The reception service staff was good and helpful especially that lady who works in the day time. She has guided me on the whereabouts within the surrounding of the hotel. She recommended a nearby big mall within walking distance whereby you can find all the local stuffs including a food court at the top of the mall where you can get reasonable good Korean food. Hotel was conveniently surrounded by big shopping mall. Getting food & buying stuffs was relatively easy.

The hotel facilities are great, with a hot spring and comfortable rooms. We also booked a handpan experience and a photoshoot, both of which were good. The only suggestion I have is that I'm not sure if management has set some strange KPIs, but the experience of staff asking for positive reviews was not great, especially since they asked to mention specific names. No wonder the comment section is full of names being mentioned, but honestly, the service wasn't memorable enough for me to recall any names. Each staff member was diligent and did what they were supposed to, but most of them didn't have a smile on their face. Whether in the restaurant or other areas, the staff seemed very flustered, hurried, and expressionless, which doesn't really fit the vibe of a resort hotel. Interestingly, the outsourced services like the handpan instructors, hot spring restaurant staff, and photographers showed a bit more warmth and naturalness. Management really needs to consider why this is the case.

The room is very spacious, and they replace the clean towels daily even for extended stays. There's a free laundry room, which is super convenient! Especially the restaurant – it's affordable and incredibly delicious, with not a single dish disappointing. I highly recommend the Guo Bao Rou (sweet and sour pork) and Da La Pi (cold jelly noodles). I also want to give a special shout-out to the restaurant. After coming down from Tianchi Lake, I really wanted some ginger soup to warm up. Even though they hadn't made it before, they tried their best and made a whole pot for free, delivering it thoughtfully to my room with bowls and spoons. It was still piping hot when I received it – I was so touched and grateful! I highly recommend this hotel! It truly felt like a home away from home!

This hotel is perfect for families with kids who want to enjoy the snow! It's super convenient for exploring the northern slope of Changbai Mountain, with a direct shortcut to the scenic area. Plus, there's a hotel shuttle to the ski resort and train station. The hotel's 'snowman army' makes for fantastic photos, and there are plenty of parent-child activities like making popcorn and perler beads. There's a private entrance straight to Julong Hot Spring, and soaking outdoors while your hair freezes is an unforgettable experience – you can even walk back in your bathrobe without getting cold. The breakfast spread is excellent. You can also charter a car to Snow Ridge to feed reindeer, ride snowmobiles, and try ice fishing. Skiing, hot springs, reindeer, and ice fishing – it's a dream come true for kids from the south!

We really enjoyed our stay at Jianguo Hidden Hotel. The location is a big plus, surrounded by malls and eateries and just steps away from the metro station, which made getting around very easy. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and well maintained. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and having a free laundry area together with the gym in the same space was such a thoughtful touch, especially for longer stays. Breakfast was enjoyable too. While the spread was not huge, it was well prepared and satisfying. We got to try some local fruits and regional delights, which added a nice local touch. Both adults and kids found enough variety to be happy. One small wish would be for a concierge service to help with ticket bookings for attractions, but the reception staff were friendly and genuinely tried their best to assist us. Overall, a very pleasant stay. Clean, convenient, and comfortable. A solid choice when visiting Changchun.

The owner was very helpful in letting me check in and get inside the hostel. We had some kind of language barrier but it was very minor. The place was very clean and everything was working well. Showers were good, washing machine was good, TV was good. Everything was good except the sofa. The pillow cover of pillows on the sofa needed to be washed. I just had one minor problem though--the bed mattress was kind of hard for me. I also stayed in other accommodation (but not a 3-star hotel) and I find that the mattresses overall are kind of hard. Anyway, if I would be asked, will I stay here again? Yes. Definitely!

I was a bit nervous after reading some reviews before checking in, but I'm happy to say all my worries were unfounded. First off, the environment is absolutely beautiful and perfect for photos. The breakfast spread was excellent too. The butler was incredibly responsive and provided fantastic service! The shuttle bus service to both the high-speed rail station and the airport is super convenient. Overall, it definitely met my expectations for a five-star hotel. The room was very warm and cozy, and the 'fireworks' display at night is a must-see. If I ever get the chance to visit Changbai Mountain again, I'd definitely choose this hotel.

