We had a great time at Wanda Vista. The room was beautiful and comfortable. Service was always very friendly and 小袁 was very attentive to all our requests. The location is prime, right next to many major attractions. We would definitely recommend!

The reception service staff was good and helpful especially that lady who works in the day time. She has guided me on the whereabouts within the surrounding of the hotel. She recommended a nearby big mall within walking distance whereby you can find all the local stuffs including a food court at the top of the mall where you can get reasonable good Korean food. Hotel was conveniently surrounded by big shopping mall. Getting food & buying stuffs was relatively easy.

We really enjoyed our stay at Jianguo Hidden Hotel. The location is a big plus, surrounded by malls and eateries and just steps away from the metro station, which made getting around very easy.
The hotel itself was clean, modern, and well maintained. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and having a free laundry area together with the gym in the same space was such a thoughtful touch, especially for longer stays.
Breakfast was enjoyable too. While the spread was not huge, it was well prepared and satisfying. We got to try some local fruits and regional delights, which added a nice local touch. Both adults and kids found enough variety to be happy.
One small wish would be for a concierge service to help with ticket bookings for attractions, but the reception staff were friendly and genuinely tried their best to assist us.
Overall, a very pleasant stay. Clean, convenient, and comfortable. A solid choice when visiting Changchun.
Our New Year's Eve stay here was fantastic. Martina at the front desk was incredibly warm and helpful, assisting us with the hotel map, and other staff even brought us matches in the evening. Breakfast was also excellent; the restaurant manager, Chen Xin, helped us to our seats, providing superb service. The hotel gym and swimming pool are both great, and the courtyard view from our king room was lovely! We'll definitely choose this hotel again in the future!

The front desk staff were incredibly sweet, especially Zhang Ting and Xiao Hou, who made check-in and check-out super fast and even upgraded our room! The ski-in/ski-out access was incredibly convenient, and the complimentary cable car tickets took us straight to the mountaintop. Our room was wonderfully warm, and soaking in a bath with a snowy view after skiing was absolute perfection. The breakfast was delicious, and the attention to detail in the service was impeccable. This truly lives up to its five-star rating; we'll definitely be back!

When I was planning my trip, I looked at a lot of hotels. Honestly, we rarely choose hotels that have been operating for a very long time when we travel. However, after seeing many bloggers' recommendations and explanations, I ultimately chose the Crown Plaza 👑.
**Facilities:** The decor is indeed an older style, but I have to say, the hotel's facilities were incredibly detailed and sophisticated for their time. This hotel must have been considered super luxurious when it first opened. First, it has a wet/dry separation in the bathroom, which many new hotels and even five-star establishments don't necessarily offer. Second, the sink faucets are positioned high, which saves most of us from back strain. Third, there are hooks outside the shower for hanging clothes – such a simple amenity, yet many hotels lack a place for clean clothes while showering. Finally, the shower stall has a built-in seat, the water pressure is strong, the water is hot and comfortable, and the showerhead isn't wobbly from long-term use.
**Environment:** It's located mid-slope on Changbai Mountain. I asked the driver, and he said the Crown Plaza is already one of the highest hotels on the mountain in the vicinity, surrounded by pristine forests. It's the closest hotel to the North Slope scenic area and even offers an exclusive VIP transfer channel. There's also a shuttle bus that circulates within the scenic area to pick up and drop off guests at the hotel. What I loved most is that Julong Hot Springs is right inside the hotel, offering unlimited free access to natural volcanic springs, which washes away a day's fatigue. It's incredibly pleasant to soak in the warm, comfortable hot spring while watching the snowy world outside.
**Service:** Super-duper VIP! Even before I checked in, various butler services contacted me to arrange everything before and after my stay, including hotel transfers, booking my itinerary for the next day, and VIP transfers to the North Slope. Whatever difficulties I encountered, they were immediately handled. A huge thank you to hotel butlers Shanqiu and Songyue, and travel butler Smile, for making guests feel at home and alleviating the anxiety of arriving in an unfamiliar city. 🙏 To all the hotel staff, everyone shines in their role! 👍👍

The hotel was very comfortable, with two pillow types to choose from. Because it's a Republican-era building, I initially thought it would be dated, but upon arrival, I discovered that only the exterior was dated; the interior was very modern! I immediately canceled my previous reservation for another hotel and booked this one the very night I checked in! The room had Xiaodu, and hahahahahaha, I've discovered I really enjoy using Xiaodu; this little AI is so convenient for everyday life. The hotel staff were very welcoming and provided excellent service; I give them a thumbs-up!
A few negative points: the shower head in the bathroom was so high that even a short person could barely reach it. I had to ask the front desk several times to raise it while showering; the height was incredibly inconvenient.

