I chose to stay at Wanda Smart Choice when traveling with my mother, especially the two beauties Zhang Xiaoyan and Zhang Yan when dining in the restaurant. They are beautiful and generous as their name suggests, and their kind care made my mother feel very warm and moved. Considering my mother's high blood sugar, Those who could not be eaten were specially told not to put them away, and the cucumbers and fruits were washed and given to us, so that we could feel the warmth of home. Thank you Zhixuan family, I wish you all the best.

I was very satisfied with my two-night stay at Yunshui Lanting Hot Spring Hotel. After an 8-hour drive from Xuegu, we arrived at the hotel and checked in quickly. Seeing our family of five, the hotel general manager Ms. Huang readily upgraded our room, provided free breakfast and hot spring experience for the children, and introduced us to the special price rafting with hotel pick-up, which reflects the cheerful, friendly and helpful characteristics of the people in Northeast China. The winter in Changbai Mountain is so cold. After rafting, we went to Edelweiss and Merganser Park for a walk, but the wind was very strong and we were frozen. We went back to the hotel and soaked in an outdoor hot spring, which felt great. There are barbecue and iron pot stew restaurants next to the hotel, which is convenient for eating. During the three days in Changbai Mountain, Tianchi was not open due to the weather, so we did not go to Changbai Mountain Scenic Area. It was a pity. If I come to Changbai Mountain again in the future, I will stay at Lanting Hotel again. When leaving, the hotel thoughtfully arranged a drop-off service for the Changbai Mountain High-speed Railway, which put a complete end to our Changbai Mountain trip. Thank you for the hotel's hospitality.

管家邹明and 小张, have been super responsible, patient and responsive. Reponsible Few days before our stay into the hotel, they already started checking in with us about our itinery. With that, they took an initiative to arrange the tickets and transportation for us, from the moment we step into 长白山 till we left the hotel. Patience We are totally clueless that 长白山 doesnt have over the counter ticketing office till we about to step foot into 长白山. So for few days we were frantically trying to figure out how to buy the tickets online. Luckily, the 管家team patiently, with our broken chinese, guide us to getting the tickets. Responsive The team doesnt seem to be sleeping. Over the past few days, from pre check- in to post check-in, i have been sending messages/enquiries at different timing outside of working hours (11pm, 12 +am, 5am, 7am), and surprisingly they managed to timely answer them. Overall experience is 5 star.

Resort was crowded & Hotel is kind of old, bed not that comfortable but the housekeeping team did a good job. Room was clean & 保洁阿姨very generous with the bottle water. Thank you so much. Front desk reception Vito 小弟very helpful & friendly. Patiently helped me to call up & arrange for me to go to the restaurant I want to go. I couldn’t call my 出租车师傅from room & Vito immediately call him for me & even helped me to add 微信. Breakfast was average. But the western food restaurant at hotel level 1 was not bad. The minus point was, very difficult in fact not possible to use hotel wifi if you do not have 微信. My children were very upset over this because this is the first time they cannot direct connect wifi in a 4-5 star hotel. Restaurants inside the resort nothing great & not cheap. Preferred to take taxi to go outside to eat. Tip:- try calling restaurants that were less than 2km away. Most of the time they can send their driver to pick you up to their restaurant & send you back after that.

Had yet another fab experience at this great hotel! As always, this hotel offers a great escape from the city; with fab gardens, excellent food, and an endless array of activities to keep everyone happy. Beautifully appointed rooms with enormous beds and marbled bathrooms and lush toiletries. The staff here are so courteous and helpful-impeccable service. Throughout the entire facility you are greeted and guided around. A special mention goes to young Fairy for all her efforts; from check in through to check out. Our every wish was accommodated, even when I requested for a birthday cake (to surprise my friend) Fairy organised it and it was freshly prepared and delivered to the lounge, accompanied with fresh fruit! Wow! Thank you Fairy for all your hard work! This is my All time favourite now. Thank you all for looking after us so well!

I had memorable experiences of visiting Changbaishan west. The journey of stunning winter scenery from the bus then exciting snowmobile riding to the summit to see breathtaking views marked this stay as the best of my trip. As a non-Chinese speaking foreigner, the hotel staffs/receptionists were so kind and get me through difficulties and guided me step-by-step to get to Changbaishan. Hot springs bath was nice, breakfast was rich with fresh coffee while not many hotels offered. Location is just opposite the entrance of changbaishan ticket gate where you can beat the crowd to the mountain if you start early. Highly recommended for anyone who seeks comfortable of climbing Changbaishan, for foreigners you may just having a translator app then you will be fine.

Legomei is near Xipo. You can enjoy a free hot spring bath when staying at the hotel. It's a pity that we didn't finish the hot spring bath. The room is very large. There is a double bed and a single bed. The bathroom is also very large with separate wet and dry areas. It comes with a buffet breakfast. It is perfect and has a high cost performance ratio.

Overall GREAT value for people who want to ski with a cozy and comfortable place to rest. Includes breakfast, one ski session per day of stay, equipment (boots helmet and skis or snowboard) and one time hot spring. Easy access to the small village with shops (mostly for winter sports and a couple of convenience stores), and restaurants, and the ski center. Everything is convenient with services and staff attention of outstanding quality. Room are a little outdated, however, you soon find it to be unimportant. Great for couples, families and friends traveling together

My family came to Changbai Mountain to play because I brought my children and chose Tianyu because there are many small animals in it, including rabbits and sika deer, alpacas, and ponies. The children especially like small animals, and the duplex room I stayed in this time was also very comfortable, right outside the window. The toiletries in the room with a vast white snow scene are all from Daikes. The quality is particularly good. The entire hotel is covered with thick snow. Every day I go out to play in the snow, and the hotel also has many snow projects, snow circles, ice sledges, snowmobiles and ice. Bicycles and so on are so much fun! You can also take a bath in the hot springs at night. It’s warm and super comfortable! ! And if you want to go skiing, the hotel also has a car to pick you up, which is very convenient! ! Next time I come to play, I will choose Tianyu. What a perfect experience! !

Came to Changbai Mountain for the New Year and stayed for five days. This was actually my second time staying here. The first time I left in a hurry due to the epidemic. This time I just wanted to have fun. I like the decoration style of this hotel. It's very warm. The bedding is very clean. The aunties and the ladies at the front desk are very enthusiastic. The two dogs are so cute. Every night we go to the snow next to play with fireworks, which makes the children from the south very happy. I may choose this place again if I come to play again👍