I rarely leave reviews, but I have to say, this hotel exceeded my expectations. Honestly, the comfort level is comparable to Hyatt and Park Hyatt, and it's far better than other options at the same price point. Five-star recommendation! 👍 Although it's not within the Wanda Resort area, it's close to #Songjianghe Town, making dining very convenient. Plus, it's closer to the scenic spots than the hotels in Wanda and Luneng. A major highlight of Pullman is its three adorable deer 🦌! You can even buy carrots at the front desk to feed them and take photos. Besides the deer, the hotel's garden environment is beautiful and provides fantastic photo opportunities 📷. Another big plus for Pullman is its heated indoor pool, a separate children's pool, billiards, table tennis, a mahjong room, and facilities for fitness or spa treatments~ The final highlight is how quiet and uncrowded it is here! The hotel also included a complimentary double seafood buffet dinner (with a huge variety and genuinely delicious food, plus excellent service 😋). You can leisurely enjoy it without any queues! Furthermore, the rooms are spacious and bright, and looking out the floor-to-ceiling windows at the snow-covered forest creates a truly unique atmosphere 🥰.

MM741677****The front desk staff were quick and professional. We even got a room upgrade! The hotel's location is great, close to the North Scenic Area, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The breakfast had a good variety and tasted delicious. The environment is exquisite and comfortable, and the hygiene is clean and tidy. The hotel staff were exceptionally nice, especially the front desk lady. During the 817 Rice Festival, it was impossible to find a taxi, so the hotel even arranged a car to pick us up.

GGuest UserWhat a trip! The rooms are MASSIVE. It's essentially a full apartment. Very spacious and comfortable. The beds are extra extra large so perfect for families. For Western travellers, you may find the bed a bit hard. We were perfectly happy with it though. I personally will recommend Holiday Inn at the resort for those with kids. It's right next to the beginner tracks and that hotel hosts all the children activities and kids club. Though I don't know what the room is like. More from a location perspective. Wanda Jin Suites has 2 buildings. Best to get the 1st building as much closer to the beginner tracks and the service centre to rent ski gears. We were in the 2nd building. I will say from a location perspective, it was inconvenient for us as once you have snow boots on, it's a trek to carry your ski gears back and forth. There are lockers to put your ski gears in so we'll utilise that more next time. You do need WeChat though and if you don't have a local number, it gets difficult. If you're from Australia, just lose the 0 and add 18 at the front of your mobile number and that will get you through. But best to just get a local SIM to save you the hassle. But from a food perspective, they're right outside the building and short walk to the hot springs and the water park which is all included in the hotel fees. Including ski pass and going to the snow playground. At the snow playground, there's snowmobiles for kids to ride on amongst a lot of other activities. But that's extra money. Again, need WeChat. The hotel concierge when you check in will add you into their WeChat and you can ask them questions and they'll help you. Very convenient. It's an amazing place to come with kids. Water park is insane there and my son had a blast. The hot spring was also an amazing experience. Though very cold to get in and out of the hot springs at -20C. There are other activities outside the resort which hotel concierge will help you arrange. They can also shuttle you to the nearby village for more authentic food if you don't want to eat inside the resort. Beaware that the pharmacy at the resort does not have any ibuprofen or paracetemol. Strongly advise you get WeChat. You can book pretty much all the activities through their WeChat mini app. Including ski coaches. There are rogue ski coaches coming up to you to get business so beware. We almost got on a shuttle with a rogue coach that were gonna take us elsewhere and weren't even letting adults come (it was for the kids) and a hotel staff came up and essentially stopped them and forced them to give back the deposit. Book your coaches early. They book out quick. Particularly snowboarding. We also booked an igloo making class for our son and he had an amazing time. Though it's all in Mandarin of course. They have half day and full day camps for kids so parents can drop off and chill for the day. The staff here can barely speak English so bring your AI translator with you. We had less of a problem since I can speak Chinese but my husband often got stuck and needed me or even my son to help navigate around. Make sure you go back to the counter after returning your ski gear at the end of your stay to get your deposit back. We had an amazing time and would consider coming back.