Transitioning from the Wanda Hyatt to this hotel was like moving from hell to heaven. The price was comparable (even 100 cheaper), yet everything, from service to amenities, was vastly superior.
Upon entering the room, we found honey tea already brewed in a thermos and a beautifully arranged fruit platter. (They provide different nightly tea drinks and fresh fruit daily throughout your stay, featuring local specialties like peaches and blueberries.) The in-room coffee and tea selection were elevated by several notches, and we even received a small jar of linden honey (it was so delicious, I ended up buying some!). In the evenings, the lobby bar offered complimentary beverages and alcoholic drinks. The Hyatt, on the other hand, only had a selection of chargeable snacks and drinks, with common fruits like apples and bananas only available on the day of check-in.
The hot spring pools here offer an unbeatable view, and the overall hot spring environment is fantastic. We even spotted several chipmunks! Going in the afternoon meant there was hardly anyone around, allowing us to take photos freely. The Wanda's summer hot springs, however, were a stark contrast – it was like a sardine can, with people crammed around every pool, and a 2-3 person queue for each shower (though strangely, the men's showers had no queues).
Given that this hotel is less crowded, we were always able to snag a lovely window seat for breakfast. The breakfast spread was incredibly refined, featuring delicacies like shrimp dumplings, siu mai, soup dumplings, chicken feet, spare ribs, and large prawns. They also offered different noodle dishes daily, including Tonkotsu ramen. The soy milk and various porridges were significantly superior to the mass-produced options often found elsewhere. While the sheer variety might not match that of bustling, queue-heavy hotels like the Hyatt, it absolutely triumphs in terms of quality!
This hotel provides a full set of children's amenities, including adorable slippers, bathrobes, and even kid-friendly body lotion. In stark contrast, the Hyatt only offered children's slippers and bathrobes (during my multi-day stay, one day they even missed the bathrobe entirely), with absolutely no other provisions – even the toothbrushes provided were adult-sized.
The shuttle service here is excellent: a private car and dedicated driver for each family. They were also very helpful with luggage, and the timing was always perfect – we'd just finish exploring the area and the car would be ready to pick us up.
If I were forced to find a fault, it would be that the flooring in some areas felt a bit old and had a tendency to creak.

Service: Free pick-up, and the owner even helped carry three suitcases upstairs – very thoughtful service. Facilities: Excellent location, right downstairs from the Genting Market, with lots of small shops to browse. The only downside was that the air conditioning wasn't very powerful and couldn't be set to heat, so it was a bit cold.

The hotel environment is great, and the facilities are excellent. Our family room was very spacious, and the beds could be pushed together. The lighting wasn't quite enough, but the breakfast was quite rich. It's also convenient for taxis, and there are many restaurants nearby. The only downside was that the air conditioning was a bit noisy, with an on-and-off blowing sound. Also, Yanji is currently undergoing road construction, so there's often traffic congestion.

