This hotel truly embodies the warm hospitality of Northeast China! The service was incredibly enthusiastic and always came with a smile. We especially loved the complimentary wellness tea in the lobby; it was so comforting to have a warm cup after being out in the snowy weather, and they were happy to refill it for us when we asked for more.
The hotel allows food deliveries, and a robot brings them directly to your room, which is an absolute godsend! It's so warm inside the room that having to bundle up, go down to the first floor to pick up an order, and then peel off all those layers again would have been a real hassle. So, a huge thank you for the robot service!
We accidentally stained the sheets and duvet cover twice, and the service was prompt and efficient in replacing them each time.
The location is fantastic, right in the city center with a bus stop directly outside the hotel, making it easy to get anywhere. Given how cold it was, we mostly took taxis, and the hotel's street-side location made pickups and drop-offs very convenient.
I highly recommend this hotel!

Great hotel! I liked everything very much. Good location! next to the center. Shopping centers 10 minutes walk. The rooms have everything for a comfortable stay. Comfortable bed, 2 types of cool pillows, soft blanket. A great place to relax after an active day. Lovely girls work at the reception, who will always help you in everything and treat you to coffee or tea. I recommend this hotel for booking! I really want to come back here again!

I specifically chose the Jianguo Puyin this time, and I definitely made the right choice. The overall atmosphere is very understated and quiet, with a comfortable Chinese charm that's not at all over-the-top. The room was meticulously clean and very relaxing to stay in. The staff were also gentle and attentive, making my stay feel incredibly secure and peaceful. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Great experience at Swissôtel Changbaishan!
The service was incredible from start to finish. We were able to check into our room immediately upon arrival at 11am and were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade — from a standard queen room to a spacious suite with a separate living area, kitchen, and two bathrooms. A fantastic way to start the trip.
The staff were extremely friendly and responsive, offering almost round-the-clock support via WeChat with very quick replies. The built-in translation feature made communication smooth and easy, which we really appreciated.
The location itself is beautiful. The European-inspired architecture and charming walking street genuinely make it feel like a small Swiss mountain town — aside from the many Chinese restaurants, of course. It’s a very scenic and relaxing environment.
Breakfast offered a great variety of options, including a standard Western/English breakfast along with plenty of Chinese and ASEAN dishes. Something for everyone.
The ski center and slopes are just a short walk away, which is very convenient. Do note that this area mainly offers green and blue runs, the mountain is relatively small and doesn’t have more challenging slopes. It’s perfect for beginners or those looking to practice, but advanced skiers may find it limited.
We arrived toward the end of the season, so the snow was starting to melt. However, the slopes were still very well maintained, smooth and surprisingly free of icy patches.
Ski rentals are available at the ski center. Basic skis and equipment are included free of charge, while gloves and goggles can be rented for a small fee.
After skiing, we visited the spa at Club Med, which was included in the room rate. The facility was surprisingly large, featuring outdoor hot springs (onsen-style pools), saunas, steam rooms, and massage services, the perfect way to unwind after a day on the slopes.
Overall, a very enjoyable stay and a great destination for a relaxed ski getaway.

Visited during the off-season, so it wasn't crowded. The service was comprehensive and it was great value for money. The room was spacious and well-equipped, though the TV was a bit old. The iron pot stew and stir-fries at the food court were delicious. Our housekeeper, Da Ling'er, was very responsive and provided thoughtful service.

The hotel looks even better at night than during the day, with lots of lights at the entrance. You get unlimited access to the hot springs when you stay here. We went when it wasn't busy, so we pretty much had a pool to ourselves. When you get hot, you can grab a cup of tea to rehydrate. There are both indoor and outdoor hot springs, and unlimited access for hotel guests. The service was good too.

This hotel is the best choice for visiting the Yanji Chinese Korean Folklore Park during the holidays. Not only can you enjoy unlimited entry and exit of the Folklore Park when you stay there, but you can also enjoy the entire park when the Folklore Park is off work and take pictures of the beautiful scenery in the park at will.
The B&B area has the best environment, the most beautiful scenery, and the most unique architecture in the park. It is an excellent place to take pictures and check in.
The B&B service is thoughtful and considerate, especially Brother Li is serious and responsible, patient and meticulous, and perfectly answers various questions during the stay, which is very touching.
Sincerely wish the business to be prosperous and the source of customers to keep rolling!

