"I stayed here during my trip to Guiyang and was very satisfied with everything. ⭐ The hotel is conveniently located right above a subway and bus stop, making it easy to get around. The room facilities were complete and well-equipped, and I had a great night's sleep. The toiletries and hairdryer were excellent. The front desk staff were efficient and enthusiastic during check-in. Breakfast hours were flexible, and they even offered complimentary coffee and cocktails. This place is perfect for both leisure and business travelers, and I would definitely return."

"Treasure-worthy room with a terrace and a view! Sitting on the terrace in the evening, enjoying the river breeze and watching the ancient town light up, then heading back to the room to watch a show on the projector – it really set the perfect vacation mood. I felt so relaxed, and the beautiful lake view was so captivating I didn't even want to go to sleep. The experience was fantastic."

"## Location The hotel is ideally located in the bustling center of Guiyang's Grand Cross commercial district, offering an excellent position. Opting for a luxury high-floor room with a view allows for direct, panoramic views of the city from Grand Cross Square. The hotel maintains strict internal management, preventing unauthorized personnel from entering freely. Food deliveries are handled by robots directly to guest rooms, ensuring good safety and privacy for residents. ## Dining Experience The breakfast consistently offers good quality and a rich variety of options, including both Chinese and Western dishes, as well as local flavors. This caters to diverse diner preferences, providing ample choice. ## Service and Rooms The overall service is excellent, and daily room cleaning procedures are well-maintained. The rooms are equipped with comprehensive hardware facilities, ensuring a consistent and comfortable living experience. ## Drawbacks Being in a vibrant city center, walking to the nearest metro station takes approximately 8-10 minutes, which isn't particularly close for subway commuters. The main road downstairs is a traffic-congested area, with heavy traffic during peak hours, making it easy to encounter jams when driving in or out, thus presenting a slight inconvenience in terms of transportation. Occasionally, noisy motorcycles can be heard at night, which might cause some disturbance."

"1. Perhaps because it just opened, the smell of renovation is strong! I slept with the window open the whole time, and the smell was still strong. Plus, it's close to the street, so it's quite noisy! 2. The gym facilities weren't as complete as the pictures showed. 3. The breakfast area was cramped; when I arrived around 8 am, there were no seats left. The lady cooking the noodles was also very rude and lacked service awareness. I ended up eating outside the hotel."

The hotel is located in the modern Guanshanhu District B financial and Business District of Guanshanhu Convention and Exhibition City. It is close to Guiyang International Convention and Exhibition Center, Zhongtian Convention and Exhibition City, Guizhou Provincial Museum, Guanshanhu Wetland Park, Guiyang City, Guiyang City Administrative Center, Guiyang North Railway Station and other popular places and business districts. "Shop such as home, room to do friends" - in Syria. Mananju took this as the initial intention of the shop, with the charm of Guizhou Mountain and the folk custom wind as the design inspiration; With the Dong township mountains and rivers, Miao family scene as the decoration of the house, forming the product model of "Dong township fireworks, Miao family stories, wind and rain, Guizhou mountain clouds, wild mountain house" as the core room type, and with other cities or local characteristics as the design idea of "meet X room type" as the branch characteristics distinction. "This time I traveled with my girlfriend, and by chance, I saw this hotel called 'Zaixu Manju'. The name instantly caught my attention. We checked in with high expectations, and the results truly exceeded them! When checking in, the front desk had many green plants, which made me feel very comfortable and refreshed, but I regret not taking photos (sad). The lady at the front desk was so patient, recommending delicious food and even thoughtfully upgrading our room! (Definitely worth a thumbs up!) Because we arrived a bit early, she was busy helping us coordinate the room. I really love this upgraded room, with its big bed, soft and comfortable bedding. I absolutely adored the smart home system, 'Xiaodu Xiaodu' throughout the room; it's truly intelligent. This hotel is also very close to the old town, about a 20-minute taxi ride, but the environment is much, much better than the old town. The food in Guiyang is also delicious, and this hotel put a perfect end to my trip to Guiyang. I will miss this city and will definitely come back! If I come back, I will definitely stay at Zaixu Manju again."

