The Yunshuilanting Hot Spring Hotel is excellent. I traveled to Changbai Mountain with my elders and stayed in a Deluxe Twin Room with two large beds. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable. Both the indoor and outdoor environments of the hotel are beautiful, and it's not far from various attractions, yet very quiet. The transportation is convenient, making it easy to get anywhere. The hotel staff are very kind, attentive, and enthusiastic. They offer an outdoor hot spring and free parking. There's also a fantastic barbecue restaurant right next door! 😄 Their breakfast is also good. Highly recommended.

This suite hotel is perfectly located within the resort, close to all the main attractions. My butler, Haha, was a delightful and attentive young lady. She was always quick to answer any questions and handled any issues with professionalism and speed. When a family member caught a cold after visiting Tianchi Lake and couldn't eat, she thoughtfully brought some plain congee. The room facilities are comprehensive and perfect for a family trip. The resort also offers a variety of activities, like firework displays and iron flower performances. There's so much to do here, truly suitable for all ages. We rented bicycles and enjoyed a leisurely ride through the mountains. I'd love to come back next summer!

The hotel service was absolutely wonderful! When we checked in, the front desk saw we were cold and immediately offered us warm bottled water. Our room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. When we went to the hot springs, the staff member managing the area was so enthusiastic. She constantly reminded us to be safe and even specially guided us to try the outdoor hot springs, which was a 100% amazing experience. Despite the cold weather, we truly felt the warmth and hospitality from the hot springs staff. She even helped us take a group photo – fantastic! 👍 Breakfast was also excellent, with delicious food and even frozen sliced pears. Next time I come to Changbai Mountain, this hotel will definitely be my first choice.

The Holiday Inn Express rooms are clean and spacious. Everything else was fine, except for the bathroom lacking ventilation. It's very convenient to get to all the attractions within the resort area, and there's ample parking, which made traveling by car a breeze. The park environment is fresh and tranquil. Our butler, Yue Yuan, was attentive and reliable, always thinking ahead and proactively informing us about activities. She was very efficient. The junior butler was also incredibly patient, thoughtful, and enthusiastic. Breakfast was good too.

I just checked out and couldn't wait to write this review – it's the first time I've ever been so eager to praise a hotel! My entire stay was absolutely perfect, and what impressed me most was the service team. They proactively reached out before check-in to help arrange transportation, and at check-out, they thoughtfully reminded us about travel precautions. Their professionalism and warmth were evident throughout. Our dedicated butler, Yuki, was incredibly attentive, and every staff member, from the front desk to the hot spring area and the Chinese restaurant, was wonderfully enthusiastic and considerate. The experience was truly top-notch, highly recommended! Includes unlimited access to the Julong Volcano Hot Springs for 2 adults and 1 child. Changbaishan high-speed rail station transfers included.

The room was quite spacious and comfortable. They offered a lot of perks, and the hotel even had fun activities like water bikes and those popular transparent boats. I had wanted to switch to a king-size bed, but they didn't have any available, so they helped me combine the twin beds instead. The mini-bar had some nice complimentary drinks, and they replenished the four bottles of water daily. Since I was traveling with a friend, their butler upgraded them to an executive breakfast. We contacted our butler, Gjnnn, and they also upgraded our breakfast for free. Overall, the service was excellent, highly recommend!

The hotel is just inside the gate of Changbai Mountain as shown in the picture The only reason I chose this hotel is that they can help me book tickets and it is close to the entrance of Changbai Mountain (but I didn't expect it to be so close, probably less than 100 meters, it feels like I can see this pointed ticket gate after walking two steps) It is indeed a bit inconvenient to go out to other attractions, but we are mainly here to go to Tianchi so it's okay. The room environment is better than I expected, quite clean, and similar to the style of Beipo Lanjing And the front desk service is very enthusiastic, especially a sister with round eyes who really tries to meet our needs as much as possible. We didn't bring a hot pack and couldn't find the store, and she also helped us find a colleague.

Guoxin Nanshan is our top choice for a weekend getaway in Changchun! The room was comfortable and spotless, and they even thoughtfully provided bedtime milk before we slept – so many warm, thoughtful touches everywhere. The front desk lady was super gentle and sweet, and she even gave my daughter a lovely little toy. Right downstairs is a huge water park with clean, well-maintained water. We could float on the lazy river, go down slides, and soak in various therapeutic hot springs. Playing in the water truly washes away all fatigue. The experience was absolutely fantastic, totally worth the trip. We'll definitely be back!

The hotel is well located, about 30 min by taxi from Baishan Changbaishan airport, 10 min walk from the West slope departure center as well as many restaurants. It looks majestic from the outside and inside, although a bit old. You can enjoy inside and outside hot springs of different kinds and temperatures. There is a huge buffet with various choices for breakfast (Chinese dishes mainly, two kind of fruits and some Western options). The room was very spacious and comfortable. The carpet floor was not very clean and the room smelled like cigarette on the first day, although we asked for a non smoking room. After leaving the window open the whole day it was better and the smell did not come back.