The room facilities are excellent, and the service is great! When the water in my bathtub wasn't hot enough, the duty manager, Li Bin, went above and beyond to help me switch rooms. I really appreciate his dedication. The hotel is also very close to the ski resort; it's just a few steps from the hotel's ski house to the slopes, which is incredibly convenient.
The quality of the ski equipment at the hotel's ski house is pretty good. The only minor drawback is that the ski boots had a bit of an odor, perhaps they weren't cleaned and disinfected promptly. I hope this can be improved in the future.
The overall environment of the resort is pretty good; it would probably be even better in the summer. The service is exceptional, with everyone paying great attention to detail. However, as a mom looking for a weekend getaway with my child, I found the activities to be just so-so. The snow activities themselves are free, so any amount of fun is a bonus. The hot springs, though, were really disappointing. There are only a few indoor pools, no high-temperature areas, and more importantly, they didn't feel like actual hot springs! 😦 The outdoor iron pot was impossible to use due to too much debris. From a value-for-money perspective, it's not the best choice for a weekend trip. And the kids' play area... sigh.
It is strongly recommended to live in Zhibei Village, stay at least two nights, suitable for friends who like slow-paced travel. Nothing is done, it is also very pleasant to sit in the yard and blow the hair. I especially like to find the north, quiet and private. Breakfast is also in the same compound, very convenient, the food is very northeast. In addition, the location is also very good, next to Mei Ono, the flowers have not opened much when I went a few days ago, it is said that the sea of flowers in July is more beautiful. It is more than one kilometer from the city that never sleeps, and not far from Hailong Lake. Highly recommended to stay! The only dissatisfaction is that the shampoo date of the next day is 2022, which is too long. ps. Zhibei Village during the day and night is a different world, and you must experience Zhibei Village after dark.
Finally, thank the sisters who received us, who left us the first impression of Meihekou -- enthusiasm! 6.27 When I checked in at noon on the day, the room card was not working well. This sister went back and forth several times under the big sun. I forgot to ask my name at that time, the staff who served us around 12 noon on the 27th, thank you.

MM741677****The front desk staff were quick and professional. We even got a room upgrade! The hotel's location is great, close to the North Scenic Area, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The breakfast had a good variety and tasted delicious. The environment is exquisite and comfortable, and the hygiene is clean and tidy. The hotel staff were exceptionally nice, especially the front desk lady. During the 817 Rice Festival, it was impossible to find a taxi, so the hotel even arranged a car to pick us up.
GGuest UserThis is our second time staying at Jinhua Suite Hotel this snow season! Manager Tang Xiaohan from the hotel called and messaged us on WeChat beforehand to understand all our needs in detail. During our stay, she'd remind us about the weather every day and even proactively offered hand warmers when it was cold. I especially want to thank Manager Tang for her exceptional dedication in helping us arrange a ski instructor for our child. When one day's ski lesson couldn't be booked, Manager Tang tirelessly helped me refresh the mini-program every day to see if there were any available instructors. It truly touched this old mother's heart! The hotel's location is super convenient for skiing; the ski center and restaurants are right downstairs. The hotel also has its own laundry room, which is a great plus. See you next snow season!
GGuest UserRight at check-in, we were given two warm bottles of Changbai Mountain mineral water. The room was standard, and the heating was very strong – we had to sleep with the window open. The hot springs, however, are in a separate building, and you have to walk through the lobby on the ground floor to get to them. The lobby and the breakfast area on the second floor weren't warm enough, making it easy to catch a cold after coming back from the hot springs. The hot springs themselves are communal and only have a few small pools; it's not really worth going unless you just want a quick taste of Changbai Mountain's hot springs.
GGuest UserWe book 4 ski nights at the hotel, travelling with 10 friends. The customer service manager, Miss Yue Yuan, provided exceptional service and warmth. She was very friendly and supportive, politely greeting us. The rooms were comfortable and tidy up everyday. This trip was filled with surprises at every turn. We had a great time, and I highly recommend everyone to come here and experience their own wonderful vacation.