MM741677****The front desk staff were quick and professional. We even got a room upgrade! The hotel's location is great, close to the North Scenic Area, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The breakfast had a good variety and tasted delicious. The environment is exquisite and comfortable, and the hygiene is clean and tidy. The hotel staff were exceptionally nice, especially the front desk lady. During the 817 Rice Festival, it was impossible to find a taxi, so the hotel even arranged a car to pick us up.
GGuest UserI highly recommend the Wanda Jin Hua Suite Hotel in Changbaishan. The rooms are spacious and bright with a sensible layout. The underfloor heating is excellent, making for a very comfortable stay, especially for two mothers traveling with two children. The hotel is located in the heart of the resort area, within walking distance of the ski resort and the commercial street, which was incredibly convenient since our trip was primarily for skiing.
The biggest plus was the service from our butler, Kitty. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help. From check-in to check-out, she provided thoughtful care throughout our stay, proactively reminding us about the weather, our itinerary, and how to utilize hotel benefits. Any request we had was met with a quick response; she truly paid attention to every detail. Because of Kitty, this trip was even more perfect, and she absolutely deserves a five-star rating!
GGuest UserThe hotel service was absolutely wonderful! When we checked in, the front desk saw we were cold and immediately offered us warm bottled water. Our room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. When we went to the hot springs, the staff member managing the area was so enthusiastic. She constantly reminded us to be safe and even specially guided us to try the outdoor hot springs, which was a 100% amazing experience. Despite the cold weather, we truly felt the warmth and hospitality from the hot springs staff. She even helped us take a group photo – fantastic! 👍 Breakfast was also excellent, with delicious food and even frozen sliced pears. Next time I come to Changbai Mountain, this hotel will definitely be my first choice.

AAnonymous UserI came with my child this time, and I was worried about being overwhelmed by the sub-zero twenty-degree weather. But from the moment we landed, the hotel's 'Xue Man' butler took care of everything perfectly.
👉 Worried I wouldn't find the restaurant, they drew me a map.
👉 Worried I'd miss the airport shuttle, they proactively checked the schedule for me.
👉 Worried my child would be cold, they turned up the heating in the kids' room in advance.
👉 I casually mentioned wanting an early lunch, and they immediately coordinated it for me.
This isn't just a hotel butler; it's my personal itinerary planner! The room was so warm I didn't want to leave, and the ski rental shop was super convenient, just a 3-minute walk downstairs. After skiing, soaking in the hot spring just topped off the feeling of pure bliss! Getting to the ski resort was incredibly easy.
It was my first time visiting Northeast China, and I was initially worried I wouldn't adapt, but their service warmed my heart completely. From now on, when I want to ski in winter, this is my go-to place!
GGuest UserFacilities: Both kids and adults had a great time, and the facilities were comprehensive.
Hygiene: Very clean, every towel was warm, and my child didn't catch a cold, it felt so cozy.
Environment: It's perfect for a full day of fun in winter, without feeling rushed, just relaxed and enjoyable.
Service: The service is what truly stands out. There were staff members everywhere, and they were incredibly responsive to every customer's need. The service was excellent.

SShuaiqikeaideduolaamengI brushed the north slope twice, but the last time was in the most beautiful season of autumn. This time I took the challenge of driving there in winter. The hotel has convenient parking and a large house. Our team building team came from Beijing. The team lived in a villa which was very lively and they could also play mahjong. The Changbai Mountain Hot Spring that comes with your stay is great. You must experience the ice and fire of Changbai Mountain Hot Spring in winter. If you check into the hotel, there will be a car that will take you directly to the Changbai Mountain North Slope Scenic Area Transfer Center. When you come back, the bus will take you back to the door, which is really convenient. The hotel lobby manager and the front desk lady are very warm and thoughtful. Following people's advice to have a full meal, we listened to the hotel's arrangements and were the first to go to Tianchi in the morning, and successfully saw Tianchi. Due to the strong wind, Tianchi was closed, haha! Also, buying skiing and rafting tickets at the hotel is cheaper than online, which is very affordable.
GGuest UserI can't find the photo in the house, but it is very clean. The homestay is relatively new. It is suitable for couples to live on the two floors. It feels good. The water heater in the house needs to be inserted now. The flowers and cakes are set for the anniversary. The packaged meals can be heated in the microwave oven the next day.

CCaroline520The most regrettable thing is the rush of the trip - stayed in Changchun for one night
Living in Huaixian is really unexpected. The service is simply meticulous.
I don’t want to waste a little time with my friends. I feel a lot of Changchun.
I punched in the iron pot stew recommended by the store. The skewers taste great.
The small streets and alleys around the homestay are very suitable for strolling and eating
Wake up before going to bed and walk in Nanhu Park. The spirits are much better. ~
I really have a chance to come back!
Thanks for the frozen pears, good night milk, etc. It's too sweet ~~
