Romantic Hotels in Jilin, China

Staying at this hotel with my child during the National Day holiday perfectly met my need to 'escape the hustle and bustle'! It's not a traditional hotel building; instead, 32 independent structures are spread throughout the park. The lobby, the Cidu all-day dining restaurant, and the swimming pool are all in the main building. We stayed in a Superior Landscape Twin Room in Building 7, which was accessible by shuttle bus. The room was spacious and clean. The new Chinese style was elegant and charming, making for a truly relaxing stay. A short walk from the hotel takes you to the wetland lake, where you can watch black swans glide by – much more pleasant than battling crowds at city attractions. Service highlights: 1. The front desk staff were warm and efficient with check-in and check-out, patiently answering all our questions. 2. Chen Xin, a staff member in the breakfast restaurant, was exceptionally thoughtful: my child had just turned 1.4 meters, which meant he met the criteria for breakfast charges. Unexpectedly, Chen Xin proactively offered, 'Please enjoy your meal, and I'll either give you a discount or waive the charge when you leave.' This simple gesture deeply touched us and showcased the hotel's flexibility and goodwill. 3. Room service was prompt; any requests (like extra amenities or ice) were quickly handled, and the service was polite and thorough. 4. Staff in other roles (such as housekeeping and security) were also very courteous, greeting us proactively. When they saw us with our child and luggage, they even offered a helping hand. The only downside was the behavior of a few guests – in the breakfast restaurant, there were often large amounts of leftover food piled on tables and napkins thrown on the floor. In the swimming pool changing room, despite clearly marked bins for towels and trash, some people still left used towels and clutter everywhere. While we constantly saw staff cleaning, the sheer number of guests during the National Day holiday sometimes made it hard for them to keep up. I sincerely urge guests to be more considerate of public areas.

We booked two twin rooms for four people, and since we were taking care of two aunts, we discussed with the hotel about getting a suite. They upgraded us directly, which made it really convenient for us to chat in the room. The butler's service was also excellent; they'd remind us every day if we needed a shuttle. The only minor issue was that the shower drain in the bathroom was a bit slow. Overall, it was a very good stay! 😌

The owner was very helpful in letting me check in and get inside the hostel. We had some kind of language barrier but it was very minor. The place was very clean and everything was working well. Showers were good, washing machine was good, TV was good. Everything was good except the sofa. The pillow cover of pillows on the sofa needed to be washed. I just had one minor problem though--the bed mattress was kind of hard for me. I also stayed in other accommodation (but not a 3-star hotel) and I find that the mattresses overall are kind of hard. Anyway, if I would be asked, will I stay here again? Yes. Definitely!

This was my first time visiting Harbin, and although I had read many reviews saying this resort was beautiful, I was still worried about transportation. I emailed the hotel in advance, and Coco kindly replied and even contacted me on WeChat to explain how to get there. She also arranged a private transfer from the railway station — such wonderful service! We were on our honeymoon, and Coco surprised us by upgrading our room to a very spacious suite. It was absolutely lovely, and I truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture. I loved it so much! When we arrived, Coco continued to help us with everything. She arranged transportation for our activities such as snowmobile, horse ridge, and feeding elk. Everything went smoothly and exceeded my expectations. Since we were using an eSIM and didn’t have a Chinese phone number, Coco even helped register and generate the QR code we needed for visiting the hot springs at Club Med, feeding the deer, skiing, and driving the UTV. The service was truly outstanding. The resort itself is perfect for a relaxing holiday. There is a Burger King, a small town area with restaurants and convenience stores, and many beautiful photo spots. The breakfast restaurant is lovely, with a wide variety of food. All the staff were attentive and very friendly. I was genuinely impressed and absolutely loved my stay here. Highly recommended!

Facilities: This is a small yet beautiful resort hotel with only 49 rooms. It's luxurious, well-designed, and quiet. Cleanliness: The hygiene is excellent. I particularly loved the bathtub in the room, which even came with a disposable tub liner and essential oil bath bomb. I enjoyed a warm bath on my first night. Ambiance: Opening the curtains revealed a stunning view, directly facing the main peak of Changbai Mountain. It truly lives up to its 'MGallery' name. Service: The staff were all very welcoming. I was in a hurry to see Tianchi Lake in the morning and didn't have time for breakfast, but a staff member thoughtfully packed some breakfast for me. It was a really nice touch. This is a hotel where you could comfortably stay for several days. Both the general surroundings and the intimate atmosphere are perfect for a vacation and unwinding.