GGuest UserThe hotel is clean and hygienic, and the staff are warm and patient. You can enjoy the hot springs; although there aren't many pools, soaking in them is very comfortable. The transportation is also convenient, with the Meiren Song Scenic Area right across the street, and it's not far from the Rime Rafting. It's a 10-minute taxi ride to the Edelweiss Camp, which has a small reindeer park. The entrance fee is cheap and includes a portion of food to feed the elk and sika deer. There's a snowman at the hotel entrance, and I don't know who built it, but it's wearing a scarf and a hat – very pretty! Overall, it offers good value for money.

MM448291****The hotel is a bit far from the town's ski center, but the shuttle service within the town is excellent, with multiple shuttles running every half hour, which is super convenient. The butler will contact you in advance to ask about your room preference, and you can discuss it with them. Breakfast is plentiful, perfect for skiers to fuel up before hitting the slopes! The hotel staff are very attentive; we were able to get ice and medication for our skiing injuries, which was really helpful since falls are common. Plus, the hotel has a self-service mini-mart. I compared prices and found that although it's still a bit expensive, it's actually cheaper than other supermarkets in town, haha. (Of course, if you can bring more of your own supplies, especially snacks, do so.) The only downside is that the bathroom in the room seems to be a modular unit? (I'm not entirely sure), so there's no exhaust fan. That was a bit inconvenient. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money in Changbaishan Wanda. If you're planning a trip, go for it!

GGuest UserThis was, without a doubt, the best hotel of our trip. I feel like if you're visiting Changbaishan, this is the only place to stay. 1. **Attentive Butler Service**: Our butler was incredibly thoughtful. They'd send daily updates on the Changbaishan scenic area, promptly inform us about opening statuses, and even helped confirm the bus station departure points after asking about our travel time. 2. **Fantastic Location**: The hotel's location is superb. If you bring your own skis, you can simply change into your ski boots in your room and easily head straight to the slopes. The various runs on the slopes are a good length, and the snow quality is excellent. 3. **Endless Amenities**: There are so many perks! For instance, the water park has wave sessions lasting 30 minutes each, which the kids absolutely loved. The 'propeller' ride was 100 RMB for unlimited use. The 'Big Horn' slide had hardly any queues, so we could ride it endlessly. There's even a water slide similar to the 'Water Cube' that surprisingly had no one on it, so we rode it to our heart's content. At Hanasan Hot Springs, there are both indoor and outdoor pools; the outdoor area had at least three pools, but I'm sensitive to the cold, so I didn't explore too much. Indoors, there's a sauna and two large pools, plus some smaller ones. There's also billiards, table tennis, and an incredibly diverse buffet restaurant. The hotel itself also has a pool and sauna, so if you don't want to go to crowded places, everything you need is right here. 4. **Convenient Transportation**: They offer free shuttle buses within the resort complex, as well as airport and high-speed rail station transfers. Super convenient! 5. **Great Local Food**: There are many excellent restaurants nearby. I highly recommend 'Kaoshantun'; the owner is incredibly nice and even provides pick-up and drop-off service within the resort.

