedding is also very good, and the sleep is very comfortable. The hotel has a washing machine for washing clothes, and the cost performance is very high. I stayed there for a few days while playing in Turpan. The Xinjiang girl at the hotel front desk was warm and polite, and the check-in experience was very good!

PPutongdelvxingrenStaying at the Qiniwak International Hotel in Kashgar, a five-star hotel, was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the warm welcome by the doorman to the efficient check-in process at the front desk, every service detail was impeccable. The room had a smart layout with excellent natural light. The toiletries were high-quality, the minibar was always well-stocked, and the soundproofing was superb, ensuring a peaceful stay without any outside disturbances. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, covering both Chinese and Western cuisine, all fresh and delicious. The pool and gym facilities were professional and spotless. There was absolutely nothing to fault throughout my stay; I truly experienced the luxury and comfort expected of a high-end hotel, and the value for money was outstanding!

GGuest UserSimply great place! Excellent value for money, the place is full of beautiful vineyards of grapes, the place looks like in a fairy tale. There is a shuttle that comes quickly and efficiently. The room in the shape of a wine barrel is great and clean, the staff is very nice and efficient, they helped us quite a bit. The breakfast is great and varied and there are also vegetarian options. There is a possibility of free laundry, and the reception is really available 24/7. The winery tour was beautiful and the long canal is very impressive. The shuttle from the train to the hotel and from the hotel to the train worked great. To improve - the pool was dirty throughout our stay, other than that it is just an amazing place! We will be back again in the future

GGuest UserThe room was exceptionally spacious, and the late-night congee was excellent and comforting. They even cut the hami melon I bought into small pieces, which was a nice touch. However, there was a noticeable shortage of staff. The dinner restaurant was a complete mess. I ran into a staff member in the hallway and tried to ask for a clothes hanger. Just as I started speaking, someone nearby shouted for a staff member, and they immediately turned and walked away. It seemed like whoever shouted loudest got attention. Eventually, when the staff member returned, they told me to call the front desk to request a hanger. This was a very poor experience. Despite calling the front desk as instructed, the hanger was never delivered.

GGuest UserThe hotel environment is truly exceptional – clean, tidy, and very welcoming, with beautiful surroundings. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive; both check-in and check-out were seamless. They really paid attention to the details, which made our stay very reassuring. It's also conveniently located near Jiadengyu Bus Station. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit.

GGuest UserClean hotel and good location! The check in process is so easy for foreigner. Easy to communicate with the person in charge at the hotel. Walking distance to go to Kanas Bridge Tower and food area, only 2 traffic lights away from the hostel. They helps me to call for a carpool taxi to go to Kanas National Geopark with the good price, same as local price even you are foreigner! Thats the most i love about travelling around Xinjiang! 10/10 will come again for sure!

AAnonymous UserThis hotel deserves a 12 out of 10! The service is incredibly thoughtful and warm. The staff will carry your luggage to your room, no matter how far, and their service attitude is genuinely enthusiastic. The rooms are large and warm, with excellent aesthetic design. The panoramic window is the biggest highlight, allowing you to lie down and enjoy a fairytale view. The underfloor heating is also fantastic; you can walk around in a T-shirt even in sub-zero temperatures. The bathroom facilities are beyond what you'd expect for this price point.

GGuest UserExcellent hotel with hot spring facilities at the foot of Mount Tianshan. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our white Xmas stay at the wujiang resort and it is only 10 mins walk to the tourist centre for the stunning tianchi and bodega peak of the tianshan range. The only drawback is the limited food choices available in the area. There are not many tourists due to the low tourism season but we are definitely not complaining about it at all. :)

AAnonymous UserLocation: Right by the Nalati River Valley Grassland, very close to Panlong Valley Trail. Our room even had grassland views from the window.
Facilities: The executive room's hardware was quite new. The room was super spacious, and the bathroom had a three-fixture separation, plus a bathtub. The only downside was that the window in our room couldn't open as the handle was stuck.
Hygiene: The hygiene was pretty good. The linens and tissues were all high quality, and the bathtub even came with a tub liner.
Service: The front desk greeter had an excellent service attitude. As soon as our car stopped, he approached us to ask if we were checking in and helped us with our luggage to the room. We had also contacted the hotel in advance requesting two connecting rooms, and they arranged it for us. However, on the first day, we saw other guests receiving welcome gifts, and I wondered if we didn't get one because we booked using a Ctrip room voucher. When checking out, the front desk lady didn't even ask.