We had a wonderful stay at the International Exchange Centre, they kindly picked us up at the train station and took us to the hotel, driving in we were surrounded by magical colourful lights and lots of snow men and women, including a Snow Snow White and seven snow dwarfs. The staff at the hotel made every detail amazing. There is a food court near the hotel with many different cuisines and breakfast is equally varied and special. The hot springs made this hotel truly special there are about twenty individual pools filled with the special spring water and with different “flavours” including red wine, jasmine and fish, with actually swimming fish. We would like to thank the staff especially our host Da Ling Er (管家大玲儿 ）for their service and highly recommend to fellow travellers.

I've stayed at Park Hyatt hotels in Sanya, Beijing, and Shenzhen in China, and this one in Changbaishan is my fourth. The pros and cons are remarkably similar, so let's start with the pros: 1. Park Hyatt hotels consistently boast high-quality decor and design. The wooden cabins in the back garden are incredibly photogenic! 2. The toiletries are excellent; the Lelabo No. 22 is a standard Park Hyatt amenities. 3. They contacted me promptly before arrival, inquiring about my arrival time and arranging an upgrade to a suite in advance. 4. The room service is excellent; the overall stay experience is very good. Now for the cons: 1. A common problem with Park Hyatts is the mediocre food. During my stay at the Changbaishan Park Hyatt, I ate dinner three times and had room service once. The conclusion is that, apart from Northeastern Chinese cuisine, everything else was very average. Some dishes were even quite poor. I tried dishes ranging from high-priced to low-priced, and my personal recommendation is to stick to Northeastern Chinese food. The breakfast was also just average. 2. Some service was lacking. It seems the hotel has hired many new employees, perhaps due to the upcoming peak season, but their training has been inadequate. Firstly, at least half the staff lacked enthusiasm and professionalism; they didn't greet me proactively, and sometimes I was ready to reciprocate but they simply walked past. Secondly, the staff's professionalism was insufficient; for example, they were clueless when asked about the dishes. I hope the hotel can strengthen its staff training in this area. I want to especially commend Liu Changsheng from the food and beverage department; he handled customer needs promptly and was very enthusiastic, and suggestions were readily accepted. Since I drove here, I didn't experience the hotel's shuttle service, and I didn't try skiing this time, so I have no comment on those aspects. If there's room for improvement, I hope the hotel can learn from the Park Hyatt Sanya and enhance privacy. My girlfriend was taking photos in the outdoor pool when someone was secretly filming her… Of course, this isn't the hotel's fault, but increasing privacy would certainly reduce such incidents. Overall, I still have a fondness for the Park Hyatt and hope the Changbaishan Park Hyatt continues to improve. I'll probably come again next year and hope to see improvements.

The front desk service is really good, especially to exaggerate! It was very late when we arrived. He was very enthusiastic. The check-in was fast and attentive. He also took the initiative to tell us about the breakfast time and the hotel's various services. Later, we asked what was delicious nearby, and he patiently recommended a few, especially real! I can feel that he is really attentive to help the guests solve the problem, and the attitude has always been very good, making people feel warm. The room is also very satisfactory, clean and tidy, and there are some. The bed was very comfortable, the bath water was big and hot, the internet speed was fast, and the overall living was very worry-free. In the evening, I went to the bar on the first floor to sit for a while. The atmosphere was very good, the music was comfortable, and it was suitable to relax with something to drink.

The circular design area by the window is very ingenious, whether it is sitting in a daze or taking a beautiful photo is very amazing. The facilities are also very complete, air conditioning and projection are all available, and it is comfortable and comfortable to live. The landlord is super caring, the experience of staying is full, from the location to the environment to the details, it is really impeccable! I want to live in Yan'an with special features and convenience, and I will stay here next time. ～