Me and my girlfriend got picked up at Congjiang train station which was very convenient. Right from the start the owners of the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. The accomodation is located at the back of the village next to a field where they grow rapeseed flowers and rice during the year. For us the location was perfect as it is very peaceful and quiet but simultaneously litterally a few steps away from the beautiful vibrant little village. The room was very spacious and clean with a gorgeous view on the field. The interior is very well matched and has great facilities. There was even a small laundry machine so we could do some laundry ourselves. So far during our travels in China, this stay was the best we had! There is a very stylish and cute coffee/restaurant located on the first floor of the building. This is also where you will have a delicious breakfast and where Ni Li and her sister will greet you with a smile every time you walk by. Ni Li, her husband Tao Mingqing, her sister and brother played a crucial part during our stay as after the first night my wife got very sick due to an infection and barely left the room during our stay. The second night I got foodpoisoning which made the situation even worse. (Not from the hotel!). We ended up extending our stay due to her condition. Luckily Li's English is very good so that helped us a lot in navigating the medical difficulties. We were extremely lucky to be staying with Li and her family as they took care of us like we were their own family. Preparing custom meals and dinner tailored to our needs every single day, preparing us tea, calling the local doctors and translating and taking us to the local hospital back and forth multiple times. We were there during the Qingming festival so no cars were allowed in the village which made it more difficult to reach the hospital. This didn't stop Tao Mingqing as he took us to the local hospital several times on the motorbike, one by one! The last time I even forgot a bag and he even went back to get it for me! He truly is a legend. Fortunately, my recovery was fairly quickly so I had the chance to explore the village a little by myself and spend time with Li and Ming while staying close to the room for my girlfriend. On day 4 my girlfriend's fever was coming down and she improved a little. Li and Ming invited us to have tea with them. Ming showed me his vast collection of tea and made sure to prepare the best tea suitable for our condition. The tea was truly amazing and he ended up filling a big bag with different kinds of teas as a gift for us! And that was not it, to make sure we would never forget them and drink tea mindfully the Chinese way when we're back home, they gave us the tea cups we used traditionally decorated with the blue dragon and phoenix. It was a very stressful situation and when we felt at our most fragile, they were there to take care of us, strangers they just met. This says everything about these wonderful people. Even though the illness of my girlfriend and the rough situation, we think back to our stay with a very warm hearth as our special experience forged a bond we'll never forget. We are incredibly lucky to have met Li and her family. We have said thank you to them 100s of times already, but I can't express enough how grateful I am for this people. Thank you for taking care of us like your family!!! <3 If you are unsure about staying here, there is truly no reason why you shouldn't! Whatever the situation, Li and her family will do everything they can to improve your stay. I'm sure you'll have a blast!

Xijiang Surprise Mid-Mountain View B&B was a wonderful surprise! The environment is tranquil, surrounded by lush greenery, and the stilt-house design creates such an authentic atmosphere. The panoramic windows in the rooms offer incredible views; you can lie in bed and overlook the entire Miao village. In the evening, the sight of countless lights illuminating the village is breathtaking, and you don't even need to fight the crowds at the scenic viewpoints. What really stood out was the thoughtful hostess. She contacted us in advance to help with our itinerary, assisted us with our luggage upon arrival, and thoroughly explained the local attractions. She even proactively upgraded us to a room with an even better view, free of charge. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the communal terrace was perfect for photos. The service was gentle and attentive. With both amazing views and excellent service, staying here in Xijiang was absolutely a fantastic choice!

The hotel's front desk and restaurant staff were incredibly warm and provided excellent service. They even gave us a detailed guide for Mount Fanjing, which allowed us to pre-book tickets for the Golden Summit on the day of our climb, saving us a lot of time. While the hotel facilities might feel a bit dated, you can tell the owner invested a lot of effort into the decor back in the day, and it still maintains a luxurious feel. The stay was very comfortable, and both the elderly and children were very satisfied.