GGuest UserThis is probably the first time I've received a bad review for a hotel. This time, I was visiting Changchun with my family and staying at the Guoxin Nanshan Hotel. After checking in, we ordered a barbecue set meal for dinner. The hotel staff initially told me it would be charged separately and not to the room. However, they took my deposit at check-in and told me it could be charged to the room, with no additional charges, and the money could be deducted from the deposit. I paid for it myself. I didn't mind, but when the barbecue set arrived, the waiter tried to light the fire several times, but twice got it wrong, and the barbecue oil splattered everywhere. He just made a sarcastic comment, saying, ”Sister, you've never grilled meat before?” and watched coldly. Since they didn't help, I didn't mind either and decided to grill it myself. Then, a guest next door came and offered to help. Someone even grilled the meat for a while before leaving. Isn't that discrimination? They treat each other differently, even though we were staying in the cabin. Since I didn't mention I was staying in the cabin, I understood the staff's discriminatory treatment. After dinner, I complained to the housekeeper, who warmly received and addressed the issue. We have always been very good service. They sent us a fruit plate and apologized. Thank you very much here, which also made us feel a little calmer. I have written a letter of praise to thank you. In short, for guests who want to come to play, the barbecue set meal is not recommended. The service is not up to par. There is nothing here, not worth the money. Even napkins are charged. Everyone can avoid it.

1110250****Booking with a platform pre-sale voucher was quite a good deal. I consulted with the front desk in advance about changing a king-size bed room to a twin room. After confirming availability, I extended my stay for two more nights, which included breakfast for two and some paid activities. The location of Tianyu is very convenient for tourists visiting the West Slope. Baiqi Station is just a 5-minute walk away. During the off-season, there aren't many tourists on the West Slope, so buses usually depart when full or every twenty minutes. This is much better than the North Slope, where you can only enter during your booked time slot. The room is said to have been renovated; the curtains felt new. The smart toilet seat didn't quite fit the toilet properly at first; the lid wouldn't stay up and kept falling down. I had a technician adjust the position and spacing, and it finally stayed upright. The bathroom is super large, with a double vanity in the dry area and a wardrobe (there's also one at the entrance for luggage and coats). It also has a large bathtub and a separate shower. Tianyu is very suitable for families with young children, offering both indoor and outdoor animal interactions. We adults also found the corn playground quite fun. You use small machines to shell corn kernels from a pile of dried corn, and then transport them with a hand-cranked conveyor belt. Playing with a pile of dry corn kernels is cleaner than playing with sand, and it also gives your feet a nice massage. We had breakfast for three days straight; there wasn't much variety, but the soy milk, fried dough sticks, and blueberry jam are not to be missed. The bottled water in the room is Nongfu Spring, while in the restaurant and lobby, it's Quanyang Spring, both sourced from Changbai Mountain – perfect for drinking your fill. Before leaving, I also booked a travel photo shoot. They offer 5 retouched photos for each night stayed, so we negotiated 15 retouched photos in total for our three-night stay. The photographer was skilled, and my best friend and I had a great time taking pictures on the hotel's outdoor wooden boardwalk and flower fields. It was effortless to pick out our favorites. There's only one indoor hot spring pool available. Soaking in it after climbing the 1442 steps of the West Slope was really soothing. The swimming pool was closed, and I guess the four or five outdoor hot spring pools will only open during the peak winter season. Changbai Mountain West Station opened on September 28th, and the hotel provides free shuttle service, making the 30-minute journey much more convenient. It will also make transferring between the North and West Slopes much easier in the future (no more two-hour bus rides!). We were incredibly fortunate that both the North and West Slopes were open during our short stay in Changbai Mountain (Tianchi Scenic Area was closed on the days before and after our visit). Tianchi graciously revealed its serene and profound beauty to us. The autumn colors of Changbai Mountain were mesmerizing. So grateful! 🥰

MM44301****Facilities: The room didn't come with a comb, shower gel, shampoo, and other toiletries. Cleanliness: There were still uncleaned fingerprints on the table, and the bathroom wasn't separated into wet and dry areas. The shower floor was very slippery, and there was even packaging left by a previous guest that suddenly washed out from under the anti-slip mat while I was showering. When I was looking for my bracelet in the morning, I also noticed a thick layer of dust under the bed. Environment: The location is great, making it convenient to go to a nearby town for meals. The resort environment is also fantastic. Service: The front desk staff (a young man) was very responsive to all requests and even recommended going to the nearby town for more affordable dining options, as eating at the resort is quite expensive.