GGuest UserThis established five-star hotel truly lives up to its reputation! The location is excellent, the facilities are complete, and it really gives you that vacation vibe. It's perfect for families traveling with children, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations – I highly recommend it! Breakfast at the executive lounge was amazing, with a rich variety of Chinese and Western options. The freshly ground pour-over coffee and latte art were a pleasant surprise ☕️! There were also freshly made noodles and fresh fruit, all delicious, and every detail was well thought out. Thank you, Qixi. The entire staff was warm and attentive! Front desk check-in was efficient, and they proactively greeted us. Housekeeping was prompt, and the restaurant staff were thoughtful and meticulous. Any requests were handled quickly, and we felt cared for throughout our stay.
GGuest UserThe hotel is just inside the gate of Changbai Mountain as shown in the picture
The only reason I chose this hotel is that they can help me book tickets and it is close to the entrance of Changbai Mountain (but I didn't expect it to be so close, probably less than 100 meters, it feels like I can see this pointed ticket gate after walking two steps)
It is indeed a bit inconvenient to go out to other attractions, but we are mainly here to go to Tianchi so it's okay.
The room environment is better than I expected, quite clean, and similar to the style of Beipo Lanjing
And the front desk service is very enthusiastic, especially a sister with round eyes who really tries to meet our needs as much as possible. We didn't bring a hot pack and couldn't find the store, and she also helped us find a colleague.
GGuest UserEverything was impeccable. The room was soundproof and clean, and the breakfast spread was quite comprehensive. We received complimentary tickets for the hot spring, which was quite large and even had some water entertainment facilities. The service was also excellent; the front desk lady offered us ice cream when we checked in, and we even got complimentary milk in the evening. Very thoughtful service, thumbs up!
MM23278****The hotel is not far from the visitor center. The facilities, environment, service, and cleanliness are all good. Guests enjoy free access to the hot springs. There is a large parking lot, making it ideal for those driving. The only downside is that the breakfast is a bit simple.

1110250****Booking with a platform pre-sale voucher was quite a good deal. I consulted with the front desk in advance about changing a king-size bed room to a twin room. After confirming availability, I extended my stay for two more nights, which included breakfast for two and some paid activities.
The location of Tianyu is very convenient for tourists visiting the West Slope. Baiqi Station is just a 5-minute walk away. During the off-season, there aren't many tourists on the West Slope, so buses usually depart when full or every twenty minutes. This is much better than the North Slope, where you can only enter during your booked time slot. The room is said to have been renovated; the curtains felt new. The smart toilet seat didn't quite fit the toilet properly at first; the lid wouldn't stay up and kept falling down. I had a technician adjust the position and spacing, and it finally stayed upright. The bathroom is super large, with a double vanity in the dry area and a wardrobe (there's also one at the entrance for luggage and coats). It also has a large bathtub and a separate shower.
Tianyu is very suitable for families with young children, offering both indoor and outdoor animal interactions. We adults also found the corn playground quite fun. You use small machines to shell corn kernels from a pile of dried corn, and then transport them with a hand-cranked conveyor belt. Playing with a pile of dry corn kernels is cleaner than playing with sand, and it also gives your feet a nice massage. We had breakfast for three days straight; there wasn't much variety, but the soy milk, fried dough sticks, and blueberry jam are not to be missed. The bottled water in the room is Nongfu Spring, while in the restaurant and lobby, it's Quanyang Spring, both sourced from Changbai Mountain – perfect for drinking your fill. Before leaving, I also booked a travel photo shoot. They offer 5 retouched photos for each night stayed, so we negotiated 15 retouched photos in total for our three-night stay. The photographer was skilled, and my best friend and I had a great time taking pictures on the hotel's outdoor wooden boardwalk and flower fields. It was effortless to pick out our favorites. There's only one indoor hot spring pool available. Soaking in it after climbing the 1442 steps of the West Slope was really soothing. The swimming pool was closed, and I guess the four or five outdoor hot spring pools will only open during the peak winter season.
Changbai Mountain West Station opened on September 28th, and the hotel provides free shuttle service, making the 30-minute journey much more convenient. It will also make transferring between the North and West Slopes much easier in the future (no more two-hour bus rides!).
We were incredibly fortunate that both the North and West Slopes were open during our short stay in Changbai Mountain (Tianchi Scenic Area was closed on the days before and after our visit). Tianchi graciously revealed its serene and profound beauty to us. The autumn colors of Changbai Mountain were mesmerizing. So grateful! 🥰