The hotel's hardware is excellent, but its service and management get a zero. We checked in after 4 PM, and the room wasn't even ready yet. After it was finally cleaned, I walked in to find the previous guest's socks still sitting on the bedside table, as shown in picture one. It made me seriously doubt if they even cleaned it properly. The hotel's swimming pool is an Instagram hotspot, but because it's outsourced, the actual experience was a zero. There are no lockers! The entire changing room is as small as shown in picture two – that's it! The floor was covered in water and trash, and no one was cleaning it. There were no towels unless you paid 10 yuan for a disposable one, and no slippers unless you paid another 12 yuan. The breakfast was terrible, with very few options and no local specialties. Compared to other state guesthouses like the Wuxi Taihu Hotel, Nanjing Dongjiao Guesthouse, or Wuhan Donghu Hotel, the breakfast here was basically on par with a county government guesthouse. All in all, it's absolutely not worth the price. Booking the Zhijin Hotel was definitely the biggest regret of my Guizhou trip.

Yueshan. Selected Pocket Snack Bag/Yueshan. Worry-free Mountaineering Accompanying Package Choose one of two: Stay in a twin-bed parent-child family room and receive a child's toothbrush, shoes and stickers. Welcome fruit and snacks as well as a mountaineering gift bag are provided when you check in. , compared with the environment and facilities, the price is very good. There is a business downstairs, which is very convenient for eating. What is particularly worth mentioning is the attentive and attentive reception at the hotel's front desk. It feels like a five-star hotel butler. It is recommended to stay here when visiting Fanjing Mountain. The price/performance ratio is excellent.

I found myself living in a prose poem within the Dong village. Here I am at the airport, waiting to board, and a small part of my heart is still lingering on that balcony. The guesthouse is located right at the entrance of the village, perfectly situated – not engulfed by the hustle and bustle, nor isolated from the daily life. I pushed open the door, walked into the room, set down my luggage, and stepped onto the balcony. The entire Dong village unfolded before my eyes, layer upon layer, with its dark tiled roofs stretching out like a painting crumpled by time and then smoothed open. I didn't go anywhere that evening; I just sat there, watching the twilight creep in inch by inch. The silhouette of the drum tower gradually turned into a cut-out, and the village lights flickered on one by one, like stars scattered across the mountains. That night, we simply listened to music and chatted in the mountain breeze, with the starry sky above and homes in the distance. We only stayed one night, but it felt as if we had been there for a long time. The room itself was beautiful too, with thoughtful touches hidden in every corner. The interplay of light and shadow on the window lattices, the grain of the wood – every casual shot captured a perfect scene. But these qualities, ultimately, are about the house. What truly captivates you here are the people. The landlady, a native Dong, was born and raised there, exuding a vibrant energy gifted by the land itself. She led us through small alleys not found on any map, where the stone paths were smoothed by time, and wooden houses on either side revealed cooking smoke and clothes drying. She told us which corners had the best light, and in front of which old window lattice we could capture a unique view of the Wind-Rain Bridge – those places without road signs are the true veins of the village. When she had free time, she chatted with us, telling us about working in other provinces when she was young, and how she returned when the road reached her doorstep – preferring to work in her own village, be close to her elders and children, living a steady life. She also talked about swimming in the river in winter, and her eyes sparkled when she spoke of it. It wasn't boasting, but the kind of radiance you see in someone who truly lives life to the fullest. We only spent a day together, but I still remember her way of speaking very clearly. She also helped us arrange for a driver to take us to see the sunrise the next day, meticulously instructing us on the time and location, as if she were organizing something for her own relatives. The next morning, as the first light broke, standing on the mountain and watching the golden light gradually paint the village, my heart swelled with much more than just the beauty of the scenery. Coincidentally, we had just visited the Long March exhibition the day before. The stories of crossing mountains and rivers, enduring snow and wind, still weighed heavily on my mind. Hearing the landlady laughingly say, “Now every village has concrete roads,” in that moment, history suddenly transformed from text in a glass case into the roads beneath my feet, the people before my eyes, and the ordinary life within reach. I have never so genuinely felt that some roads, traveled for nearly a century, have finally reached the doorsteps of ordinary homes. There was also a little sister, running back and forth, helping us with our luggage and making reservations. Her smile was shy and sweet, like a ray of light peeking through the morning mist. We only stayed one night. But in that one night, this guesthouse gave me a memory with warmth. As I left, I wondered how long a trip could be remembered, and perhaps it doesn't depend on how many days you stayed, but on who you met. If you come to Zhaoxing, I hope you stay here. Sit on the balcony and feel the mountain breeze, walk those nameless paths with the landlady, and you'll discover that the drum tower is beautiful, the flower bridge is beautiful, but the most beautiful things are the people and the moments you finally slow down and get close to. Thank you, big sister. We will definitely be back.

The scenery here is absolutely breathtaking – no complaints there! However, because the bungalows are located on the mountain, we did encounter a few small bugs. When it rained at night, the raindrops hitting the roof above our heads were a bit noisy. The shallow end of the pool isn't really for swimming, as it only comes up to an adult's knees, so it's more suitable for kids. The deep end, on the other hand, is too deep to touch the bottom, which makes it feel unsafe for non-swimmers – a real dilemma! The evening campfire and iced tea experience was truly wonderful. The roasted sweet potatoes, roasted tofu, and roasted chestnuts were all delicious. There was also a live singer until 9 PM, which was very pleasant. The food at the restaurant was also very good, especially the homemade cucumber water and carrot juice, which tasted incredibly pure. This guesthouse is also fantastic for photos – every shot turns out beautifully! Plus, it's right next to Baling Bridge, and Dripingtan Waterfall is just below.

The view from halfway up the mountain was absolutely stunning. Everyone at the guesthouse was incredibly kind, doing their best to meet guests' needs and offering various forms of assistance. Even though it was past mealtime when we checked in, they still cooked a single meal. For those of us who prefer a relaxed trip, we booked dinner at the guesthouse; it was home-style cooking, reasonably priced, and quite delicious. The kitchen was also visibly clean. Breakfast had a slightly limited selection, but they did have noodles, which were pretty good. Non-instant coffee could be ordered separately. Overall, it was perfect for a laid-back, relaxing vacation. Unfortunately, my itinerary was also quite relaxed and casual; I only stayed one night. I had already booked hotels for the following days, otherwise I really wanted to stay longer.

My brief one-night stay at the Sofitel Guiyang Hunter completely shattered my preconceived notions of a city hotel. The lobby, perched on the 55th floor, is instantly recognizable, with French design subtly blending local Guizhou elements, creating an elegant yet authentically regional ambiance. I stayed in a high-floor panoramic room, where a full-length window offered breathtaking views of the Nanming River, Jiaxiu Tower, and the old city skyline. Watching the morning mist caress the buildings and the evening lights twinkle across the city was incredibly soothing. The hotel is conveniently located above the Hunter business district, offering easy access to dining and shopping, and within walking distance of several attractions. Andre at the front desk provided discreet and professional service, never intrusive but always responsive to my needs. Janice from guest relations was also incredibly thoughtful and proactive. The MyBed bedding was soft and luxurious, ensuring a comfortable and restful sleep after a day of exploring. It's a truly sophisticated choice for a stay in Guiyang.

The room was unexpected. The front desk lady provided excellent service. She also took the initiative to contact us in advance. Because we had a lot of luggage, the front desk lady also arranged for staff to pick us up and help us with our luggage. She also introduced the scenic area and gave us the tour route. The room was upgraded. The room we originally booked did not have a view. We were upgraded to a balcony view king room for free. You can see the panoramic view of the Miao village. You don't need to climb the mountain to see the panoramic view. The hotel is located in the center of the Miao village. It is convenient to go anywhere. It is especially worth recommending 👍👍👍
